Why I hate can just Hampton. Let me repeat that one more time one will dig I'm a real. I run around with them real. I hate Kendra's Hair Boutique. So as you guys well, some of you guys may know. I did a initial review on kynges Hair Boutique when I was away at college, and let me just get straight to the point with this - I was away at college. I opened up the hair, I loved it, it wasn't too bad. I gave them a grade on many different things. If you didn't go see that you might want to go see it just in case you are some hair from there and whatnot and the other. Now let me tell y'all, what's really going on with them. Okay, so for y'all, who don't know, I ordered hair from Kendra's, hair boutique and wait. Let me just put a little disclaimer, because I know how your guys are attention everyone. This is a disclaimer. This video is on why I hate Kendra's Hair Boutique. As in why Imani Bailey hates Kim just here, boutique, okay, not why everyone hates him just hair boutique, so do not comment under my video with some BS. Oh no, my hair wasn't like that and that's a lioness than the other. This is my experience. My personal experience we can just hair boutique, and this is why I hate it okay and why some of you should just be a little leery, I'm not saying y'all should hate it. Y'All should just be a little leery when ordering hair from there. Okay, okay, let's get some of y'all may not know that I ordered a, I think, was it a a four bundle deal that tons of four bundles from Kendra's Hair Boutique, and at that time my bundle deal was 360. Okay. I let me make sure it's 360 and I got four bundles of the exotic curly, because I was gon na make it like all my hair. I have you know on you parts, this hair. I have it, and this is on a new part. All my hair is on the e part, so that's an order that hair - and I made that into you part. I named my you part Kelly, because you know Kelly Rowland always has the big pretty kinky curly hair and that's what I thought it would be like. I really thought Kendra's, hair boutique is really on I'm really trying not to curse in this video, but they really just they really pissed me off. Let me tell y'all we're gon na sit and we're gon na think about this. Logically, just think about this, everybody seems to be walking around with Brazilian hair right. There'S no lie, everybody seems to be walking around with Brazilian hair. Oh, what kind of hair you got you hear. Oh, I got Brazilian everybody has Brazilian, but when you think about it, do you ever hear people in Brazil cutting off their like that goal? Just just sit and think about this for a second, because when I tell my friends, Thursday, like wailing, I never thought of it like that. Have y'all really thought of a lot of people in Brazil, cutting off their hair, like that think about how many girls and people order, bundles and bundles of Brazilian hair and Brazilian people don't even cut their hair off like that? It doesn't make sense. So there's no way in hell all these companies are really set on selling you, I'm pissed. I can't even talk all these countries, I'm really not selling y'all us Brazilian hair, they're, saying it's Brazilian hair, but I don't know where the hell they get this stuff from. I don't know what the hell they're doing with this, and that was Kim G's hair boutiques case now, when I got the hair - and I said it smells pretty good and I said it kind of smelled perfume me, I don't know if you guys remember, I'm a Jog your memory, it kind of smelled perfume me now that perfume smell is still in the hair and I felt like as if they chemically treated the hair and then ran all the bundles under some big perfume thing to make it or spray them all with perfume. To make it smell good afterwards, so it wouldn't get that corn to be smelling. Alright, that was already like huh, I don't know. Cuz hair does not, naturally smell got that good hair doesn't come out smelling like feeling like juicy unless you spray Viva La Juicy on hair, so that was strike one. Let me tell y'all strike two. I saw this hair in that little new cap. You part cap or whatever, and it was real pretty for about a week a week and I even co-wash - and it was fine now the hair started to get really mad. Ik like right under you know the nape area and it was getting really tingly and stuff and I'm just probably at first I'm thinking, okay, Monni whoa, I'm not used to curly hair. Maybe this is how curly hair is. You know you got a detangle a you got a you know what curly hair you got to do a couple of things. So that's what I'm thinking, maybe it's it, but then I show some people and they're like you, money hell. No, that's my egg you're! Not tripping, so let me show you how this you heart. Let me I don't even think y'all are ready for this. I really don't show y'all this. Let me show you this look. This looks like a rat. This looks. I don't know what this look. Okay, all right now this this is the cat, and this is the you part or whatever. Okay. Now, I don't even think you guys can see this on the camera, but it looks dry as hell correct dry as hell, and let me show y'all that Nate area it looks matted right. Doesn'T it look matte it's because it is Maddie, it is matted. So only maybe I'm trying to see so y'all can see you know curly curly hair. I don't expect for me to run my fingers through it like I come with my fingers through this hair, but I expect to see my you know fill it and be like. Okay, yeah, okay, so y'all can see it. Y'All can see. This miss looks like a synthetic wig. Almost not only did i order the bundles and they were matting. It was super dry. I mean y'all. Let me tell y'all what I put Oh on these bundles and y'all can't even comment and say: oh you just treat me bad. No, I'm the weave queen! Okay, you cannot tell Imani Bailey that I'm treating a weave wrong, I'm the wave Queen okay. So I put a hundred percent argon oil from organics. Okay, okay are not oil that didn't work. Then I put silk oil straight: silk from silk therapeutics. You know the $ 40 stuff yeah that ain't work. Then I was like okay, what the heck this little we're! So then, I put the silk diamond oil from what is that thing is that one expensive is hiks hiks the silk diamond oil by hicks, which is very expensive and very, very good. That stuff that I put on my real hair and that stuff is just the best. Let me tell y'all that that it works. So then I'm like okay, let me cuz. They sent you a card with the picture. Blac chyna, as they claim blac chyna, wears her hair, but that has to be a damn lie. I know blac chyna not walk around with some matted up mess. That looks, like I don't know, freakin synthetic Barbie hair in her head. Not only that I bought something else, I bought the curl activator that they told me to buy those on the card right. So they can't say: oh well, you didn't buy this stuff that we told you to buy on the car. So I bought that stuff and I tried that on their curls