Coloring My Wig Burgundy No Bleach

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, it is to lay by Sierra. Yes, I'm back. I know it has been a minute, but you know, or he's gon na jump right into this video. So if you would love to see how I got this lovely burgundy wine color without using any form of bleach on this lovely wig and see me install it then continue to watch this video, okay. So the hair that I'm using it's from hair so fab, but is the Fiji straight lace wig? So this is what she does look like curls and this wig right now is completely unwashed. This is her straight as well. So when dyeing this hair, the directions do state to make sure that your hair is unwashed, I'm guessing so that the color will take butter to the hair. The color I'm using is a l'oreal high color. I did use red and magenta so right now, I'm just eyeballing the developer, it does say in the directions to correct him out, but I wanted it to have more developer than dye, so Ken's like basically spread throughout the hair better. So right now, there's like no special way that I'm dyeing the air, I'm literally just saturating the hair as best as possible, because again since you're, not using bleach, you want to make sure that everything is evenly spread out through the hair. So you can get the color as evenly as possible. So again it's no specific way that you needed. I I'm literally just saturating every strand as possible that I can from the top to the middle. Then I go in with the rat tail comb because it's super small to make sure that I'm combing through everything properly. I did the first two bottles that I use with Cerreta magenta and I bought three bottles when I went to Sally. So I bought two buckets of red one box in vintage Enza, because I thought I was only gon na need three, but this hair is actually very full, as you guys can see. So I ended up meeting four boxes, and so I already had a box of red of the Hilario high color so for the top of the head, I use two boxes of red, so the bottom has red in magenta mix and the top just is strictly red. So just so you guys know I didn't pour it all in at the same time, I did those two boxes first and then the other two. So I'm just speeding up me dyeing the hair, as you guys can see, no special way that I'm doing it just trying to make sure that everything is completely saturated and we're good to go after I did dye everything I did go ahead and wash and condition The hair - and this is what it looks like what still so the color is going to be darker, what it is wet and now I'm going to show you guys what it looks like dry, don't mind in the front, because I sprayed my lace. So it has like makeup in it, but I can easily wash that out. Okay, so to install in my wig. I won't be using the fab grab blue and this glue is from hair, so fab CM. I did just probably thin layer to the front and I'm just going to go ahead and smooth that out and then I use a q-tip to blend mine out. The q-tip doesn't work for everyone he's just convenient for me. As you see, I did burn my forehead. So I'm making sure that I do go around my burn cuz. I know I try to put glue on top of my burn. So no it's not going on and burned I'm going around it, and once I have that smooth out, I'm gon na go ahead and add a second layer and again just go on with my q-tip and smooth everything out this time. The legal, a wig, nothing special here I just go and kind of follow the my hairline and just plate straight down on top of the glue. The sides were not glued down. I just poke got to be gel on it because you see I did leave my edges out, so I didn't glue down anything on the sides, just the front of my forehead and now I'm just sealing it in with the blow-dryer and cold temperature. So now we're working on this hearts here so basically to get your part looking as natural as possible, you do want to go in with tweezers and tweeze. That part. You don't want to make it too big, because you don't want it to look too fake. So just tweezing enough is the best thing to do. Then. I'M just gon na go in with my lovely baby with Flatiron. It'S definitely amazing one of the best flat irons I've ever bought. So I'm glad I did spend some money on this thing right here because it works, like wonders so, yes, we're just gon na go ahead and finish off, flattering it and this hair flat iron. So well I loved it so much because it is more of a kinky texture and it just reminds me more of like natural hair, but it looks like blown out straight and everything about it just gives me so much life. So here is the finished products, as you can see she's kind of got that, like wine, burgundy color, I coulda left it on longer. If I wanted to get brighter like I've - probably left it in for about 35, maybe 40 minutes and it's hooked very fast. I watched a lot of tutorials using the l'oreal high color and it worked well for me, so there's no need to leave it on overnight, in my opinion, because it started lifting immediately.
