Oh I have packets. This is so that, hopefully we don't say the wrong thing. It gets a little bit triggering to you, I'm gon na say the poem yeah. It gets a little tricky because um you read something and there's more on there's more color codes than what are published with what we've got, but um we're gon na we've talked to Georgia, our rep who's, wonderful and she's kind of tried to clear some things up For us, so we'll just go through it and if you have questions or need clarification, if we don't answer you live while we're reading your comments, then send us a message and we'll do the best we can to answer it, because we don't have all the answers. We just hope we have most of them. We yeah we say a lot, but that doesn't mean it's right answer, but first off um. If you go to our website shop, Mimi's Dallas comm, there is a section at the top that says: wig color swatches by company, or something like that. Okay, if you go down there, they're, not all loaded just yet, but the most difficult ones. I put first because if it's a bunch of numbers, that's what we're talking about today, then if you've never worn, wigs or say, for instance, you're used to wearing you know, Noriko and there's we're all named and it's pretty self-explanatory. I put the color charts up there and under John Renault I put this handy dandy little chart which we're gon na use it's hard to see with the lights, but it's at the very bottom. So if you want to look at what we're looking at and that's always going to be there, okay can I go first, you can absolutely go first, okay, so the first thing to know is the basis for color for wigs from the very beginning, we're numbers they Weren'T names they were always numbers and they they had a numerical guideline, one being black anything that you get into like the 20s they're gon na be blonde. 30S are gon na, be red generally and well, no to 1333. But then you get to 38 and that starts gray and then it kind of jumps around a little bit, but that's the basis. So when you start talking about the names of the colors, it starts with a number on genre note now on other brands. It doesn't, but we're only talking about Tom Renault today so um, for example, I'm gon na use my color as an example, because I love this story and I wear 12 FS 812 is kind of a light. Brown and 8 is dark brown, so it's never made sense to me why this color was called 12 FS 8. Until I talked to Georgia, who has all the answers and when they came out with this color, there was one of the girls that worked at John know that had the most beautiful blonde hair. But she wanted a topper and she had a hard time matching. So they created this color based on her hair and it was the front part of it was like 24, 102, 12, fully, blended and then fs8 so f is, for the F is a blended color and then the S is shaded 8, so they decided. That was too many numbers, so they shortened it. They shortened it to 12 FS 8, and so to my knowledge, I think that's really the only color that I've been kind of puzzled about where it's like that just makes no sense. Well I mean it's. The thing is, you don't have to know all these colors that we're talking about, but there are some basics to know that kind of carry across some of the other color or wig companies too. So we'll kind of go through those aesthetic is another really really confusing. One really confusing um Toni about really kinda can be, but I want to address the hairdressers out there, the hairstylist, the beauty, operators, okay, we got a lot of names depending on what area you're working on your with. Let'S talk about that first, it has no correlation whatsoever to a true hair color line. Okay. So if you're normally, my hair color in, if I were to color, is a level 5 means nothing in a wig there's, not a level 5 in a wig. So don't you even if you're, not a hairdresser right here, whatever you want to call yourself and don't think, okay! Well, you know gon na just go get my hair color like this wig and I wear a 12 FSA and run to your hairstylist and say I want number 12. Ok, number 12. First of all, you're gon na have melt off your hair so anyway, just just get that out your right and try to separate the two and just don't even think about your human hair. Okay, this is strictly synthetic and if someone asks you for doing the heat, defiant and or the regular there are the same, they look a little bit different because they're different fibers but color line they're the same, and someone described it to me, which I thought was A great description, if you had a hot, pink blouse and you had it in linen and you had it in silk, it would look different because the fibers different same thing, even though the the dye lot could die could be the same. It'S gon na have a little bit different application depending on the fiber, so the heat, defiant fiber looks a little different than the regular fiber, but today we're just showing regular fiber all right. Okay, this chart that I told you about. Let'S just go to it hold on. I have on camera in large cap by John Renault and twelve FS 8. What do you have on January? What color 10 RH 16? Ok, this is one of the colors we're going to talk about. Ok, we'll go, but I just want to tell you these illness chart if you're looking at it on our website the some of these apply to their human hair wigs. So if you don't ever see a wig with an R in in it, that's because that doesn't mean isn't that it gets natural. So alright, alright Drina, that's know, that's Donna. Donna, Jean Renault does not have a color close to chocolate smoke. I know I've got that. One color that 2 V 31, which is not chocolate, smoking fast, 2 V, it's gorgeous! It'S it's really dark. It'S got more of a violent. I tend to yeah it's gorgeous, it's gorgeous, but that's a signature genre, no color, alright, okay! So what do want to start with? Let'S start with 1016? Ok, there are what I can find three different 1016. So misty has on 10 RH. The R stands for RHS Renault Hilah. I can't do this without my glasses. It'S like their signature, highlight which is um. The base color, which is a 10 and then, if it's an RH, that means that there's 33 % highlight okay. So this is so I I'm 10 RH, which