Hey you guys welcome back to my channel today i am reviewing wigan's hair. This is a curly 5x5 closure wig, but i'm gon na make it frontal style period, because this is like my new method. If i don't want to wear a frontal, but i want it to look like a frontal. I just zoom with this, and i kind of just put it to the side, and i do a side part and it kind of just makes it look like a frontal. I did bleach the knots on this wig and i did pluck the wig. If you guys are interested to see how i do that, i have a video on my channel, i'm also going to make an updated video, because i kind of got a different method, um, so stay tuned for that to apply this week today. I am using this olive oil wig grip gel and they do sell this in walmart. Now we're in some walmart's. I was shocked to go in there today and i actually saw this in walmart and i was like oh my gosh like now. I don't got to order offline because for some reason my beauty supply store near my house does not have this olive oil gel or the super hole spray which i'm going to show you in this video and i'm just applying this to my edges, more salt. On my skin than actually on my edges and i'm just putting this on with a popsicle stick you all know, i don't do a broadcast method. I think i'm actually going to start doing a bobcat method um. I just think it would look better if i do a broadcast method, but it just takes so much unnecessary time. I think um, so in my next video y'all might seem to do a volcanic you might not. Who knows but yeah. I just blew dry that a little bit just to make sure it was pretty tacky and now i'm just applying the lace into the glue, i'm putting the edges of the lace onto the outer part of the glue and then i'm back combing it with this comb And making sure everything is stuck in place now, i'm just blow drying it again. Also on a cool setting, i find that when you blow dry on a cool setting, rather than like a hot setting, it dries clearer than because, when you blow dry on a hot setting for some reason it comes out. White um, but cool is just better. So i did that on a cool setting and yes, i don't know what i'm doing, but okay, so yeah. Now i'm taking my scissors and i'm cutting these three slits into the lace. This just makes it easier to actually cut the lace off and i'm using an eyebrow razor and i'm cutting each individual section so and, as y'all can tell, the edges of the lace are a little bit white from that gel. So i am going to take. It'S usually worse than this, but i did do it on a cool setting today. So it's not that bad, but i'm going to try and fix that so i'm taking the olive oil super hose spray and i put it spread it on like the um middle of this comb and i'm kind of just laying it. I don't know how to explain what i'm doing. Obviously you can see what i'm doing, but i'm kind of just pushing the lace in and melting it better into my skin. If that makes sense, and now i'm actually pulling out my baby hairs, i don't know why. This is like my favorite part of laying a wig is pulling my baby hairs out, like i just love that for some reason but yeah i'm just pulling some baby hairs out. You can pull. However many you want out, you can do thin baby hairs. You can do thick baby hairs, i kind of do mine in the middle kind of thick, but not too too thick but thick enough to my liking. So that is what i'm doing now and before i lay this wig, i'm taking this olive oil fixing spray and i'm spraying it on the lace, and you really want to tie that up quickly, because if you don't do it quick enough, the lace will start to Like come up, so i tied it up quickly soon after i sprayed that, then i just took some wax stick and i'm about to lay this wig and make it flatter. So i'm taking this hot comb. This is an andes, hot comb and i use my on the hottest setting, which is like a level 20 and i'm just laying this better. So that is flatter um, because y'all know i love a flat wig. I don't do that. Bulky wish okay flat wigs all day every day and now, of course, i'm cutting my baby hairs with this um twinkle hair cutter. This is what they use to like do layers in the hair, but i find that it works great for cutting your baby hairs and i just recently started doing this method. Well, i kind of curl my baby hairs with this um pencil flat iron. I got this from amazon and it makes it way easier to lay your baby hairs because it kind of puts it in the shape that it's already gon na be in. I really hope that makes sense, but this is definitely a step that i've been missing out. My whole life like, where has this thing been at my whole life, definitely recommend y'all getting one of these, and now i'm about to lay my baby hairs with this olive oil fixing spray like i said they also have this in walmart. Now, when i just went, though, to go, find one y'all, they only had one lift. I was like, oh my god, y'all them. Things is selling like. If you find this, you better get it because they still like quick. It'S just something about laying baby hairs. That is so satisfying like your girl be focused. Now, i'm just about to apply some makeup to my lace with this little tiny um. I think this is a crease makeup blending brush and that's what i use to add makeup to my lace. Somebody actually asked me on my videos: why do you bleach the knots if you still apply makeup the knots on the wig? I don't really know how to explain it, but in my next customization video, i'm going to explain it to y'all exactly why i do that. But now i'm just taking some concealer and i'm making this part super straight. This is what i do to make my part as straight as possible, and this is also a slanted angle brush and honestly, i was really debating whether or not i should wear my hair. Like big like this, or if i should divide the curls, i just thought this was so cute. I love a big curly hairstyle. Look at me, i'm feeling myself. Let'S look look at it. I love this. I really do, but i was like. I cannot walk at the house like this, so i just felt like it just didn't look finished, so i'm about to define these curls so to find my curls i'm just using this spray bottle, and i just put water. This isn't mixed with any conditioner or anything y'all. This is just straight water and i am using this olive oil, no argan oil mousse. This actually isn't really my favorite mousse, but i really like motions the best. I think that that's the best for defining curls but walmart was sold out. They just we sold out all of my favorite products um, so i'm just using this defining brush. This is like a denman brush and i'm just using this to comb out these curls and make these curls kind of clump together and be more defined, and i just love seeing the hair go from like 0 to 100, so quickly. Whenever i apply this product to the hair, i just love it. Y'All can see the difference from the right side and the left side. It'S just such a big difference whenever you define the curls so like i said this is wiggins curly hair. This is deep waves. Wiggins is actually one of my favorite hair companies.
