Hey babe welcome back to my channel, so today I'm teaming up with Julia here you guys know this is one of my favorite hair companies, especially when it comes to curly hair, so we're gon na be doing a closure wig we're using about 14 needles as a Gustin see you have them pre thread. It makes this process a lot easier if you guys are not familiar with how to thread needles. I actually don't have a video on that, but I'm sure it's in one of my baby. Nevertheless, I do have a closure here. All the details for the hair will be listed down in my description box below. I did go ahead and bleach the knots, of course, if you want a link to a video that shows you exactly how to bleach knots and things like that, I have a ton of them. Now, when I do my closure units, I usually like to double my webs all the way up until I get about maybe about an inch lip of hair and then I'll kind of just single them, but for the most part I double them, and especially with curly Hair, I put them kind of far apart because I don't want the hair just to be so compact from here we're just kind of like too much right. So I'm using a mesh dome cap so that it is breathable breathable. And so you can find this at any a local beauty, supply, store or Target. I don't believe Walmart. I have seen it at Target, but I would definitely try abuse Questor first, if you guys need the needles same thing and then I go ahead and just start from one end of the track to the next, and so I go ahead and start by wrapping. I guess the very tip of that needle I'm in one area and then I go ahead and slowly wrap it around the needle three times just to form a small knot and I'll kind of continue that process throughout the entire track. Going from. I guess one side of the head to the other and the way that I start to lay the tracks is in a curved motion, starting from near the back of the ear or a little bit in front of that. So if you are familiar with that placement is on your head, then you can go ahead and start there, but if you are not familiar with it, I would suggest trying on the dome cap wig first and maybe just kind of like marking that spot so that You know you know kind of where to start and how to curb those tracks upward so that nothing shows, I think, flies away and all the hair is going towards the face. You don't want. You know your closure going straight down and then your bundle is just kind of like I don't know. It just looks funny like it's a gap, but nevertheless you'll learn that, with just making wigs and stuff like that, so once you've made sighs, even yo go ahead and kind of cut that area. This is where you're gon na want to make sure that you really really slow down just that one track, or I guess the track from end to end, because of course they lift up until you want to make sure that you go over this. Maybe three. Even four times just to make sure that it's really really secure. Now I know that some people don't like to use, I believe, like the cotton thread, you can use nylon. For me, cotton works. Just fine sound like I'm, using it on somebody's head. So that is something I know that it's kind of optional. I just feel more comfortable with this. This type of thread y'all. I want to go ahead and do apologize in advance. My hands are so freakin ashy. My nails are cracked. It'S like a lot going on right now, but nevertheless that we're gon na go ahead and just kind of continue up through this process and we're gon na kind of just play some music light. You guys kind of chill out for a little bit and then once we get ready to install the closure, I will be back [ Applause ] all right. So now that we've pretty much reached the top of the head, you guys can see. I am in like that temple area, so I didn't want to bring the whoops shoes too far up. I didn't need to go ahead and check my knot. So do you, the 40 volume developer for about 15 minutes, go ahead and kind of just rinse that out shampoo condition and boom. So you want to make sure that you stretch this out as even as possible on each side. I like to go ahead and take the tee pin to stretch the lace as far as possible on both ends, just to make sure that everything is completely flat and flush. And then I go ahead and kind of just tie the hair back and kind of get it out of the way. So I'm gon na go ahead and just twist this down and as I guess and see, it literally just lays against the cap and I'm just gon na go ahead and kind of tack that down a little bit more, I'm reading on the t pin. So I did use just like a needle, but once you get the closure flat, you can just start to commas so as normal. So if you guys are familiar with that process, you can kind of speed through this. But if not, then this is how it's done. So I don't usually like to start my needle and thread at the very tip of the closure, just because it kind of leaves that, like not, so you don't want to start there. I started about a half an inch back and then I start to kind of thread morges so back and forth until I kind of close off the closure or the very tip of that on to the dome cap. And then