Unleashed. I don't know if you heard those but curls, only she's really good for people with naturally curly hair and it's pretty expensive too. It'S like. I don't know what 1213 dollars for a thing yeah. It'S pretty it's all a little expensive side that didn't work. So I'm, like you know what I'm gon na have to go old school y'all. I put some straight-up Jamaican black castor oil on this hair to try to get this hair hydrated. So now I'm convinced this hair is not a hundred percent virgin hair. This hair is not even along the lines of 100 percent human hair, because if I took some hair, some human hair from the beauty supply store from out the pack and put all that oil on it. It would not be drying up like that. So now I'm really pissed because I'm like not only that y'all not give me virgin hair that probably already knew it wasn't from Brazil cuz. I know the zillion people don't just be cutting off their hair, like that. That'S more like Indian people, cuz that's in their culture. Now I was like. Ok, not only is his hair, not Brazilian. Not only is his hair not virgin. I always his hair, not 100 % human y'all, didn't gave me some fake mess mixed in with some human hair and then try to say this that any other. So I'm like I'm just how do you some water? Why I go in on this company in their fake hair? So then I contact them. Oh and then, a week later, I bought um a lake spark because I was getting tired of my leave out and try to keep up with that and I had naturally straight hair. So I was like. Let me just get a lace closure and I felt like everything's gon na be ok. This thing is the most kinkiest dry is. I wish I can just give this to y'all through the camera. So y'all could feel this because, no matter what I put on it look at this look, do y'all, see da, do y'all, see this and that is from Kendra's hair, boutique, okay, that is from Kendra's hippety and I caught them and the first lady I spoke to. I forgot her name, I'm not gon na, say her name on here anyway, but I called them and she hung up in my face. She sure did she hung up in my face lost her god-given. Mind hung up in my face and I just sat there for a bit and I was like I call back then I called again I caught them. I think four four times I called him four times in the matter of two days, because once the lady hung up in my face - and I hung again and I got like a busy downtown, which was weird and then after that they didn't want to answer the Phone and then they were closed so then I was like I'm just gon na call back the next day, so they're like oh well, that's not true. They were trying to tell me that I'm light and I hate my hair companies. Do this. Y'All know that y'all is screwing. People over do not act like you're, not screwing me over. That'S like you stealing something from me and helping me find it. You already know you already know, don't sit here and be like oh well. Maybe you didn't put the right stuff in the hair. Oh, you didn't take care of it properly. Talking to the weave princess like that, like no, I know I took care of it properly. I know I put the rest of my hair. I shouldn't have to go through a list of stuff that I told you that I put in my hair and I came to conclusion. I saw her. This is not human hair. Y'All are selling people who spend their hard-earned money. Some people save up to get that stuff, who really don't have the money for it, because they want their hair to look. Nice and y'all are really gon na screw people over with this. That really pissed me off, like I was so mad, but then at the same time I mean it. Wasn'T that much expense. It was 360 and then I paid but 30 70 furnish 370 with the shipping, and then I pay 110 dollars for the closure. That'S before they went up on their prices as of right now, Kendra's hair boutique went up on there crisis with their hair. That still is like so I went off. I went off because I don't really like companies lying to people and having people, spend hard-earned money on that and then be on YouTube and send these gurus that have all these subscribers good hair. Not it's not like. Sometimes they use the people on YouTube are lying about the hair that they received because they know who they have a lot of subscribers on Instagram. So we need to give them good hair. We need to go above and beyond and really get them some good hair and then mark okay. This is going to so, and so so I know that they could put on YouTube and tell their subscribers that we have good hair here, we're going to send their subscribers the issues hair, you get. What I'm saying like y'all get what I'm saying. So I'm not saying that sometimes these people are lying, I'm just saying that's really grimy that is really grimy to have a company and I'm just so pissed off, like I can't yeah. So don't you told me to email her pictures and they were trying to tell me that nothing is wrong with it. I don't know comment. I want y'all to comment what y'all think, because and just by the pictures I know what I know so. Y'All not gon na. Tell me what I didn't didn't experience, how you thought the hair looked, because I don't know, and you know they don't they don't do restraint, rich restrained, really, they don't know exchange and they don't do refunds. I think I kinda just took for a refund and ashamed and put together and got rich change. Then I knew were strangers so can just hair booty from my experience, my experience so sells. Is she hair and I don't want to hear people saying? Oh, maybe you got a bad batch, no there's, no such thing as bad batches when you spend hundreds of dollars on virgin hair. Even if I didn't get a bad batch, it should still act like human hair. Okay, so can just happen to a my experience. Is very unprofessional, they are frauds liars. I don't know what do you call that line to say that you got one thing, but it's not even that and it's not even human hair yeah and the hair on a Barbie doll's head is better than the head of that guy y'all. I'M done I'm done. I got ta talk to y'all next week because I'm getting more agitated and I can just sit and make a video for 30 minutes talk about how much I hate this company - and I know y'all - want to watch that so imma see y'all next week. Is they really just because - and I mean like we money what the f and I'd be like? freebabe: Imani, you're totally right. I'm a cosmetologist. Went to beauty school. There's really no such thing as Brazilian, Peruvian, etc. Most hair is from Asia!! I'm glad you caught on because a lot of ppl think their hair is really whatever texture the company says it is. They just process the hair to mimics the nationality's hair texture. That's all!!
Amara Reyal: i was waiting for you to say you put a bunch of conditioner in it then combed it out. thats like step one, this type of hair doesnt like oil it needs light moisture such as water and conditioner, then leave a little conditioner in it and let it air dry , that should help a lot.

