Hairstylist Secrets + Life Update! Doing Luxurious Curls On This Thick Bodywave Wig | Iseehairbeauty

Today'S hair is some icy hair and you guys know this is my favorite company, if you don't know, go watch all my old icy hair videos and to this day the wig i wear almost every week is literally from icy hair. That wig is tired of me. So i'm glad you know i got another way, so these are all the gifts. I got y'all, i'm feeling myself and then this is the wig, so i'm going to get right into it, because i don't want to bother y'all and it's going to be a very quick video, because i had some um somewhere to be - and i was in a Rush so y'all, don't see me, you know, get ready in a rush, so this is the wig. I didn't bleach the knots but y'all. This is real hd lace. If y'all saw how small the knots were, i did not even care that i was not bleaching it. So i just went over it with my eben or even lace tint. You know and blow dried. It then off camera. I tweezed it did my thing and i also cut the lace off the back and i cut the lace in the front like after y'all will see but yeah. This is after i plucked it, and i did my wig cap off of camera too. Don'T make fun of my braids under y'all, like you can't even see the part, that's how you know how bad it is. So all i'm doing right now is just testing out the wig to see you know where i need to cut it and stuff and y'all. I should have just have: did it like, you know? Well, no y'all, don't know. I'M gon na make this video a you know. Life update because y'all i'm a hairstylist now like i'm literally a hairstylist. So when i do my clients, hair and also look at my fingers, like i've, accepted that i can't even be cute no more because as a hairstylist like you got ta braid, you got ta do all this stuff. I burn my hand like almost every day, so i don't even care about my fingers. No more y'all know before for youtube. I used to get ready. You know, do my makeup get my nose done now. It'S like no i'm a hairstylist. I can't do all of that, so you guys are gon na get the raw version of me from now on, like just letting y'all know, but yeah, i'm just cutting the lace off right now, i'm making sure i'm doing it in a zigzag part and bow. I hope you guys can see. I was really trying to show y'all, but y'all know my hairstylist. I feel like i know all the tricks, so i'm going to give you a lot of tricks in this videos and tips and yeah. If you see me doing stuff like unusual just know just know, i know my stuff well, not the blocking part, because i was rushing the plug this wig, like so bad, but this is what i use all my clients. I use my erica j and i also alternate between the bow hold, but right now, i'm stuck on erica j and i'm just gon na put that on the wig cap. Listen to me on the wig cap. Do you guys wan na know? Why? Because i learned that you know when we're putting glue on our skin, you know like it's easy for us to sweat, easy for us to do all this stuff. That'S gon na alter with the glue and mess it up and then you know, mess up our install, but when you're putting it on the wig cap, we're not sweating there we're not doing no extra oils. Nothing like it's going to make your install last longer. So put it on your wig cap, then drag it to the front. You know it could get on your skin. That'S fine, like i'm just telling y'all! If you don't want that lasting, that's what happens and then i'm just going to blow it on medium yeah. I did on medium because i stopped doing hot like high, because i was burned myself so medium and i'm going to do. I think two for the video. I don't think i need three because three is like the maximum work for me and my clients. So two for me, because y'all i'm not gon na be wearing. I could always redo my hair. I don't care when it does come out so yeah two for me and make sure you spread it out. Well, you don't want any lumps, because you know that's gon na mess up your install, especially with hd lace. Your wig cap needs to be perfect, like if your wig cap is not perfect. They'Re gon na see everything like hd lace is literally your skin, so they're gon na see everything and also as a hair, stylist yeah, i'm so pressed to say that, but as a hair stylist, you can use your fingers y'all, you can use your fingers. Don'T don't worry about no oils in your hands? You could use your fingers like all the popsicle stick stuff baby. I'Ve seen a professional hairstylist use his hand to install a whole unit and i'm just like wow all the time i could have been using my hands. Like it's so much easier y'all, so you don't get any clumps and lumps like. You can use your fingers just not all the time, but you can i'm not as professional as him. So i don't try to do it all the time. But now i'm just putting my wig on and also y'all before i used to be so focused on making sure i was blow-drying to the point where, like it was clear, rather than the point where it was sticky so make sure you're blow drying, but also maintaining The stickiness of the glue, so your wig can actually you know last before i use used to blow dry for the longest, trying to make sure there was no white, but no, i don't care now like if there's a little bit of white. I just try to make sure it's sticky enough for my wig to like be stuck in there. So that's another tip and trick for me guys. So now i'm just doing this, i'm not! I don't think i'm gon na install the whole thing on camera. Due to the fact like, i can't see y'all like even with my contacts and my prescription being in them. I can't see, especially on camera like and being at school. I don't have a perfect setup like i do at home, so it was really hard for me to record that's why