means I have a 33 % highlight okay and then this is 10 H, 16. So it's the same. Two colors used, the only difference is this is blended, so it's not as chunky is what misty has on and it's got 20 % highlights. So it's it's just it's a more blended color. Then we go. Then they throw something else in the next yeah they go to FS 10/16 and the FS is their fashion. Syrup collection with gold highlights highlighted. I mean very family telling you what the styles are cuz. It just doesn't matter at this point, but this is the FS. So you can see my highlights are kind of small and a little bit more blended. This is chunky, they call it bold. I call it chunky so when you're looking at when you're trying to evaluate colors these letters that they use are significant and it's it's gon na mean a difference in what you get. So if you look at one wig - and maybe it comes in 10, H 16 and you see another wig - it's 10 RH, 16 and you're like oh they're, the same well they're the same blend but they're gon na they've, blended the color differently - and I don't know This this is definitely not from genre. No, but it's just a personal observation. I kind of tend to think that they're doing a whole lot more of the RHS and the FS is then they are the regular H because everybody kind of wants that salon just been highlighted. Look these days and they don't want more blended. And so that's what we will with. So, if you see that you know that H is a 20 % highlight RH is a 33 % highlight and an FS is a fashion syrup. That'S what it stands for, so I don't know where they get. The syrup part just makes me want waffles, but anyway, but if all bold highlights episode like I, like my waffles yeah, I could Belgian waffle with lots of butter. Okay, anyway, we haven't eaten. Let'S go blessing me boy. Well, not in the last five minutes. I did have some cashews. You know they say if you have a handful of cashews, it's like taking a prozac every day. That'S why I bought that big thing in Sam's. You need a couple more handfuls. I need like a whole bucket every day: okay, okay, we did kind of touch on this when you talk about your f, your 12 FSA mmm, if you see an S and a number at the end, that generally means the rooted color, a shaded color so and Whatever number follows, it will be the number of the root, so hers is a shaded with a number 8 chilli ooh. I'M now bold and not chunky, that's my new body style, but no wonder I'm gravitating to chunky, because I feel like I have connections. I mean the thing is for me: if I'm gon na have a couple different colors, I want you to be able to see him. I don't want them all blended right, but everybody's different, there's, no right or wrong. It'S what you like all right. Let'S go on! Let go how about we touch on that infamous. Oh, the slash, slash, that's not a / okay. I'Ve got color 832 and it's 8/30. So it's eight, it's gon na be a brown. 32 is a red. Is it a back slash or a forward slash? I never knew I don't know it goes that way. No, I'm just saying that's how we tell people. You can't see that's okay anyway, so this is gon na be blended. 5050, because it's 8/30 and you get this beautiful color. It'S got some warmth to it. It'S a nice 8 medium brown 32 is gut, it's kind of a burn so when they blend it, you get this real beautiful, rich, warm brown color. But that's when you don't see any letters and it's just the slash you're gon na have equal parts of both yeah. I do 8:30 8:30 to 6:30. You know: there's not a ton out there, but yeah if you ever just see a 5050. But why don't you think slash, I don't know Beaufort North Carolina, my cousin was there she's getting married? Maybe it's her and she's incognito. Now I'm gon na go the wedding. It'S a no! I meant on here no and she's wanted to see. If you act right. I got a whole lot of people watching awesome, my actor. I do you throw you off with a question here. Man, it used. Wait, that's just way. Alright! What'S next um, let's do um F, dude dude we'd not do if no, we didn't do it. No, so this is called 32 F, 32 thread and F stands for a blended color, with its being darker at the back. What'S so funny, oh she's, putting the forward backslash and that equals that I really do know what a dash is. I don't know why I keep saying it so this has got highlights in the front, but you can see it's dark at the back, so anytime they put an F at the end of it. That'S gon na mean that this parts gon na be darker, so 32 F. Now, let's go to NBS well yeah or ambi, because what they do is they put all these things out there? Then they start combining them. Somebody needs to be fired. Well, it's probably me. I don't have an MBA, it's the one, it's the fire, the okay. Well, we'll talk. I don't even know if we have an MBA back here, but an EM beat is what we're talking about now. Mb means a mixed blend, so I don't know why they just didn't cut the slash yeah I don't either and what different and then we've got some people from Domino in here. So we're probably just like really like yeah so confusing you, but if it's an M B, it's a mixed blend of whatever colors it's got in there and then they can throw an F on there. So it would be an mbf and they make 27 mbf, which is red, so it's gon na have blended front. It'S me darker at the back and that's really the color. I was looking for yeah and and so that's, okay, and what's next tea tipped yeah. The controversial teeth dashing chunky, I'm just reading. The comments are going too fast that don't really know okay, so this color is called 2076 13s eight. So it's gon na be twenty sevens red six thirteen and is one of those outliers colors. It goes off the charts because it's a really light blonde with some gold to it, and then the s8 is the shadow of the root with a color ate some. I just asked what that way was. It was in Julia and thirty two that this is a Julia too. So this is um again. 27. T6. 