Iv been buying Indian hair for 18 years back in the day before these China company’s jumped in the mix and ruined everything . Now it’s hard for me to find quality like I used to get . I have been buying Kendras silk based closures and I have never got their bundles because I didn’t trust . However I never had issues with the actual hair in closures which I’m sure is different hair then their bundles . Now every closure I’ve got from them does bald horribly after one install . And yes they are hella rude ! Any recommendations where I can get good silk based closures ? I need one ASAP and seems everyone is out of stock

Desi: I purchased 3 bundles and a frontal (3x 20in &18 in) from Kendra's in June 2015. Bleached and dyed it twice in a row bc I had no idea of what I was doing. Finally gave up and dyed it black. Flat ironed it once using heat protectant. No products ever used except Olive Oil Sheen Spray. It is now January 9, 2019, and this hair is still in excellent condition as purchased. It took a while for the smell to go away tho. I just purchased an 18in body wave frontal from Tinashe Hair for $30!! I'm about to transfer the hair to a different cap and add Tanashe Hair frontal. Voilà! Brand new unit. lol
azaleah austin: I agree with you I ordered hair from them in November and it was a HOTTTT MESSSS!! My hair ("Brazilian"Body wave) looked great for about a week. My ends were dry and splitting I also experienced the matting at the nape area as well. After wearing it for 3 weeks I took it out and did a deep conditioning including boiling it 3 times to get it soft and conditioned. I will never order from them again. I loved your review btw.
Off the Record with Nurse Wheelyums: This is the EXACT experience I had with them. I used to buy the bundles because they were perfect and lasted for at least a year. However, this year I this very same experience. I paid $545 for a wig and it was JUST like the matted hair you posted. I contacted them, spoke with a girl named Ebony and she was rude. She told me to send her pictures, then said they don't sell hair like that. I told her that I had been a consistent customer and wouldn't make this up. We went back and forth then I contacted my bank to have my money reversed. They sold a fake product. The hair was definitely a synthetic mix and not what they described. I believe they send really good hair to the "celebrities" but send us garbage. Never again!

