16 Inch Arabella Hair 360 Lace Frontal Wig Installation | Wig Tutorial

Hello - and this is dejanae and welcome back to my channel - i'm just going to be doing a voiceover right now because for these types of tutorials i don't want to be talking like in real life, because i'm in like full focus and when i'm in full focus. I don't like to talk, but anyway uh. This is a wig installation, uh tutorial video, and so i'm just gon na be showing you guys. The process and the wig that i currently have is from arabella, and this is like a 16 inch straight wig that i got and i'm currently going to be bleaching it with ion developer and 30 volume and bw2 and clairol lightning powder, so yeah um. This first part is gon na, be it's um self-explanatory, but, like the whole, video is actually going to be self-explanatory, but throughout the whole uh video i'm going to be popping up every time. I explain you guys what i'm doing just to give you a rundown specifically in detail what i'm doing but yeah so throughout the whole video i'm gon na, just let it run and then i'm gon na come back and let y'all know what's going on whatever. But uh yeah i'll be back later all right, bye, okay, so right here i have the bleaching product and the bleaching product i forgot to mention in the beginning was to bleach the knots that i was showing you uh in the beginning of the video those black Dots is what you want to bleach: to make the lace more realistic and so um yeah, i'm just right now, bleaching the process of the lace and speed so yeah. That'S going and you'll see after this part. What goes wrong after i have let it processed because um as soon as it cuts to me, just like you know after like letting it process and whatnot um you're gon na see what happens in like a few seconds like right about here, yeah um, baby girl. You bleach the roots of the wig like that was my mistake, because i clearly had a creamy consistency of the bleach, which was good on my part, but i think i put too much bleaching product on the wig lace instead of just like either making the product More chunky or just putting like a thin layer of bleach on there, so that was actually my mistake, but you know trial and error. So that's like a thing to remember next time, but what i also forgot to mention was to attempt to get rid of like the blonde or orangish like tone of the roots. I dyed it with this synthetic right product that you like dye fabric with, and it looks pretty good like the roots, are obviously brown, but you know i try to tweak it, but you know i'm okay, i'm okay with it. I actually like it because it gives it that, like it, still gives it that realistic effect, but it's still really, but it still looks really good to me. So if you want to learn how to do a hack like that, then uh yeah just get like a right. Synthetic dye and you'll be good, but right now i'm in the process of just uh tweezing it so again self-explanatory. I'M just tweezing the uh knots and getting rid of like excessive uh hairs that i don't need to make the hairline more realistic, so yeah um yeah, i'm just like. Let me keep it going: okay, okay! So after that just got done. I am taking the wig off now just to show you guys uh what it looks like now, so it looks pretty good versus what it looked like before, but um again, this is like trial and error. This was just an experience of mine, so you can't say i didn't do anything, but i tried so now we are oh girl, color purple uh, but now we are going on to the wig cap, and so this is where i put on the wig cap and Yeah the way i put it on this is what other people do just to be dumb, yeah, stupid ass. This is just me putting on the wig cap tightly, but i like to put it over, like my eyes or eyebrows, just to put it on tightly and make sure it's secure, because here um once you start to glue it down uh that way, it's more secure And it won't start to like flip all right: okay, all right, rude, okay, so i'm using the got to be glue spray and i'm just spraying it on the um lace and stuff. So yeah i'm gon na just like let y'all wash this and uh yeah yeah see. This is like my first time doing, voiceovers and usually it's like self-explanatory. So i don't want to like go through everything that i'm doing because y'all can obviously see. But i i understand like why you have to do voiceovers in detail at times, because you have to give the specifics in what you're doing but hey you can you can see what i'm doing here, but i'm gon na just talk. I'M gon na talk, i'm gon na talk, don't worry, but yeah, i'm just spraying the got to be glue spray after i just got done um wiping down my hairline just to get rid of the dirt, so it doesn't like lift up the lace and it just Makes it stick better when there's like no dirt and debris or whatever, but um, i'm cutting holes in my ear just to secure it even more, but that way i can also cut off the lace like around my head and again it won't lift but uh yeah. I look stupid and that is also very discomforting if y'all didn't know, but i'm very sure you do know so if you do wigs um. This is something that i do that helps me. I look crazy though okay so i'll be back um throughout, like the next process or whatever, and so um i'll just see. Y'All do do okay, so now we come back to putting on the wig. Finally, the best part all right, so i'm just showing you the inside, because i don't think i really showed you guys, the inside of the wig um. While i was bleaching it because you know i had to bleach it, but um yeah. It just has the four combs and it also has like an adjustable strap on the back and an elastic band sewed onto it, and this is like the first time i've ever had like a wig with the um elastic band sewed onto the back, because i only Had the adjustable straps and the combs, but that elastic band is very helpful and it keeps the um wig secure and it doesn't fall off. I mean the adjustable straps do too as well, but it just adds more security when there's like an elastic band on the back. So i'm just steady like um like hooking the um hooks together from like the um did i later just forget what it was called. Yeah adjustable straps, okay, i'm stupid yeah, so i'm just like hooking the adjustable straps on together and i'm putting on the wig and then yeah, i'm just putting the wig come on sister girl. Put on that wig! Please please put on a wig put on a wig sister girl, okay. Finally, hello welcome back the people were waiting for you. The squad was waiting for you all right. So now i'm just uh in the process of like lining it up and basically like how i lined it up. I just line it like an inch like away from the actual wig lace. I mean like the actual wig cap, because i don't want to like give myself like a negative one head, because i want to make sure that, like it's close to my hairline, but not like on my hairline, to where it's giving me an extreme forehead. Because i want to deduct my forehead, but i don't want to give myself like a negative head. You know what i mean so right here, i'm showing you guys like where i'm going to be placing like trying to figure out where i'm going to place. My um wig, so this is just gon na - be the process of doing that all right. So i guess i have my placement now um so now in this process, i'm going to be doing the um. I think three part method where i just like trim uh. Three parts of my lace, so i'm gon na show you like guys in a minute after i get done clipping the hell out of my a wig any day, sister girl any day now i need to know okay, so after that, so here i am in the Process of cutting, like my lace in like three parts, so for this method, i actually really like this method because cutting the lace in three parts. This is more organized for me and it doesn't like make it like a messy method for me, because what i would originally do was, i would cut the whole lace like around my head, but then that would like lead to like a lot of messiness with the Got to be glue spray and naturally it would just like i don't know, create like a misguided for me. I don't know how to explain it, but it was just like a not so easy approach for me to like glue down my waist, but this method i found that other people did when they installed their wigs was better. So this was so much easier for me and it's like more organized for me, so yeah, i'm just like moving it down now and then i do this for like each part, so yeah like y'all, can just see like for the rest of the video okay. So now i'm done with the lace uh, not really, because i have like two more steps that i have not shown you guys but towards the end i'ma. Let you know like right now: okay, so i am back now and as you can see um i am done with the video and i am done with the hair yeah, because you're here right now with finished, look but um. Yes, i am done with the look and um pretty much. The only two things that i did not incorporate into the video was just me flat: ironing it and um hot combing it. So i felt that i didn't really need to show that, but in the next week video, if you want to see that um, i will put it in if that's what you want, but i just feel like it's irrelevant because it's like obviously it's just me flat. Ironing and me hot, coming but um and also like the baby hairs, but um yeah, so that's pretty much it that i did with the wig. This wig is like very nice like i've. I think this is like my second human hair wig that i've bought and it's really nice and i really love it and it's from again it's from arabella hair. I don't think i mentioned that in the beginning, when i should have but um i did get this from arabella. The description will be.
