My First Time 5*5 Closure Wig! |Beginner-Friendly Ft.Geetahair

What'S up guys welcome back to my channel, you already know who it is: it's your favorite girl zoe, and this is another hair video, and this is a different hair video, because i'm going to be installing my own hair, literally for the first time i have not Ever saw installed a wig while i did but not really like installed it. I just like put some glue down and then and then it just came back off. So let's hope that you know this is a success because you know it is my first time. So it's not going to be perfect, but i've been watching videos these last couple of days. You know getting some insight on how other people install their wigs, so hopefully that this comes out really really good. I know i like burnt out right now. Clearly so yeah human hair is a bomb wig. Like literally, let me show y'all this wig. It was a body wave way when i got it. I'Ll include a video right here, um of how it looked before. I straightened it because i just finished straightened it before straightening it beforehand, because i'm going to wear it straight. You know - and this is what it's looking like like look at the look at the body and it's 250 density, so that means it's really really full. So we like that, we don't want. You know skimpy looking wigs, so this looks really good. Let me give y'all it in full: hd lace, i'm going to change the color, so you know it can blend really really good and it's 22 inches, so it might be longer than 22 inches to be honest because it was shorter when it was body wave and Then, when i straightened it, it looked like it got a little bit longer, so it might be longer than 22 inches but yeah, it's a middle part, um pre-parted, i plucked it already the best. I could you know it's my first time installing a wig. So i plugged it - i didn't want to make it look too ball. So i didn't do that much plucking, but i did a little bit of plucking. So that's good enough, so i'm gon na go ahead and put this wig to the side, because we're gon na need her in a minute, but first we're gon na start the prep so yeah like i said this. So i mean this is not a headband way like this. That wig wig, like not just the way you just put on a strap to the back. This is a wig wig, so it's the first time i'm gon na be installing it so make sure you watch all the way through. Even if it's pretty long, i'm gon na try to you know cut it down as much as i can, but i'm sure it's still gon na be really long, so yeah guys, let's get right into this video and okay. So, first before i put the wig cap on and everything i'm gon na put some of this um baby don't be bald grease in my hair. Just you know, keep your hair growing! I love this stuff. This hair, i mean this grease, has my hair growing so yeah, i'm just gon na put this in between my scalp, like so all the way through. So i'm already cleaned off my forehead, just you know, make sure we have a clean base. So the glue. Can you know adhere really good? This is the adhesive waterproof glue that i got from my hairstylist. You already know about lady maddie. She is the best, so i got this from her so yeah. I have all my little things over here um. Let me show y'all y'all can't really see, but i have all my little things over here that i'm gon na need to install this wig present on flat iron makeup, because you know you got ta blend it real good, so let's get right into it. So first i'm gon na put the wig cap on first. What i'm gon na do is put some makeup on my wig cap, because you know i want it to look as natural as possible. I hope this blends. Okay, yeah, that's a good color. I really hope this blends well y'all and i'm just letting y'all know now, i'm not here so this. This is my first time installing a wig so don't say anything so guys. I'Ma put some um makeup on the wig as well, because i've seen in a video, the girls were doing that. You know putting it on the lace as well as the wig, so i'm gon na go ahead and put some makeup on the way itself. Just so it blends really well and then just so it can set i'm gon na go ahead and spray. Some of this got to be glued, so the makeup won't, you know, rub off on my head: it'll actually stay on this leg, a little bit we're just going to go ahead and put the wig on put the combs in. So you know you have that extra protection. You know in case somebody want to fight you in public, and you know girls or girls do is poor hair. So you want to make sure you have that extra protection on your hair. So in case you know somebody go for your hair yeah. You already know i got distracted, but let me go ahead and put these combs in my hair. Then i'm gon na go ahead and take my pressing comb and just press or whatever you want to call it like. I said i ain't, no makeup stylist, so makeup stylist, i know hairstylist. I don't know so, as you can see, it's pretty much already. Looking good. Like you can tell like, i need like a darker shade of makeup because, like i said, i'm just going to okay that right there next time, since this is my first time next time, i'm gon na make sure i got the correct shade, make sure y'all make Sure, okay, so next i'm going to bring this back and then you already know the next part put the glue on so pretty much. The girls is just starting wherever the lace starts and just going across. Okay, you see mistakes happening. I'M still here, it's wasting the glue on myself so yeah. This glue smells so good, like it smells like watermelon smells so so good and my hairstyle is selfish, so