Attempting To Slay A 16Inch Amazon Body Wave Wig | Budget & Beginner Friendly | Brianna S.

Hey baddie babes welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, brianna s and i'm back with you with another video. I just received a wig from amazon and i'm about to show y'all what i purchased. So as you can see, it comes in this little ziploc puffer bag and it comes in this pink packaging and i think it's only 16 inches. It'S not really that long. So when you first come out the bag, it comes in this bag right here it comes with a wig cap. So it comes with this elastic band, which is great, but i'm just probably going to use it for my wig install. Maybe i don't know but yeah. It'S good to have this, and, of course here is the wig, and this is what it looks like after we get it out, the netting no smell, which is great, and this comes with a 4x4 lace part. This is the inside and you do get some combs in the front and you get a comb in a back and there are some adjustable straps and i don't know if it's big head friendly. It doesn't really look too big head friendly, but i'm gon na put it on for y'all, so we can see what we're working with okay y'all. So this is what it's looking like so far. The lace is not like a very white lace, which could be a good thing for some people. I just have to like go in and like pluck a little bit, so i can have a little bit more of a realistic hairline. What i'm about to do now is bleach the knot and pluck it and everything like that, yeah i'll, be back with y'all when i figure this out: okay, all right y'all! So i'm just showing you what i'll be using to bleach my wig widths i'll, be using plastic bowl, a plastic spoon and, of course, the bw2 powder, lightener and, of course, any developer of your choice. I chose dirty volume. Now i'm just laying out my wig getting they're ready to apply my bleach onto the knot once we have our wig nice and laid out it's time to make our bleach mixture, i'm just pouring that powder lightener into the bowl, and i'm also going to be applying That 30 volume developer into the bowl and we're just gon na be mixing that until it creates a icing to toothpaste like consistency - and you will see me going back and add some more developer, if it's too thick or too runny, i might go back and add Some more powder, it really just depends really important, because we do not want that bleach to seep through our wig, even though mine's already dead, but yeah, just showing you how it looks, as you can see, is a perfect consistency and now we're just reapplying that onto Our lace, so i'm just applying that right onto the lace evenly but gently applying it making sure it covers the entire lace. This is what it should look like then again, maybe not because i don't know what the i'm doing but yeah and now i'm just putting my wig onto that aluminum foil. So it can go ahead and heat up and lighten those knots and i'll. Let it sit for about 10 to 20 minutes or until i notice that it made a drastic change in the color of the knots after 20 minutes. You cannotice that my knots are definitely are much lighter and i don't know how the bleach see through, but it did whatever but anywho i'm just going to wash off all of that bleach off of my wig and i don't have the purple shampoo. So i was kind of mad about that because it did left some brassiness, but that's okay, i'm still a beginner. So i learn as i go and yeah y'all. I was trying to give y'all scalp, but i'm giving y'all very much over bleach, but it's okay i'll not meet you and be like eric and tay. So i was trying to build arrogant, a and use a white towel to pluck our hairline, and i'm just right here putting down my wig, so it won't be moving as i pluck for those who know eric and tay. He uses a white towel to plug his lace. So that's what i was trying to do need some good slanted, tweezers and a comb. So you can push back that esses hair! That'S gon na be falling out as you pluck and now i'm just parting out, where i'm about to pluck to see exactly what i am doing to avoid over plucking. Now, i'm just plucking the hairline making sure that i'm not staying in one section of the hair. I'M keep moving, making sure to avoid overplugging and if you're, not too careful, you will create holes in the lace, so be very, very careful, i'm just pushing back all of that shedding hair from plucking. Let'S see that i picked up a good amount of hair. Now i'm just going to speed up these clips because it gets pretty repetitive so yeah. Now i'm just going in with some olive oil heat protectant serum, i'm just gon na be applying that onto my wig. So i can protect my wig when i go in with my hot comb and just hot comb, the front portion of my wig and i'm just gon na use some wax. I'M going to put some of that wax onto the front portion of my wig and y'all. I also don't even know what this is for. I just see other people do it, i'm like i'm gon na. Do it too, i'm going back with my hot comb and just flying out the top, and once again, i'm going in with my tweezers and going back in areas that i feel like needs to be plugged a little bit more now, i'm going in with my foundation Shade, i'm just going to be using that on my lace to get it to look more like scalp. Now i'm just applying my wig and i won't be doing the ball cap method using some lace spray and i'm just going to use that to adhere the lace to my skin. Make sure my blow dryer is on cool i'm just going in and drying that lace. Spray onto my skin and pressing it with my comb and y'all this lace braid, is absolutely terrible. I had to go in several times to make sure that it was drying to my skin using the same elastic band from earlier. I'M using that to help melt. My lace into my skin and i'm gon na, let that sit for about five to ten minutes until it's completely dry, okay guys. So this is the wig y'all, i'm still new to this, the whole wig community. So this is like my first time, actually doing a real hair wig. I don't know if y'all go on my page. I have a lot of synthetic wigs on my page because for me, synthetic wigs are so much more easier to work with, and i don't know like this is something i have to keep working on, but the bleaching you can probably see that i kind of probably Over bleached a little bit, but i'm pretty sure there's a way to cover it. I just have to like figure that out. So if you do know um how to cover bleached hair, i would love to know that, but yeah this is pretty much it like. I had to like i didn't record, though, like cutting the lace and everything because i was getting so frustrated like it was. I was getting so pissed off, so i just like you know what let me just cut the camera and just do this myself and that's exactly what i did, and this is the best i can do. I tried to even put some little curls in it, but girl it wasn't working so yeah. This is pretty much it. I got off amazon for about a hundred dollars, so it wasn't very expensive, which is pretty good, um yeah. It'S very good quality, though the hair is very soft, there's no shedding i'm not getting any shedding. Even though i did blood blood, even though i did plucked and bleach this hair, i'm still not getting any shedding like. I was getting a little bit, but then i'm not actually i'm not getting any shedding anymore, so that is a plus thank you, everyone for watching.
