Foreign, what's up y'all, welcome back to my channel and on today's video i'm going to be showing you guys how to reinstall a 4x4 wig. So, let's get into it! First, i'm going to do the ball cap method, i'm gon na start with the stocking cap, and i have my big sexy hair holding spray. Now i'm going to blow dry my hair on cool air until that spray dries up, then you go ahead and do another layer, and then you repeat that process. So since this is a 4x4 lace, closure wig we're just gon na really focus on that four inch. Space in the front so now i took my eyebrow razor and i'm cutting the wig cap and i'm gon na show you guys how to cut the ear tabs. Some people struggle with this part, but since it's not a full closure, wig well y'all gon na see not saying that this part is not as important, but we're really gon na focus on the four inch space in the front so yeah now i'm cutting the other Side make sure y'all don't cut your hair, so i really um got a lot of the spray a little bit more underneath the hairline that i wanted to. So it kind of dried up and that's why it's more work to cut the excess cap yeah, but make sure you get like up to the hairline. So now, you're gon na see me put rubbing alcohol on where the dry hairspray was because it kind of had that like white cast yeah it's better now and the size in the back is not going to be perfect, but i just really needed this wig for The brunch that i went to and also i wore the wig one more day, but i was going to be taking it off and um in two more days, so i just needed it to last for that long. Okay, now i'm going in with my erica j holding down adhesive and like i was saying, i only need the wig to last for two days, so basically i'm going in with two layers of glue. So i just had my um lash glue that i used to apply to spread out the adhesive, but you can use a popsicle stick or any flat object to spread it out and make sure you get a flat nice layer. And now i am blow drying that glue on cool air, so you basically blow dry until the glue is clear and tacky, and now i'm going in with my second layer. If you want the wig to last like five days or even more, you would apply more layers, so i would suggest applying maybe five layers of glue. If you want the wig to last more than just two days and then i go in with my blow dryer again and blow dry on cool air until that glue gets nice and tacky okay now normally, i would definitely put my foundation before i put that glue On, however, i did it after this time, but it's okay. I just quickly did it um yeah and it still worked just fine. So, basically, you would put the foundation your foundation color on the wig cap and i'm just focusing it on that four inch space like i was saying now, it's wig time, so you want to apply the wig a little bit below where the glue stop y'all see That melt, though so now, i'm going in with my fine tooth comb and you're, just gon na press down the wig onto your hairline, i'm taking the tail of the cone pressing it down pressing it down all right elastic band time. So now i'm gon na tie the hairline up and i'm having a shower, but before that i'm going to blow dry the hair on hot and cool air see y'all in, like 20 minutes hold on. I know y'all see that melt. What oh okay! I did that! Yes, so now i'm adjusting the back and making sure that the clip that's in the back of the wig is secure. Look at the front now i'm gon na go in with my nairobi. Mousse cause, listen y'all! We don't want helmet here. We want flat laid okay. So you're gon na go in with the mousse, and now i'm going in with my camera care wax thick. This is so important if anything never skip this step like i said we got to get it on flat flat. Okay, now i'm going in with my hot comb, and i am going to comb out the roots to get that baby flat, so so, okay, so now i'm part of my hands two sections, i'm about to begin the flat iron process and i am flat ironing the Hair on 400, you could do 450, but yeah. So now, i'm just brushing it out getting out all the kinks. So the serum that i'm going to be using is the bio silk silk therapy. This stuff is amazing. It gets in here silky straight. I love it. So my flat iron technique is small sections. I use the bio silk serum then i do the chase method with a fine, toothed comb silky straight now. It'S time for the next side. So and voila is all done so after this i'm just going to put some concealer in the parting space, and you can do some pressed powder of your skin colors foundation at the front, and i love how it came out. Yes, so whenever you get your wig done and it comes off it lifts or anything, this is basically my process to redo it pretty simple, not too bad, so yeah make sure you guys, like comment subscribe, get me to a thousand subscribers. We are well on our way and i will catch you in the next one. You