LifeAsRachel: LOL honestly the same thing happened to me. I bought 5 bundles. Had to return it 3 times and they never reimbursed me for my shipping when it was their mistake which was like $20. Their straight hair was ......Ok. But I could have went elsewhere with my $470 that I paid. 18, 22, 24, 24, 26. They were rude to me and I think it's so funny that when I called them for a whole day they were ignoring my call and the phone was busy. Called off of my friends phone and they answer....but overall the hair I give it a 7. Ky&Cort: I take good care of my hair and had the exact same problems with my exotic curl I bought from Kendra's Boutique. My bundles were dry and did shed constantly.
She SoulNatural: I'm not even going to front like mine was not the exact same after a week. I almost got Ready to throw it away. As a last resort, this sounds crazy but I did it Lml, I boiled the hair with conditioner and oil. When I tell you that I finally was able to comb through it and it stopped matting, I was beyond hype. I love her Straight hair, but the exotic curly requires a lot of maintenance.

I had the same experience with boho exotic studio. Worst hair ever! I normally use extensions plus but Ive been looking for a pretty curly hair for vacation. Have you used My hair closet? Carla Foster: i've ordered bundles from them twice, and a frontal one! I've personally had no issues with bundles so fai. I've dyed my straight bundles red, and i've had them for over a year and it's still in very decent quality. HOWEVER, it's funny cuz the 2nd time i ordered, I ordered wavy hair and it had that "corn-chippy smell"!!!! lol I was like eww
Tiffany Mariee: i actually started selling hair back in September for this exact reason. you are absolutely right, Brazilians do not cut their hair to sell, there is no such things as "Brazilian hair" let alone "Virgin Brazilian", that hair is from China and 99% a mixture of synthetic, goat hair or horse hair. My company is pretty much based on this exact experience that i feel lot of us have gone through, its not fair that we spend so much money on hair that isn't even real and can only wear not even one time. Prior to that purchase I ordered deep wave and it did the same shit your curly hair did! & ive been ordering from her since 2012, I think the more popular she got the more she ripped ppl off ! I sent emails about my skinny ass bundles and they basically told me "All our bundles are 3.5oz !" Sh*td !!! Where because mines were 1.5oz lmao, soooooo done with their crappy asses !
Tearra Miller: I had the SAME experience with Kendra's Boutqiue girl. SAME. You said everything I was feeling. Hit everything on the head. They are grimey, shady and full of CRAP! I had the same curly hair and my hair didn't last a day let alone a week! You were blessed lol. My hair was matted and just completely TRASH the initial install. I opened the bundles and I thought "wtf is this?" It was nappy and dry from jump so I did a wash as soon and it was so pretty so I was content. The next day, I got my install & it was extremely dry AS she was putting the hair in. I was so upset. I don't know what Blacchyna is advertising but they are sending her some hair they do not send their paying customers. Fr. I hate Kendra's Boutique too girl. Hate them so much.

