All I'm gon na say is it's definitely some teat when it comes to this here company I'm very unsatisfied. Not only am i less satisfied, but this company has horrible customer service horrible. Now I'm just gon na show you all this here now I'm going to comment out for you on camera. The opposite is here: okay, now, analytically, about competency here, remember one: do you hear that all right? So this here is not the worst I've ever received? Okay, don't get me wrong, but it's definitely not the best, but the part that put me over top is the fact that this company's customer service is horrible, meaning if someone has a problem with their hair and they try to contact those to let them know. What'S going on they're not going to get a response, not only will they not respond to you, they won't send you anything at all. They won't answer any questions on their website or anything. The very sad part is the fact that I'm Rafi I'm a reviewer. I'M a youtuber viewer of these people, meaning that they pay me to do reviews for them. So not only did you not pay me my money, which is a big issue, but you running around giving people hair that shaped like a dog here. I just comb. This hair out there's no reason why she still have tangles, but I will show you all my brush was clean. I will show you out here I just received from that brush just from one brush now this is the here when I go to the bathroom to brush my hair hair is all over the floor. Okay, now I don't know this is my first time having a 360 frontal, the hair on the frontal is just brittle. It'S just not like the hair in the bundles and the hearing. A bundle is not that good as well like it's just like I've. Never had such a problem with straight hair straight hair should not be this big of an issue like how am I still getting all these tangles combing his hair out. I didn't detangle different roots. Again, I mean from anteroom and I'm still getting issues with this hair. How is this excuse? My baby? Oh yeah, my hair in the background, the hair on the front so just seem like it's sticking too easy. No, I'm not trying to even like bash this company, like that, like I wasn't even going to, I am something I wasn't going to make a video. Of course I might make a video, but at first I wasn't gon na just come to them like this. I was gon na give them time to resolve the issue with this hair, so when I contacted them about this hair - and this is before I contact you guys just to see if their customer service is good to see if they're willing to you know help the Problem or change the issue, I contacted them and receive no response at all. Now they don't come for me after they see this because y'all know damn well you're wrong, y'all wrong, because y'all sitting here and I've been looking at the comments on my initial review. Let me let you, ladies know when I do initial review on here. I'M letting you know what I see right now. I have not tested this hair to see how it's gon na be a month from now. You guys know I'll wait a month, two months, sometimes even three months, to give you a stall review on the hair, because I want you guys to really see how the hair is anything. This hair gets really tangled in the nape area and I know darn well condition my hair good. I don't see much thinning of the front of the front, so I don't see any blotches on the front or nothing like that and the crazy part is. I actually contacted the company and I let them know like your hair - is doing fine, but literally the week after that, like after I wore it for a little bit longer, it started doing artists crazy stuff. I actually did contact them and let them know that I had an okay review for their hair. To put it, I actually did have an okay with you and now I'm super happy that I didn't, because people will probably you have issues with their hair after an extra week of wearing it, and then it's not even the issue about the hair, because if you Get back here I mean nobody's perfect. No company is perfect. I mean your self a drama here. You'Re not dropped here, but all these companies they don't review their bundles before they send them out. They don't go through all of their bundles. Do you know I'm saying and make sure everything is up to par up to standard that way they can minimize the bad patches that they make it or minimize a customer receiving back here at drama here we do get, but everybody don't do this yeah, I'm saying Now I am a to the court here reviewer, I reviewed the hair honestly, you get them saying I deal with here. Every day I have my own hair company for three to four years. Now start it online and all that good stuff. But my thing is: I'm gon na review this hair, as if it was my hair and I'm doing a review on my own. You got I'm saying I'm gon na review it to this heat. Sadly, I'll do all these reviews for Le Express and all these other places and I've yet to find hair two quick tips to me to match up to what I'm used to you go to I'm saying so: it's like number one. This is the first issue: not only am i sitting around here wearing yo hair when to be wearing my own, promoting yokatta, and do you give me some bull like this, that look like a fur ball now this hair is straight here straight hair should never be Like this, okay, never