Daenerys Hair Review | Brazilian Straight Bob Wig

Everyone welcome back to slate secrets, youtube channel in this video. We are reviewing a 4x4 8 inch bob wig. This wig is from amazon prime vendor daenerys hair. The wig is here so without further ado. Let'S check out this wig. The only two items that was in the box was the wig and a thank you card with the vendor's contact information all right, so here's the wig and boy. I have some comments, but we're gon na hold that in we're gon na cover all that. So, let's get to the review first topic is initial shedding, so i'm going to do a comb through okay, so this wig has very light shedding. When i did my comb through, there were only small amounts of hair that fell out only a little bit of hair. Nothing to be too concerned about, but this wig does shed. Even though it's light we got a shedder so something to keep in mind. The next topic is true to length. This wig is supposed to be 8 inches long, so let's go ahead and double check that so i'm going to measure starting at the very first track for this wig. This area right here is the 4x4 lace, and this is the very first track after the lace. So i'm going to put my measuring tape and straighten up this mannequin head to see how much the wig measures from the first track. The wig is hanging freely and the hair ends reach to about 10 and a half inches. Most of the hair ends are between 10 and 10 and a half inches the 10 and a half inch mark is right here. So this is not exactly the middle point of the wig. So, let's pick an area from about the middle point: i'm going to say about here is the middle point of the wig okay. So we are right on target where i estimated the middle point of the wig. I chose a track right from that point. Looking at the measuring tape, it's right on target the hair measures to be about eight to eight and a half inches long, so i will go ahead and give them a point for true to length so kudos to that okay. So the next topic is smell. This wig smells like brand new hair, which doesn't smell bad to me, so kudos to that. The hair pattern is straight also, i'm not having any trouble combing my fingers through this hair, so it is definitely tangle. Free. The texture of this hair is very soft. Almost silky like it actually feels really nice to comb. My fingers through this hair. The hair quality feels so good. They did a good job. Preserving this hair. They did. The hair volume is pretty good. The hair moves it's not stiff or dry, you know. So that's always a good sign. The vendor also states that this wig has 150 density. It'S pretty thick, so i believe it there's a good amount of hair on this wig. It feels nice next topic is the hair ends. The hair ends look good. They are not dry at all. Again. They preserve this wig very well. Also. I will mention that they did cut and style this wig. This wig is layered, so that's a plus, so let's go ahead and talk about the wig structure. Okay, so this is the front of the wig here's, your 4x4 lace parting space. We can go ahead and measure that as well, so the parting space for this wig does measure to be exactly four inches across and also the wig does measure to be about four inches deep. The hairline ends right at the four inch mark. Looking from the front of this wig, this lace does have three wig clips, one wig clip in the center, as well as the left and the right. This is the only area on the wick, that's netted, so it should be breathable. And then, when you flip to the back it's a full cap, they did already install a wig band for extra security. There is one wig clip in the back of the wig with two drawstrings to adjust the cap size under the wig band. Strap. There is one back wig clip and just beneath that there are many loops to hook the two drawstrings to adjust the cap size. They provide you. An automatic middle part. Tell me why this wig comes with 15 billion flyaways. Why it's like all around the wig! You see it right there you see the flyaways. This is all around the wig. Why? Even if you comb it down, it still sticks up. You see so definitely we'll have to apply some heat, not some heat, a lot of heat so that it can go down. Okay, so check this out, i'm turning this wig around, so that you can see a 360 view of all of the flyaways on this wig. You cannot hide this at all. This is very visible and undeniable, so comments. This wig comes with 15 billion flyaways like why. Why so many short hairs annoying like there's a lot of short hairs at the top of this wig? Like look at this, it's crazy right! All these short hairs, [ Applause ], like i can't wrap my head around. Why there's so many flyaways? Why there are so many short hairs? You know, you would think that i had an invisible balloon on top of this wig, but no there's no static electricity going on this wig just has so many flyaways, i'm in disbelief. Why there's so many short hairs? Other comments? The wig comes with an automatic middle part right this piece of hair. This right here doesn't know if it wants to be on the left or the right or the middle. It just moves. So definitely, i think, to solve this problem, because, no matter how many times i comb it, it doesn't really