i tried not to record at school. So now i'm just going to go in with like leftover makeup on my brush. I didn't really add any more makeup to it. I didn't want to put too much makeup on this. It'S hd lace y'all! So now i'm just you know going in trying to pick up my baby hairs. I didn't even show this part as well, because i was struggling to see myself, so i just did it off camera. So now i'm going to tie with my hairband. You know it's custom. You see that i say artistry, that's my brand! Yes! So now i'm going to take this hair out we're gon na brush it a little bit and we're gon na prep it we're gon na style together. That'S what this video was about. Styling really not installing, but i did give some tips and tricks. Also. I don't know if you guys know this at the beginning. I think i didn't give the details on the wig. I was just showing y'all, so i'm gon na give you all the details. Now it came with four combs and adjustable straps, and you know everything else. Will be in the description? I'Ve never used that one. So we're going to see how this turns out. Well, then, y'all saw in the picture how it turned out, but what i was seeing in real time how it turned out and also make sure you're going with that hot comb. I wish i had straightened the hair first before i did all this, because you could see in the end that it was still kind of giving that body weight texture after i curled it. So this was just to define the curls honestly, but if i was to redo this and then again i would straighten everything out first, so i could get that silky look so boom bop and y'all y'all don't see this on camera because i don't want nobody making Fun of me, but the hairspray i use is the pink hairspray like the back in the days hair spray. So don't make fun of me. I did hairspray my hair, but i just don't want to show y'all because y'all don't make fun of me. I don't have money to buy the expensive things y'all. I used to use the dry bar money maker spray, but that finished i was using that for my clients really, so i went to the pink we're going to take it back to the days and y'all. Didn'T really know how to use this curler, but it was giving me the curls i wanted, so i was not mad at it like i did, half of it off camera and i came to show y'all the other side and i really loved the curls like i Just brushed, i straightened the top, like i told y'all before, but the curlers fell bomb. It'S given like wedding. I wish i did a side part with this, so i'm gon na stop talking now and i'm just gon na. Let you guys watch this part, but yeah make sure you brush, you, don't want, no lumps you don't want it to be tangled and yo. This hair is so thick. Oh, my goodness. I think that's why i did half off camera because i was scared, like i'm gon na, be sitting here for like 40 minutes, and i don't have storage for all that. So i was like yeah, we got, ta do half and half, but yeah do y'all see how thick this hair is like, and i like the thickness because when i did finish curling it if y'all see the pictures. Well, that's going to be my thumbnail. The pictures. Oh, my goodness the hair was just so thick. I was even like planning to do a whole photo shoot with the hair that, like same day, because it was just so beautiful and y'all. I ended up not even going out so i was rushing for nothing because i just ended up saying yay. I told my friend you could leave without me honestly because i don't think i'm going to be done anytime soon. So i think that's why i started taking my time a little bit more. Okay, i'm being quiet now i just i miss you guys. So much did you guys miss me. I'M going to be back soon. You guys. My main focus right now is making sure i get a camera and then i'm gon na start recording me and my clients, so you guys can get extra tips every day and you guys can just see my growth as a hair. I was just talking and i didn't even tell you guys how i was doing these curls so, like i said it's my first time so they're not perfect, but they did give me the curls i wanted. So i was happy with that and yeah look at that. Look at that, so what i did i make sure i brush it out. First, you know the shebang: the ding ding. I already sprayed the hair in the beginning, so i was not about to be spraying every strand and i just wrap it so on this side of the hair, you see how i'm holding it like. You know with the bottom part like at the top the other side i had to do it a different way. I had to do it with it just facing like straight and regular, so these are the curls y'all like them bow and boom. I went to beat my face. I did my face in like 10 minutes max. Like i kid you not, so it might look crazy plus i had my lashes done for the first time, so i didn't know if i was allowed to put actual lashes on top. So i didn't so that's why i look weird, but yes, y'all, do y'all, see this this this this this or just don't look at the top of the head, because you know i had it tied down, which i should have taken it off before i did my Makeup so i could blend my makeup up there, but don't take that as if you know it's showing lace, because it's really not it's literally blended into my skin, like this is real hd lace like i try to educate my clients on this all the time like. Please come to me with only hd lace, so like y'all, if y'all know, y'all buying wigs to just go, give to your hairdresser get this wig please. This is what we're looking for. We don't like thick knots. I like something like this, where i could, pluck it fast put it on my head fast, do everything i need to and it's literally gon na give skin, so if you're, a beginner or you're gon na take this to summer, i do your hair.