straight hair is like the most easy, manageable managed hair. It should never be looking like this Shan like this. My hair shouldn't be hurting to go through. It feel like I'm gon na get a hair brush my hair cut. So not only is the hair, not that. Well I mean you know they say you did what you paid for it here is really affordable, but at the same time like it should be an investment. If somebody's gon na buy this, it should be good. It should be a good quality like I don't know what it is. Maybe all of their cuticles don't go in the same direction or maybe they're just getting here and just putting it in there any kind of way. I don't know. All I know is that this hair y'all need to be where not only because of the hair, but because because the person is selling it here are not good communicators, they don't have good customer service. So if you have an issue they're not going to respond back to you and that's my biggest issue with them, I will no longer be having any of them links to any of my videos that I've done for them or any of that I will have a Beware notice on there I'm not playing no games so guys I mean. Let me break down how I really win down. They contacted me to do a hair review for him for them, just like hundreds, like, I literally have so many different companies in my inbox. To do reviews for them, you give them San and my subscribers trust me to tell them the truth, which I'm going to always do I mean cuz at the end of the day, I don't have to be promoting somebody else's product. I have my own, you get what I'm saying, but I don't want you guys to feel like all I'm trying to do is sell you, my hair, just some people think I'm gon na give somebody a better review. Just cuz I sell here know if your hair is good. Your here is good it. If you see me good hair, I can tell you it's good here, like, for instance, diamond bird, your hair. I can say that they have good hair, like these Aliexpress companies to say about a lot of them. Cuz a lot of their hair is no good really like. There are a few other videos. I'Ve done you on the path of some le Express hair and a hair was okay and decent. You get them saying. Was it a TN? No, but it was good hair. It was. It was decent hair that you can actually wear, but this company - I don't know what to say back to the story they contacted me. I agreed to do the review to them. I let them know how much I charge to do. Reviews cuz. Yes, I am gon na charge you to do a review because I have my own hair company. Like I said, why would I be seen here promoting your hair? I have to wear your hair for months to review it to see how X to see how it moves when I have my own hair or not to be wearing you giving them saying so. Yes, I do charge for my reviews, so they did the first video. This second video would note it sorry about that guys. My camera had to I put, I did the first video for them, and then I did a second video for them now. This is before I really start wearing here. This is what I'm doing a unit to use. You know with the hair, doing an initial review and all that good stuff everything was good. Ok, everything was good between us communication was their payments came through. Everything was good and I have my tolerance. I mean the way I do my business. You have to pay me upfront if you want me to do a review for you, because at the end of the day, I'm gon na give my subscribers an honest review. I don't care how much you pay. I'M gon na give them an honest review. So if your view is not good and you don't want to pay me - I reviewed your hair. That'S what you pay for for me to review your hair you're, not paying me to see here and lie and say here is Villa when it's not good. That'S not what you pay me for, I'm not about to sit here a lot of my subscribers, the people that trust me, because you want me to say your hair products, just feel it when it's nice, I'm gon na, say it's not good. If it's not good, it's not good, but at the end of the day, you're not about to cheat me out of my money. The way I feed my children, because you want somebody to like you or cuz, you don't want to pay me because you didn't like what I put up for you anyways when it came to the review video for this hair. Like I say, the Lord works in mysterious ways, because I actually had an okay review for this hair. I actually did have an okay review for the attainers, but now the hair has gotten to a point where I'm just happy that the Lord something happened where I did not put that review up, because I would have been taking it right down and letting you all Know don't do it, you get I'm saying and then I would have risked a couple. People probably buying is here and I would have felt so horrible. So when it came to the review, I guess the company, you know I let them know like, since this is a review video you get what I'm saying people are gon na buy when they see this. There is enough charge because it's a review. Video not only does not review your hair, but I did a curl test on it and all other stuff on me. So it's gon na be up charge. You already ain't paying that much. You feel what I'm saying. So it's a slight of charge. So, every since I sent them that message about the review, they're asking me is the review good. Is it good? Is it good? Is