In the beginning of the video, the wig was freshly washed after unboxing with no product at all. The only product used on the wig was the CHI serum while straightening the hair. The flat iron is a free gift with purchase!
The hair is full, bouncy, and has so much body!! This is an extremely easy to apply wig! I love that you can put it on and take it off daily to care for your natural hair!

carmenhawk79: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....Purchased a u part wig from this company. They sent the wrong one. They acknowledged that they sent the wrong one after I sent pictures, then refused to send the right. They offered me a 27% discount to buy the correct one or $30 refund for a wig I purchased for $100. Oh and I have to pay $20 to ship it back....so a $10 refund. Luvme got me for $100.