B. Nicole: i brought hair from them last year and it was horrible ! Me and my fiancé went out and it started raining and my hair smelled like feet bro! Then I took my sew in out and I washed the hair with anything you could name and it was still funky. I called them and they told me it's going to smell like that because it's cut off a humans head! I had the same issue with this same exact hair it was the exotic curly hair and the only reason I bought it was because of blac Chyna being the representative for it so I just knew I was getting good hair!!! This hair shed soooooo bad and was extremely matted and tangled I even went to my hairstylist at a professional salon and she even told me that Hair was horrible and she took it out and threw it away I never got a continuous use out of it and I only wore the hair for 2 weeks and it was a sewin and I co washed the hair but a lot of oil and still have no luck! I thought at first it was just me not knowing how to take care of curly weave because I never wear curly weave but NO this hair is awful and it is false advertisement and I would never in life purchase that hair again or recommend that hair to anybody. Sorry for long comment I just experienced the same problem and had to comment!!!!

I ordered straight hair from Kendra's boutique in Mar 2015 for me and my twin daughters. While they no longer wear their extensions, I still use my same bundles I ordered 2 years ago. It wasn't until summer 2016 I bleached the hair and I noticed that it takes more hair oil to moisturize but I had no business trying to dye hair before watching the pros on youtube do it first. My daughters now want curly hair for middle school. I appreciate you posting this video because I was considering ordering curly hair from Kendra's boutique since my last order lasted 2+ years (which is in my book is a good investment). After watching your video I'm going to watch more videos and do my research on other hair companies for their curly hair. They'll only have one first day of 6th grade, I want to make a great investment for them. Thank you, Imani!

A.J Vycious: None of the texture come from the country advertised all hair comes from either India or China it gets the name Brazilian or Peruvian because its a certain process to sort of embalm the hair to keep it from decomposing I've worked for a very prominent hair company and know from shipping the hair that they literally just grab the curl pattern and length but all hair is processed u will not find pure hair from no company u buy from ! I loved Kendra's hair had it for 8 months so I'm surprised to hear that . But all these companies lie don't spend extra money for some super exotic hair because it's really not worth it !

chelseaplusfashion: Curly hair in general, even if it it still on a person's head, has to be cared for in a very specific way. This means if you want nice curls all the time make sure you wash it all the time. NEVER comb it while it is dry because it will get fluffy and lose its curls. The best way to Comb curly hair is when it is wet. So for defined curls and to avoid matting make sure you are combing your hair often while it is wet. This is why we you see a majority of Spanish women putting loads of gel in their hair, it is to define the curls. There is nothing wrong with your hair, there may be something wrong however, with how you are caring for it :)

Tamieka Augusta: well, I would experience that, and when it happens, I would (not being racist here) would go to the section of the store that has Pantene, loreal, etc., and look for products that tame frizz and dryness. Basically, I would treat the Hair with products that the white women and Latina women use to revitalize and keep their hair looking great! fortified conditioners, hot oil treatments, frizz control, products for curls, the shampoos and conditioners that they use and add pure coconut oil to the conditioners, let it sit on the bundles for 2 hours, or on my head under a dryer for 30 to 45 minutes, then rinse. I would rub a little bit more coconut oil on my hands and run it through the wet hair and then let it air dry. It would be so soft and it looked natural.

Also All Virgin Hair Boutique is terrible. It's based out of Atlanta. I just ordered straight Peruvian hair from them and it's so silky and shiny looking like barbie doll hair. it also tangles and mattes up. I think it has a synthetic mixture.