yeah, so the girls are pretty much putting it on waiting for it to get tacky. You know and then they're putting layers on, because i guess you know the more layers you put on the longer the wig will last so i'm gon na go ahead and let that dry and then we're gon na put like probably like two or three more layers On just so, you know you have that extra protection on your head, so this is what it looks like so far. So let's wait for that to dry yeah. This hair looks so good, like look at the bounce like look at that hands are just going right through bomb. I love this and it's long giving the girls around any money for real okay. Now i'm gon na go ahead and add my next layer. Now we can go ahead and bring the wig down and pretty much lay it. We use the back of our comb to pretty much lay down hairstylist. I really don't want to put nobody else's hair in my hands, so to make sure i hold it down and dry is really good. I'M gon na go ahead and take this lace band from my hairstylist as well. The boss, lady collection and i'll go ahead. I'M just going to flat iron my hair a little bit more okay uh. The cone then flew all the way back there. I don't know how, but it's already back there like i said i straighten the hair before i even started this video. I straightened it like literally right before i started this video off camera, so i really don't have much to straighten, but i'm gon na give that some time to pretty much set in place. So i'm just gon na go ahead with the flat iron and just y'all. I don't even know when the camera cut off, because when you get to 23 minutes on the camera, it just cuts off by itself. You have to start another clip, so i don't know where the camera cut off, but pretty much. I'M waiting for the lace to hold right now and go ahead, put my hair in a ponytail and then now we're going to undo the band okay bring it down here we go. This is what it looks like i'm gon na give y'all close up. This is what it looks like i'm gon na go ahead and take some of the not needed edges out. That is pretty much on the lace and we're going to cut off this excess. Oh there we go cut the lace down the middle, as you can see that turns light down, because you can't really even see so. I cut the lace down the middle. Now i'm gon na go ahead and cut off this excess wig part and the video i watched said you should cut down starting from the center and cut over all right y'all. I am back. I had to turn the camera off and you know fix my wig up a little bit, because when i took the light the band off it wasn't giving was supposed to be gave. So i had to cut some more of the lace off and now it's definitely giving what was supposed to be gay, but now i'm about to do my edges, because this is not it. So we got ta. Add some edges on this. So now this is what it looks like. Let me show y'all close up. I think i did pretty good for this to be my first time installing my own wig, i think i did pretty damn good so now we're going to go ahead. Actually, what i'm going to do is i'm going to customize wax. I got this wax. Stick this 24 hour edge tamara, wax, stick from the hair store and just to make this lay down at the top a little bit more. Just put a little bit of this wax back here as well, and then we're going to take the pressing comb and go ahead and press it down to make it stay flat, i'm going to definitely give almost once again. Let me show little bit there. We y'all yeah. This is definitely supposed to be a game period. So now i'm going to go ahead and do the edges so y'all pretty much i'm using mousse on my edges, because you know you can use edge control but usually when the edge control dries up. It makes your edges really hard. So if you want like soft edges, use mousse, it works better, all right y'all, so my uh adult hairs, because these ain't baby hairs they're dull hairs. My adult hairs is not trying to really cooperate, so this is what it's giving they're. Not really you know given what suppose we gave, but it is what it is so y'all. This is the finished product and, to be honest, i didn't think it was going to take this long. The video probably going to be like 20 minutes, but i'm probably meant to be like 15 minutes. The video probably gon na be like 15 minutes, but it really took me like an hour and a half to finish this, because when i finished it at first i had to redo it because it was giving too much lace. So i had to cut some lace off, but i mean it really looks good and for it to be my first time like i am very impressed, like i really did that like look at that, look at the baby hairs. Look at the lace. It'S definitely given. Next time i will have my shade of um foundation, for you know the scalp and the wig cap or the wig, because it was a little bit too light, but i fixed that i put some got to be glued and you know it blended, really really good. As you can see, let me go ahead and give y'all a close-up, so this is what the top looks like the lace and everything it looks really really good. Like i said i already flat ironed the hair, so i really don't need a flat iron anymore. Let me give y'all, let me back up, so y'all can see the hair and full. This is what the hair is giving. I got ta bend down a little bit, but the hair is pretty pretty long and this is 22 inches, but i really think it's longer than 22 inches, but the longer the hair, the better and yeah so comment down below what y'all think what do y'all rate This um, like i said i did it by myself for the first time, so i mean it's good for the first time.