I go ahead and just kind of sew back forth, so I do go over this area multiple times just because it is a closure and we are going to be cutting off. I guess material from this area, so I want to make sure that everything is tightly kind of sewn down as possible because you want your waste to last for years, not just like a couple weeks a couple months or anything like that, and so, as we kind Of get around the curve of the closure, you just want to make sure that you continue that process no need to kind of stretch it back or anything just leave everything, as is, if you guys have laid this properly. All that you're gon na be doing from this point and she's sewing it down, so make sure that you completely use the thread. I like to start from one edge to the other and leave the back kind of hanging. When I do the closure. But as you get some see, the video is really really detailed. So even if you aren't listening to this voice over - and you are like a visual learner - I feel like you will get it down pick the first time just based on for this video. So there's that, but you guys can see the curl pattern is pretty amazing, but the rest of this section of the video I'm just gon na go ahead and fill in the hair a little bit. Curving, the tracks upward and just kind of making sure that I leave enough gap area to kind of fill in so that I have exactly about an inch of hair around the closure evenly. So that's gon na be the goal just to fill in as much as possible. If you don't do this, the neatest way, that's okay! You just want to fill it in. So you get to the inch and you should be good. So, as you guys can see, we have about an inch out, probably a little bit less than that I'm gon na go ahead and just take that last double with and pretty much connected with a closure. So this is where I sew the web onto the cap and also in combination with the closure. So the closure has something to kind of adhere to as well, not really out here, because it's not flu but more so just kind of holds on right. So we're gon na connect the two and slowly uh-huh, make sure that you are securing each and every knot as tight as possible, and both your wig is all done. I believe I got this wig done in about 30 minutes, including the closure bleaching time and all that stuff. So yeah, you kind of do everything at once and from here I'm gon na go ahead and just style up the hair. I do have a water bottle with a little bit of weave in oddly moist three-minute, moist conditioner, and then I believe, it's a deep conditioner and then just regular water boom spray that and then go ahead and kind of just style the hair. So I'm taking a diamond brush. I believe I got this from Sally's just to go through the hair and you guys can see the way that it comes out and the pack it's not gon na, be the way that it comes out once you actually wash it. So if you're one of those people that kind of want that done and finished look, I would even suggest maybe washing the bundles beforehand, allow it to dry and then go ahead and kind of you know, do the wig or you can do it way. If you are experienced, don't do a wig if you're not experienced or try to sell the bundles and while they're wet, unless you are familiar with placement, so that's just you know kind of a tip. So I would rather just kind of wait it out and you guys can see. I have about an inch or a half an inch and a half gaps in between the actual units. So you guys can see. I really really got the most out of the hair and again all the details will be listed down in my description box below. I believe I got an 18 to 16 and a 16 inch closure, and this is just their curly hair and I think, from this point yeah I didn't want to let it air-dry. Obviously you can, but I am gon na go ahead and just kind of go through with my diffusor just to make this style kind of just straight to the point: go ahead and style it up really quick drying time because you're not soaking the unit and yeah. I think that is pretty much that the hair was extremely soft. Everything bounced back really really nicely. So I did appreciate that and the closure was like a light brown as well. So I appreciated that because it definitely put it in with my skin tone if it's not transparent, it's definitely Mike Brown, but I will double-check it for you and so from here. You can obviously stop what you're doing if you want and kind of just give yourself a break, but I want to go ahead and get this finish. It usually takes me about an hour and a half to completely start to finish. Through these units, you guys can see where that mesh is so. This is gon na be the area that you're cutting out. This is gon na, be where you can actually end up cutting the lace closure, so you don't want to do that, go ahead and take your time slowly. I know that I'm speeding up this part of the video so don't actually think that I'm moving this fast. I'M not I'm good and just kind of cut that part out really slowly and make sure that you do not cut the lace again, okay boom. So once you go ahead and put that back on the wig cap, you are not