How To Make A Bob Wig From Start To Finish | Beginner Friendly | Omoni Got Curls

Hi guys welcome back to my channel hope you all are doing well, so in today's video i'll be doing a bob wig, and this is the hair that i'll be using. So i have six inches here and then i have eight inches and then 10 inches and the closure i'll be using is 12 inches. As you can see, this is double drawn hair. You can see the length they are equal at the bottom. The hair is very thick i like to use double drawn hair to make bob wigs because they look really healthy, and i love the thickness that it gives to the bob wig. So you can actually use longer hair and then cut it. But for me i feel like it's waste of hair and waste of money, so i'm using six inches to start followed by the eight inches and then followed by the 10 inches and our closure, which is 12 inches. So i'm not going to be using the whole of these bundles because it's going to be way too much. So i'm going to be using two and half of the bundles i'll use the whole of the six inches, probably half of the 8 inches and the whole of the 10 inches and, of course, our closure. So the secret to a flat closure is to sew from one end to another. Like you saw from this end, you cut the thread. You go to the other side, you cut it and then you sew the back section. That'S where your closure will stay flat, so it is recommended to draw one inch line if you're using a sewing machine, so you can draw one inch line, so i'm just going to use the tape as a guideline. I can actually do it without the tip. This is just to show you guys what i mean like a cigarette when i wake up in the morning anywhere we go forever like a biscuit, so guys for the first three lines. I did single track and after that i doubled the track. I know so guys. I changed my mind. I ended up using half of the six inches so right now moving over to eight inches, so i'm also going to double the weft before sewing it so guys you can see how bumpy this track is it's not smooth at all and it's not flat. So if you saw your tracks like this you're definitely going to have bumps. So what i do is i use my hot flat iron to flatten this out, so you just press it like this to make it i wake up in the flat me i'm going to sew one last track right here, very close to the closure and the tracks. I remember this time around i'm doing a single track, i'm so sorry guys, i'm finding it really difficult to position my camera in a way that you guys will see what i'm doing like this stresses me out. I really don't know i don't know what else to do, but i'll still continue to try. Lego is the original original original original bad man original original, original original patmano, so guys, i've already washed and straightened the hair. So right now i'm going to do the pattern on the closure, so my customer wants a c parts for this very hair, so i'll be creating a c part, and i have my hot comb. Yes, i got another hot comb and this time around this one is super hot and i'm very, very excited about it. So i'm also using the cara care wax stick to lay the closure down come true. Let'S make a move on them really wan na stress up on me, but my name really can't stress up on me. I really wan na test man, foreign foreign, so guys i had to do a voice over to complete this video because i didn't know my mic was not turned on. So i'm going to start cutting this wig. What you need is either a clipper or a scissors. You also need some clips to hold the hair apart, and you can also have like a rat tail comb to support the hair while you're cutting, so i'm going to cut it one line at a time. So i find this to be more easier and beginner friendly. That way, you don't make mistake when you're cutting this part like this step, is very very easy. So what you're going to do is to make sure that the the next line, you're cutting shouldn't, be shorter than the previous one. You see that they're on the same length or a bit longer like the previous one, should not be shorter than the next one. So you're just going to continue like that till you get to the top. So i prefer to use a clipper than a scissors, but either one works, but i prefer the clipper because it gives a more clean look to the wig for me so guys this is the result of this wig. I hope you guys love it as much as i do so. This is the most sold wig on my website, and the name of this wig is tara unit. It comes like this. The knots have been bleached, it's a custom made. As you can see, i made it myself. The knots are bleached, it's a five times, five closure. It has like a natural, hairline and scalp effect. The density is amazing. Like there's no way you will not love this hair.