13S. Eight. So you can see how that it's tipped really light at the bottom and then you've got the blended colors up here and then the dark root. So that's what it means when it has a tea, that it's going to be tip 27 tipped with six 13s per shaded and then eight for the root, and then it gets a little trickier, the next level of tea yeah, I'm ok. So I asked what wig just me me have on: I don't know who's. Maybe she in here, oh yeah. I got called me me yesterday, I'm misty. So anyway, I have. On January John Renault ten are age. Sixteen Kim heads on Cameron, large cap, yes in twelve fs8 and Cameron's 100 % fully hand tied misty, has trimmed out a side-swept bang for me, so she's done a little face, framing something darlings, as I'm so confused we're so yeah we're still confused. You know the thing is when every time we've had somebody new start here and they're like it's, I'm telling it is like it takes a year to kind of familiarize yourself and then even Dan. I tell you. I still go back around open boxes, sometimes yeah, because you know it's just you got ta look well and everybody sees color differently, and so sometimes, if you haven't seen in a while yeah just you know, I'm looking for I'll, just open the box and look: oh, We got one more what this is kind of self-explanatory, a v/o which has to me it's it's, because that goes back to up mini hairstylists and you know which we're talking undertone even hair color. But if V just means, I vial it town. So this is the color I was talking about earlier. The SS 2v / 31 be alright. You can't take me chocolate cherry, so it's got a violet base. It'S got some good, beautiful chunky highlights and it's this color, I'm the right person is just drop-dead gorgeous. Okay, they're still asking a matter of weeks. These are all genre note, we're doing all John Renault today so camera and John Renault okay. So that covers the chart that we have on our website. We got stuff off the chart. We did because I mean I'm telling you y'all I've printed off. I don't know how many pages I'm because, on top of everything, said inevitably somebody's gon na call and say: oh I want this or that in I don't know Eclair. I don't know what that means. Yeah that you know we go by numbers right so um. Thankfully now we have this cute little piece of paper. That says Eclair is a 24 bt 18. You know I mean so, but numbers are always this, but yes, that's what all this is. Okay and oh and they're neat the new colours the arctic colors yeah, so you've got B. He K, I got it, I got it right up here you got PK, which is pink PL, which is plum and BL, which is blue and that's it. I think so. Yappy yappy K and then they'll put you know like the pink, the frost, color wig, that's pink is FS. 60 60 is white PK, which is pink, so it's got pink hue to it and then s 18. So the S is the root and the color of the root is 18, which is a lighter ash brown than the eight that a lot of people have Teresa said they should just use big pictures more pic. We need to have a dry erase board behind this, because I am confusing myself okay anyway, and we do have. We haven't colored covered ATT. Yes, so this is called 1026 tins. / 26 TT remember the /, and so this is 10 a blend of ten and twenty six equal parts, but the TT is two tones. So when it has two T's, it has nothing to do with tipping it's two toned, and that was something I never knew till we started Toni, I'm working on my page, I'm just like it is just because it is yes, okay and I think, that's all of Their little codes like I said it doesn't really matter, but if you're on the website - and you say - okay, you know what I love - that Julia wig, let me go to Julia and that drop-down list is just a bunch of numbers and letters. If you now, you can actually go back and see and know: okay, oh well! This has an s8 at the end or an S 4th, and I do oh, I don't want to root so you'll know anything in genre. Know the ins and an s and another color is a root and say you can disregard the roots. You know, and you know that one being black goes all the way up to you know. Well, it's all listed in the color chart. We made it easy for you, but also keep in mind when you're looking at those color charts. That doesn't mean every one of their wigs comes in every one of those colors, so you still have to be mindful of what style. You'Re looking at so go. Look at the chart and you can tell you correct yeah. We know there's filling our images and Leah says that our images are being used on Facebook to sell jet, so that goes back to our whole scam. Well, if it's jet and chocolate smoke, trust me, they can't get it right, even though a lot of those places are in China, but our wigs aren't made in China yeah if you're getting a scam way generally, they are from China, but, like I said she said Ours, no, we don't have a single company, it comes from China. It literally looks like dark chocolates, you know, and so a lot of it is just it's kind of common sense and in what's hard for me and what was hard is that coming from a salon, you know when a number eight was blonde, and then you come Here in a number, eight is a medium brown. It'S always going to look different, so you really need to see if awake - and I mean even going a little bit further, a short way in a color looks different than something that's mid-length and straight. You know when you start putting layers on it looks a little different, so it's very style dependent, but if you're at home - and you can't get in to see us then by all means - if it will help you, you can order a color, swatch yeah yeah, you Zone all right, I said she's already forgotten everything me too. It'S there's too many to go, make a list, here's what you need to look for. You need to look for an exact brand and then a color that is stated and you'll see these sites. They'Ll post Misty's picture because she looks so great and everything and they'll say beautiful: sexy blonde wig for white woman, okay, don't buy from them or it'll have some weird description. You want to know what brand you're buying and you want to know what color and there's reputable sites out there that do that sister, wigs is a reputable reputable site and wigs calm is a reputable site. Sorry no comment: the wig outlet is a place where they sell some outlet things, and so you can they're reputable and, although I think some of theirs, because it's now that some of theirs are seconds, it may be some overstocked items but they're, not yeah they're, not Skiing it they're not scams.
