Beautiful people - i am chef b, welcome back to my channel now for today's video, we'll be styling this unit from asteria here.com and we will be doing inches today. Girl, yes, 30 inches. This is the longest i've ever gotten a unit, and i'm super excited because you know what we're gon na go all out now, um. The first thing i like to check when i get a new unit a unit wig, is that um i like to check for shedding. I didn't experience any shedding at all with this unit. However, the ends weren't the best they weren't perfect. However, later on, when i flat now flat iron, when i want curly hair, it was totally bomb now um. This is a 6x6 closure, so this is not a full frontal lace, wig and also this will be great for my girls that are new to the weight game or, if you don't like a full frontal or your edges are thin or you just don't want that Extra stuff, but you want a closure, but you want the closure to look like you're wearing a full lace front. A 6x6 closure is totally bomb now. The lace on the wig is the knots on the the hair of the closure, where i tad too dark still, so i did end up bleaching. The knots for like 10 minutes tops and um. This is how it's looking i didn't even pluck it or anything as yet the hair it came plucked. So um, you don't even have to bleach the knots, but if you're anal like i am with the extraness go ahead and do that, but you totally don't have to - and i did wash my wig guys, um the climate of what's going on in this world girl. Like i wash everything you were supposed to be washing even before this now to make sure that my parting is straight first, i use um some water on there and then you guys gon na see me use a uh. What you call that a wax a stick wax to make sure that it lays flat - and now i'm just doing a little bit of extra plucking in the front just so that it looks even more natural, especially since this is not a frontal. This is a closure. I want the parting to look like. I got it professionally done now. We'Re no expert but we're gon na try as best as we can to make it look like we got our wigs made by someone like a celebrity wig, stylist or something so i'm going to use be using this wax. Stick to make sure that i don't have any flyaways. I want this to be laid, and also i got a weird shaped head like i got a little natural hump in the back that girl. God made me this way. So i got ta make sure that my wig lays flat. I can't make the wig have a hump and i have a hump. I'M gon na look like a camel, and i can't have that. Okay, my head top will look like a camel back and and that ain't cute, so i have to go through the front or at the top right there. I have to go section by section just to flat iron: i'm not flying ironing the hair all the way down to take out the natural wave, just the very top to make sure that it lays flat. I'M using this tresemme heat protectant consists. You want to make sure that, even though it is not your real hair, it is human hair and you want to keep these units as long as possible. So you want to make sure that you use heat protectant and then i'm going to just one curl the hair and give it back that natural wave that came out of it when i washed it, because i let it air dry, that's very important as well. I let my wig sit overnight and air dry. I don't like to use a blow dryer because it looks too frizzy and so when it air dries, it looks so much nicer and yes, i'm going to show you guys how it looks when i'm done one curling. It and then i'm gon na show you guys the final look now. Our next step is to apply the wig. Now, as i said, a closure wig is honestly the easiest to style, and this could be glue less if you get it in the right cap size. I got mine in a medium size, this hairs 180 density in fullness, which is perfect. It'S not bulky and big. It'S just perfect, so anyways. So this. If you want to go glueless, that's fine. I personally like to use that to be freezing spray because it is a super hold. However, it is easy to remove as soon as i put water on the lace it lifts and um. I like that, because i ain't trying to mess with my edges this. I don't want him to disappear like a magician when about that life, i'm not about the ghostbound glue, and that was other type of glue life like i'm doing it, you can do if you want to wear your wigs for two weeks straight and do all of That you can do that. I like to take my wigs off at night, so i go with the easier type of application method that will be easy to remove without damaging my hairline, even though you don't necessarily don't actually glue the hair down on your edges. But still you know what i'm saying like y'all get, what i'm saying anyways. This is the final look. Let me guy, let me know what you guys think of this unit.
