Easy Diy Lavender Bob Wig|Water Colour |2021

Whenever i upload a video, so you guys today, i'm going to show you how i color this wig that i just made into a beautiful purple, lilac like just scrumptious, color, okay, um, i've made this wig off camera and i didn't show you guys the process. But this is also because i've made many wigs on my channel. So if you want to know how to make a wig, you can just go back and just have a look at one of those, but also, if you want me to show you guys how i make the wig. I can also do that in another video. So the first thing that i'm going to do is tone the hair, as you guys can see, this hair is a 613 hair and there's a certain look that i want. So i'm going to go ahead and tone the hair before i do the watercolor method to tone the hair, i'm going to be using my purple shampoo. I believe you can use whatever brand of purple shampoo that you see fit and i'm basically just going to pour water into that container. And then i'm going to pour the shampoo into the water and from there i'm going to dip my wig directly into the mixture guys. I did make a stupid mistake because i was so distracted for some reason. I thought i was washing the hair and not toning. The hair, so what i did was apply the shampoo directly to the wig. By the time i noticed i was like girl what the hell are you doing, but anyways make sure that you pull your shampoo directly into the water and not onto the wig. As you can see, the purple shampoo has left like a purple um. It'S basically left the wig purple in some areas which i didn't want, because i feel like that affected the color a bit. I feel like it made the color of the wig a little bit brighter than it should in some places, but nevertheless we move. So these are the colors that i'm going to be using they're by adore hair color. So the first one is number 90 lavender and the second one is number 193 soft lavender i'm going to pour the entire bottles into the container and then i'm going to fill it up with water. So i'm just going to make sure that i have a nice consistency and then i'm going to mix everything together so that i'm able to just dip my wig into the container. This um coloring process is so fast. You guys the wig literally died within like minutes. Like a few dips, literally um, so as you can see, i'm just dipping it into the container right here um. I wanted the color to be a little bit. Um lighter. However, it did turn out quite pretty anyway, so that's basically it for the watercolor method. It'S so quick, so simple, so easy. I also forgot to mention you do not need to tone the hair like i did. If you want to achieve the exact same color, you can, but i just wanted to tone it, because i had a look in mind, but this is basically what the color is. Looking like, after just a few dips into the water like come on, how quick is that? So this is what we're looking at looking like at the moment and, as you guys can see you, i kind of have two tones going on in the wig, which is fine. That'S what i wanted. The purple section i felt like is where the shampoo had colored the hair before so i felt like it's a lot brighter. I don't know if you guys understand what i'm saying, but basically yeah. This is the finishing product and i've washed, the wig, i've dried, the wig, and this is the color. It'S so pretty. So so beautiful um, you guys, can see it's not as purple as it looked before, but i absolutely love this color. I feel like i'm, going to do another wig in this color, but like a longer length, i'm going to go ahead and apply the wig to my head and show you guys what it's given. So i've decided to clip the side areas of the wig, because the lace front was actually quite big and i wanted the wig to fit snug. I'M just using my got to be glued spray. I'Ve actually sprayed it onto the lace already um, just to stick it down and then i'm gon na i'm basically cutting away the lace right now um just to let you guys know. This is not like a like the perfect application, i'm literally just putting the wig on because it's late at night to be honest, so i'm just putting the wig on just so that you guys can see what it looks like on and for myself as well, because I wanted to have an idea what it would look like, because i wanted to wear this wig for my birthday, but um. Yes, so just bear in mind that the application is not perfect. I'M literally going to take it off as soon as i put it on once. I finish: recording the video i'm just using my scissors just to trim the ends of the hair. I want it to be like a straight like a blunt kind of bob look. So that's basically what i'm doing i'm just doing it in small sections, because i don't want to cut it too drastic and then you know mess it up, so i'm just going through it and then i'm cutting the ends. So then, i'm going to use my straightener just to go over it um. As i said to you guys, i'm not doing this perfectly. This is just a rough version just so you can see what it looks like and yeah, i'm just gon na. You know um curl the front of it because i want it to have like a little. What do you call that, like a little flip, satin sun at the front? Okay, so yeah? That'S what i'm doing - and i guess you guys - can see the outcome of what it looks like. I actually wear this on my birthday, so i'm going to show you guys a little clipping at the end of the video. I hope i do have one so you can see what it looks like properly, but i absolutely love this wig love this color. You can try it as well, because it was so easy to color you guys honestly, but thank you so much for watching.
