Today, i'm reviewing this wet and wavy 5x5 closure wig in 26, inches by jessie selection for the best wig reviews and relaxed hair content. So let's do a quick, unboxing, okay! So in the box, of course, you get the wig. It also comes with a wig cap, a pair of lashes and, of course, a thank you card, as well as a maintenance card. So now, let's, let's get into this wig it's time to reveal her see. What'S going on, okay with this unit, so i'm excited to try her out so once again, this is jessie's selections, new hd lace, wig, it's wet and wavy with a 5x5 closure. So you see the 5x5 closure. It has a total of three combs one on each side and one on the back. It also has adjustable straps, so you can adjust the fit of the wig, and this is how the cap looks the entire cap of the wig. So this is the lace. It also has baby hairs as well. So i'm excited to try this out, wet it and see how it looks curly and how it looks straight. So, let's put her on okay, okay, so look at her get my mirror out cause. I can't see myself oh wow, okay, so first thing i see right away is the knots the knots are not bleached at all. They are. You can really see them very well. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to take off the wig and i'm going to cut the lace off and then i'm going to cover the knots with some foundation or powder, because i'm not going to bleach the knots today. So that is what i'm going to do now, i'm going to cut the lace, and this is going to be a quick application, so the lace is gone. So, as you can see the knots you can really see the knots very well. So i'm going to take some pressed powder and just cover those knots, so that's with the powder on it. Okay, so the powder did help. I can see now the difference, so i'm gon na take my brush and comb out or brush out this beautiful unit. I like the way it feels feels good. So, as you can see it's well at the top, so let's part it and straighten it and get it to lay flat. So i'm going to style the unit and i'll be back okay. So first i'm going to go in with my cara care, wax stick and apply that to the root of my wig. But, as you can see, i have a lot of fly away, so i really wanted the flyaways to lay down, which is why i'm using the wax stick. The base of my wig, where my part is, is very wavy. It'S not straight at all. So i want to get that straight for the straight look. I did notice that i was having a hard time to straighten out the roots. I know this is a wet and wavy unit, so i'm thinking that's why i was having such a hard time getting the hair straight. If i had a straightening comb, i think i would have had better results like i could have gotten the hair straighter. So i did the best i could do okay, so you see the difference in the two sides. Now i'm gon na do this side with the flat iron okay. So both sides are done so now, i'm just gon na go ahead and flat iron. The rest of the hair just bump the ends make sure the hair is nice and sleek, and straight so now i'm going to go in with eco, styling gel and an edge brush, and i'm going to slick back these edges. You know just make my edges. Look better and i'm going to perfect the look okay, so i am all flat ironed and straight and now i just want to define my part, so i'm going to put some concealer in my part with the concealer brush, because you got to be able to see The part girl you got to be able to see the part, so let's define it, can you see it looks better already. I carved out my part with concealer and yeah, so this is her straight. She is super long like always to my waist. Like long long. She is 24 inches, so yes, she is long. So i love the length on her. What do you guys think? Do you like this hair straight so now, it's time to wet this hair up, like let's sweater, so excited to see what happens. So i have my spray bottle with water and i am going to spray one side of my hair, so it can wave up. So we can see how it will look. So i'm excited to see this look so this wig is super. Versatile two looks in one. I love that okay, so i was a little nervous. I was like, where are the curls, but as you can see, i have a patch of wavy, so i'm getting very excited. Just keep spraying just keep spraying. Okay, so i definitely see the wave. I know you see the wave look at this: oh okay, lovey, so, as you can see, i have one side wet and guess it did wave up. So it's a nice wet and wavy. My hair is still wet, it didn't dry yet, but these are the waves and i am so in love. I love anything with versatility. This wig, you can wear a straight or wavy, and i love that a two-in-one wig. We love that a bang for your buck like we love it. I love to see it. I love to hear it. I love to have it so this is the wavy, and then we have straight two for one two, one so one more side to go. Just gon na drench it spray it all up and let it do its thing. Okay and i'm gon na do a little scrunch scrunch scratch to help it out a little, and now we have both sides wavy. So i am loving this hair. I already love it. Y'All, i love it, so this look calls for some hoops. I need like to put some hoops on or something so. Let me go put some earrings on and i'll be right, okay, lovey! So we are all done. We are all wet and wavy right now and, as you can see, this hair is beautiful, it is so gorgeous and i am in love with the texture and the waves. So let's get into this wig review so i'll. Let you guys know i am in love with the hair. I love that you can wear it in two different ways. I love that you can wear it straight. It was nice straight, it's even better, wet and wavy, and i love that about the hair. There are a few things that i do not like about the wig and that i would like to change and to improve so with that being said, of course, it was the parting area, the top crown of the unit. There are short pieces and i hate that it looks like the wig is broken like the wig has breakage. I don't like the look of flyaways everywhere. I did combat the look of flyaways using my wax stick and that did help out a lot. So i did notice. If i pull like the little small pieces, they would pop off the unit. So that brings me to my next point. Yes, this unit does shed it sheds um. I have hair everywhere, so the hair did not tangle. I didn't get any tangles. It was very easy to brush out, i mean for the most part when it comes to tangles. I feel like you're not going to know about tingles until later in the future. When you wear it a couple times, i don't like the smell of the hair wet. I noticed most units that i have from several different companies and benders. I noticed that when the hair is wet, it does have a weird smell, but when it dries it gets better. So i'm hoping that is the case with this unit. It'S not a pleasant smell. It smells like collard greens, i don't know, that's the weirdest thing. I'Ve never had a wig smell, like greens, when i say it smell like collard greens, so i usually wash my units to get rid of any smell and just for hygiene purposes. But again, this unit was a unit that i wanted to try on straight out the box, because you can wear it straight and you can wear it curly, but i will go ahead and co-wash this unit with conditioner and i would advise you to do the same. So those were the cons of the wigs. The pro of the way is like i said it's a two-for-one. You can style it in two ways. You can wear it straight or wavy. I love that it's very simple and easy. All you need is a spray bottle, but you don't even need a spray bottle. You can put the unit under running water and that will do just fine or you can wear it in the shower. Whatever you need to do just wet the hair and it will curl up very simple, very easy. Um, you don't need any product, but i would recommend maybe a mousse or a light conditioner leave-in to define the curls and to let the curls last. If you're in, like a humid area like me in south florida, that's typically what i do to my curly wavy units, so that's a tip for you with that. So this length is in the inch 24 inches, so she is very long. She goes all the way down to my waist. She is very full. It'S 180 density, it's a good normal density. I wouldn't say it's um heavy or too full it's a nice natural. The hair is beautiful where i love this hair wet okay. So when the hair was straight, i wasn't loving it. I'M going to be honest with you guys and really it was just the hair quality straight wasn't the best. So i will probably never wear this unit straight. I will always wear it in its wavy um texture. I love it. I love it wavy. I am so ready for the summer. Okay, she is ready for the summer. Like i love this, i i'm ready to hit the streets in this unit. I also love that this is a 5x5 closure, so you don't have to actually glue down or gel down your lace. You can just put it on top of your hairline and you're good to go so that's what i did is glueless. I didn't have to glue down the lace. I just placed it on top of my hairline. I did take out some of my hairs and slicked my edges down and did like a little baby hair sweep action thing. So, let's talk about price, so this same exact unit, this wet and wavy, 5x5 closure, human hair, wig and wet and wavy and 26 inches is 3.99. I like the wig but 3.99, is a bit high for the quality of the shoe now. So those are my thoughts on this wig.