a review gon na be good? What kind of a few is it by my blog because y'all know y'all got some garbage a hair? Why would you stay here and keep asking me it's a review. Good is the reveal good? It'S a review good! You got a good review, blah blah blah bout. Your hair cuz, you don't want to pay me unless it's a good review, you get them saying y'all. They think they split. Not only did they do that to me they didn't pay me put a review. I did record the one that I'm happy. I didn't put up because weeks later I started having issues with this hair, so I contacted them. It'S trying to you know solve the issue I contacted them more than once to tell just let them know know gets a get back to me as soon as you can get back to me as soon as you can. This is around the time that I start experiencing. Issues have I received a response today, so this day know do I know what happened to the company? No, but all I know is, if you all know the company page, you better tag them in this video, because this box is spraying around to a few people, and people bought to not buy this product because they see what it looked like this. After is why calm down now, this hair already hit heat on it? You can understand. It should not be like this. If anything, hair gets frizzy over time, it gets kind of sticky, but it don't become harder to comb or gun. Today I didn't go over 400 and woods 30 degrees on his hair. I use heat protectant. I knew everything does need to be done. That'S not even a case because I take care of my hair. Y'All know y'all watch my channel y'all know. I know exactly what to do when it comes to here, so it's your product rule, so y'all beware share this video to whoever you know, because I want everybody to see this. I don't want anyone I wind up with this up here, but the other thing I was gon na say to you in the comments people are saying that the way I review my hair was gorgeous. It was in this box all packaged nicely with the labels, but the way they're receiving their hair is just in a bag. Nothing extra, just plain Jane and I feel like that is bold. Why would y'all do that see our customers y'all? Send me some hair. One type of way, and then with somebody ordering your hair they're receiving it a whole nother type of way that is unacceptable. Any company out there any hair company you're wrong for that. If that's what you're doing to people, you are wrong for false advertisement and then the person can't even get in contact with you you in a whole nother country. This is why I buy y'all, don't buy here all the way overseas, unless you know for sure, if you didn't bought from them before, if it's a new company, something you need to do your research because, first of all, they're all the way across country. You don't know who you buy from you, don't know how to pronounce their names. You don't know how to spell it. You don't know how to say it. You don't know how to type it. You can understand unless you really know, but yeah guys, that's pretty much. It for this video I just want to get y'all worn out, and I want to tell you got a realty on it, so that I probably won't wear this anymore. I won't wear this here. I mean the unit came out. I did spent all my hard time on this unit. You feel what I'm saying. If anything, I don't know what I'm gon na do with this here. If all fails, I may wind up wearing it bone Street and it didn't even look right like that. I may wind up trying to wear this bone straight or something, but I can only wear it for a day, maybe two, because it's gon na look you back like this, because it needs to be watched every two days or every three days. That'S too much. Let'S put some straight hair: that's too much! I'Ve never dealt with no hair like this, and it's still hard to comb through. It'S got flyaways all through the closure. Look at this. You know what and it's more hair shedding. I'M just out here job this hair review life. Is I'm really thinking about giving it up? I was thinking about giving it up because the other day somebody get back here i'ma feel like it's my fault, that they received it because they listened to my reviews. They see what I did you know if they seen how it looked on my on my channel, I would feel really bad and I don't really understand the comments like people like you just because you were Google you're doing things on the hair and they send you, Like this, I feel bad about that. That is wrong. They told me that there's a weight limit on the hair but if "I really wanted the box" I could email them after I place my order and they can ship it separately like you're missing the point on the fact that we are the consumers we are the ones purchasing your product and y'all just slap our stuff in a bag and keep it moving and the fact that they pull out the red carpet for reviewers that they are paying to review their products is a bigger slap in the face and I told her how can we as consumers know that we are receiving good quality hair when you already falsely advertise your products through a reviewer because we are specifically told what to expect when we receive our package but I'm so glad you did this review I pray my hair doesn't turn out like this and thank you for reading my message finally found someone who gets it!