want to lay this way. So it's either a we can knock two birds with one stone. We can apply a lot of heat to the top of the hair to make sure that the flyaways flatten down right, applying heat, will also help confirm the middle part and force this piece of hair. That wants to be a baby hair slush. I don't know force it to the right side right or i can create baby hairs with this little clump of hair, since it wants to be in the middle of the wig. Anyway. It'S problem solved, i mean. Maybe this is supposed to be baby hair, but this is very long, baby hair. So it's like a mixture part of this area. Right here is long hair, as you can see, and then a little bit stops right here, but still that's some very long. Baby hair, like the vendor, does say that the lace is pre-plucked and has baby hair, but this is some long, baby, hair, very long baby. Hair, i wouldn't consider this baby hair, so definitely probably will cut it shorter. If i want baby hair, i personally don't like to cut the hair on my lace, frontals or lace parts. But first i will try the heat method to lay everything flat, because i don't need to be walking around with my hair like this. No, that's not cute and um we'll go from there with this. You see it wants to be in the front, so ultimately we may have to make that into baby hair. Ultimately, unfortunately, but those are just my comments, okay guys, so i have the wig on and look at this. You can literally see the fly away right there and it's so many of them. So the wig feels okay. I don't think that it's necessarily big head friendly. It does feel a little tight on my head, so if you're someone who has thick hair or a big head, you know this wig. You might have to reach out to the vendor to see if they can adjust the cap size to something larger. You know instead of standard, but the wig is okay. You know it's a classic part wig, so many the more i see the little short hairs at the top. The more it's like turning me off. You know. I just hope that when it comes for that time for me to lay the flyaways down, i hope it actually stays down for the duration of me wearing the way. Otherwise, we're gon na have to have a conversation with daenerys, hair, okay, but the wig. The wig is okay, i don't think the wig suits me. I never was a middle part kind of person, maybe if the part was deeper. You know to like here. Six inches i'd be less worried, but i don't know i don't know. I don't know like if you try to change the part, the hair kind of wants to go in that direction, see how it just flipped over. So i would have to basically play around with this wig. You know see what applying heat will do. You know if i could have maybe a bang. You know i got ta have my bangs, but for now i'll let the wig be as a part, wig and experiment later. So, overall, i'm rating this wig a seven out of ten losing one point, because it does shed losing a second point, because it's not really big head friendly and then losing a third point because of the fly aways like it's literally all the way down. But most of the flyaways are at the top of the wig, which is the worst place to have short hair ends. You know the wig is already eight inches long, and now we have a couple of flyaways at the top. Most of the time when you buy a wig, it should be ready to go. You shouldn't have to do much manipulation besides cutting the lace. You know the lace. Color is a good color, you know, and the wig is already styled ready to go it's just now. We have to apply some heat to this area to see if the flyaways will go down, so it might just be this way the wig you receive might not have flyaways, you know so it happens. My experience might be different from yours. So, thank goodness for that return policy that amazon, prime, has you know amazon got your back for sure. Just make sure you double check the policy that the hair vendor has as well. That'S pretty much it for this wig. You know i like my wigs with bangs and a little bit more length. You know it's cute. This is a cute wig, but i don't think it's for me per se. I don't know i feel like it makes my head look weird like it's super poofy right here i don't know it might be the thickness of my hair and the size of my head, but this style is not for me. I already know you don't even have to tell me, because i know if you see this wig on me and you like. Oh, that's, you go ahead and order that wig, don't let my feelings about the flyaways and the shedding or whatever stop you from buying this wig. So if you see yourself rocking this wig give it a try. Why not? I will say this wig feels secure. You know we can test it out. This wig is not moving. It'S not moving. This wig is secure wow. We might have to give them a point back for security yeah. This wig ain't going nowhere. This wig is secured. I didn't even feel like it was gon na slip off. This wig stayed intact. Okay, i love that. I love that my wig fell off one too many times, so i appreciate a company that gives you that wig band strap for security. Okay, they got you back. That makes me as a customer and a previous victim of wick falling off my head. That makes me happy that night. I will remember forever, but anyways.