done. You want to make sure that you kind of customize the closure so that everything looks natural. You can do this to mimic a French hole or you can just simply hug tease out some of the baby here, just a little bit because are not really baby here, but some of the front shows so that it's not so thick because I kind of look Sweet so yep, I'm just doing this in a diagonal motion. I did just post a very detailed video on how to click the F out of your friends holes, so I will link that down below as well. If that's something you need a reference to just so that you know kind of how to get the process really really quickly. I'M just gon na go ahead and comb through the hair. Once I kind of get everything plucked out the way that I want it to and add a little bit of hair in the front as well and kind of just cut that out some. This is probably like my favorite part, because it's like boom we're almost done and you get a really subtle rid of some of the bulk of the hair, and then you are able to just continue to kind of customize this to your liking. So from here, if you're, ok with that, you can definitely stop. I try not to over pluck my units, especially when I am selling them just simply because over time they will start to shade, and I don't want to give you a bald wig before you even installed it. Okay, so go ahead and just kind of cut some baby hair here, which does hope for the blending process. I'M gon na go back and come to tweeze that out just a little bit then take some of my mousse just to kind of lay everything down. So you guys can find the tweezers I like to use the one that have does that add no cut to it, as opposed to straight across. You can use what you feel comfortable with and I'm just lightly going through, just to kind of take away that straightness of a hairline, because nobody, Caroline, is exactly perfect unless you're gon na line up. But that's another conversation. So I'm gon na go ahead and just kind of finish, tweezing that out comb all the excess hair out and boom you're all set alright. So take in mind, this is not cream of nature. I really miss it. I can't find it anymore, but this is the what is this? I'M not even sure if I remember the name of the mousse I'll post it down below I've, been using it for the past five videos, so yeah. There'S that thing is a shea moisture, so yeah, I'm just gon na lay everything down at the top of the unit. I want to kind of allow this to dry a little bit so, like I said I was gon na go through it with the diffuser and then I will actually hit that with a hot comb and we will be all done well, not really [ Applause ]. So here is a quick look at the unit, as you guys can see, the curls came out nicely. Everything is soft, bouncy below it. You can definitely pick out the curls if you want to completely dry and ready to ship. So if you guys did not know, I do have a custom, wig unit wig unit, because some wig a website I do sell units that are lightly and newly use, use and new. You get one wrong with that. Nonetheless, I want to go out and apply an elastic band to this wig, just to make sure that it really fits tight and snug. I'M also going to apply weight comes as well. The details to my website will be listed in my description box below and yeah. So if you want most people that do you want to order the hair that I usually do, reviews for and you don't really want to go through this process, no problem I'll go ahead and kind of just help you out there, so you can contact me email Me, whatever you feel comfortable with and as you guys can see, with the elastic band, I'm literally just leaving a little bit of space a little bit of room for that way, comb to be applied, making sure that I've already measured out from Temple to Temple that Space and because the band, which is a little bit too thick, I did go ahead and cut off, maybe about a half an inch from the band and yeah. That is pretty much it guys. I think I've done this very detailed in another video as well. So if you need to watch that again, you can watch that video or just kind of replay that little part so from here. The only other thing that I am going to do is at the combs you guys can see. I have two combs. I went ahead and got that from Amazon, actually I'm using three combs. So it's two on the side and then one in the back and I'm gon na go ahead and kind of fold everything over and then sew it down. So these can be kind of tough to sew through you don't want this whole. I guess hold it so so tight so where it starts to buckle on itself. You definitely want to kind of take your time with that process and boom. It is SuperDuper secure. You can go ahead and apply this, as is you Johnny, even as long as your hair is parted in the middle? I think you should be fine if you want to apply like a wig cap or something like that you can, but I think that is pretty much the gist of the video. So definitely leave any comments or questions down below. I love you guys so much stay. Pretty, if you are not subscribed now is a good time we're going to do that, see you guys later babies,
