I feel like a spice girl hi. I am back for another video, looking like Christmas in the summertime, how you doing guess what it is wine and wigs Wednesday clink clink clink, clink clink. You know I've been filming since 7:00, so it was safe to say I've been drinking since 7:00. Y'All know I drink margaritas, but I drink wine margaritas. This margarita right here is made with agave wine. I got this from Trader. Joe'S still get you lit, but it's wine lit not tequila lit. You know, tequila can get you fighting in the club and can get you fighting in your house and get you crying on the floor. But a little special thing that I like to do is take some thigh Hien, and then I just put it around the rim y'all, let's get to this week. So this week is from Ali pearl hair Ali pearl is an online wig store where you can buy different wigs. You could buy weaves bundles things like that. This is the 99 jay short bob lace front wig. This was actually eight inches long, so she's shortly managed to show you what it looks like in the back hold on one. Second, as far as the color, you can get this wig in three colors. You can get in a natural black 99 J and a number 27 blonde, which is more like a honey blonde, not like a blonde blonde. Now, as far as the cap construction, this is a lace front wig, so there's lace in the front tracks in the back. I think it came with three combs and adjustable straps in the back. As far as the lace color honey, the lace color was way too light who's for the light light light light light skin girls - I'm that's very, very common with wigs. If you can't choose your lace, color you're, gon na end up with a lace color, that's not the same as your skin tone, which is one of the biggest faults and making sure your wig melts onto your forehead. So I created my own lace tint by using Jeane dark brown, hair color, as well as the honey brown hair, color hair, color mix. Those together put it in a spray bottle. It also came pre plucked. I did not pluck this wig at all in the front. I didn't pluck the party didn't do anything. I try not to get wigs that aren't pre-lunch, because I don't have time for it. But if y'all want to see how I style did how I tend to delays all of the steps that I typically use in making sure my wig just is cute and blends I'll just keep on watching and then I'll be back. So we're gon na start off by tenting our laces, you can tell the lace is way too light for my skin tone. So I'm going to use a DIY lace in. If you want to see a video on that, I definitely can make a separate one for you, because it's a little bit more specific to your skin tone. But I want to show you what I have done after I spray the lace with my DIY lace: tent. I'M just going to go ahead and use my blow dryer and dry the tent up. I let it sit on the lace for about 30 minutes and then I'm gon na just dry it with a blow dryer. You can do it, I'm cool or on hot. I wanted to make it quick, so I did it on hot and blow dry. The lace I'm also gon na turn the wig over to the other side. So I can go ahead and dry the roots of the hair as well. So I just take my time and just blow-dry it all the way out and next we're just gon na go ahead and do what we always do and cut our lace. Now I don't use a razor. I just use regular scissors to cut my lace. It'S a little bit easier for me less mistakes, but you can use whatever you want to to cut your lace, but I just try and use a zigzag sort of method to cut my lace now. We'Re just gon na go ahead and start placing the wig on our head. Of course, I use my trusty dusty wig grip and a wig cap does wig. Cap was too light for me, but whatever I tinted my lace, so you really can't tell that much, but, as you can see the lace, it's the same color as my skin tone, which makes it easier to place on my head. I was being lazy, so I used two got to be blue Spray. I don't like they got to be glued spray because it doesn't really stick to like the size around the ears of my head, but for like a temporary wig application for video. I do use this process, so I just place it on my head: it's a little bit quicker than using the gel and it doesn't really stick to my hairs because y'all know I like to apply my lace to my hairline and not really work for it. There'S not enough space, I don't think it looks funny to me, so I'm just gon na go ahead and spray. They got to be glued spray onto my head and a lot of the wig to sit. I'M using my comb as well, because it allows you to seamlessly place the lace without getting the hair stuck into the gel or the spray as well. And the comb also allows me to lay down some of the baby hairs that I would like to lay down. So you see me pushing some of those hairs for it and allowing those to cover up some of the lace as well. But since we tinted our lace, as you can see, you cannot tell the difference between my skin and the lace, or at least from here you can't tell now I'm just gon na go ahead and style the hair. I wasn't sure what I'd like to do with this bob, but I felt like a little half-up. Half-Down sort of hair style will be cute, as you can tell the knots on the lace. The knots on the wig are burgundy, so you can kind of tell. I was a little bit weary of bleaching these knots because I wasn't sure with the bleach how the bleach will react to the hair color. So I just left that out. You really can't tell that much, but I do wish I kind of bleach the knots but girls, fine, it still looks cute, so I just went ahead and put the hair up with a small rubber band and I used the got to be glued spray. Just to lay down the flyaways and to lay down some of those baby hairs as well. That'S it so, hopefully, y'all enjoyed this video y'all enjoy to me styling this hair. I don't know how y'all straight hair girls do it. It is such a struggle to do straight hair. How else would you have style this week, because I was having trouble with the straight bob? Look.
