Watch Me Slay This Wig | Blue Ombre Hair

Hey everyone, its Rochelle and welcome back to my channel. It feels great to be back. I know I haven't posted in a while, but I'm back with another video for you guys so today this is the hair tutorial, I'm showing you guys so I'm giving you this aquamarine blue shade. I don't even know what I'm gon na call this yet, but I really love how this color turned out, but I decided to do two different styles for you guys, so you guys know. I love my side part. However, I wanted to do something a little different. I want to do bangs and a top not so comment down below and let me know which one is your favorite either way. I show you guys how to achieve this color, and I showed you guys how to do this style as well. So if you want to see how I got it then continue to watch alright. So let's get started so the hair that I'm using today, it's from icy hair. I'Ve used their hair before I've used their natural black hair, but I'm using their 613 here. So that's the blonde hair and I'm using that three bundles and a frontal to make my wigs. So the wick is already made you guys, can check out my wig making videos. I have step-by-step videos on how to make wigs, but we're not gon na be doing that today, because I've done that plenty of times today isn't mainly about my color and style, the hair, so we're gon na go ahead and prep this hair first. So I'm gon na prep this hair before I color it, because I do not want to ruin my ladies, you want to run your lace. That'S the worst thing you can do so I'm just gon na apply some vaseline all over the lace. You can also use the got to be free spray, but I prefer the Vaseline. Today'S color is the aquamarine by arctic fox, and this is the arctic fox, miss dye leader, so this dilute is going to make the color a lot more pastel. So it's not gon na be so bright, even though this color did turn out pretty bright, but I'm gon na apply this into a mixing bowl. Do you see how much I'm using right there and that's how much blue dye that I'm using just a small amount? I'M gon na mix that all up look at that guys like it's pretty pigmented. Look, it's really pigmented. This is also a semi-permanent dye, so this one is the blue, jean baby, also by arctic fox. So I'm gon na pour this into another mixing bowl and just mix away. I'M not gon na be using any the dilute or in this one, because I want to have like a lighter blue shade on top and then a darker blue shade on the bottom. Like a ombre effect, so now I'm gon na put the hair in small sections before I start coloring it. So I'm just gon na get the hair out of the way. Alright, so make sure you put some gloves on before you color the hair. I always say this, even though my nails always look raggedy each and every time I have preppy gloves, I need to get rid of ones, obviously, because I always with my nails, always with my nails, so I'm gon na go in with the light aquamarine shade. First and I'm just gon na apply this on to the hair, so just taking small sections and just pulling that through using my finger to distribute the colors all through the hair, and you can also go in with a comb just to distribute the color all throughout The hair and, as you can see, I like to wipe my hand off on the glove before I go in with the second color. So now, I'm gon na go in with the dark, denim blue, shade from arctic fox guys. I'Ve been dying to use this color. However, I did not like how it was looking at mixed together. This is not the color I really wanted, so it actually looks a lot darker in person. I wanted it to be a little brighter, so I actually went in with the ion color brilliance instead, and this is their shade in sapphire and I decided to use this color instead. I wanted this tone of blue mixed with the aquamarine shade, but I'm gon na save that arctic fox blue, jean baby for another video, because I really want to use it. So I'm just gon na apply it on the bottom and kind of do this whole ombre effect. It'S pretty easy, so I go in with the lighter color first and then go in with the darker color and pull the colors and kind of mix them together. So it doesn't look like. I just started two different colors, if that makes any sense, but just mix them together to give it a nice hombre affects now. I'M gon na go in with some saran wrap, and this is just gon na protect the hair, and that way the colors are not mixed in together. So again, I'm gon na repeat the same steps all over and because it is the same thing, I'm gon na go ahead and speed this part up to so guys. I don't know if you pay attention to my background, but in the intro the background was a little bit boring a little bit different and then right now I have all these boxes on the shelves and it was a little bit more colorful. I want to change my backdrop. I don't know what to change it to so. Please comment down below and let me know since I'm always doing like these bright, colourful hair like I do want to keep my background white, but I still don't know like what I want to put on my shelves, or should I use backdrops like how I used To do in my makeup, tutorials, like I don't know, I'm not sure but drop me some ideas and let me know what I should do to my filming room because I'm getting bored with it and I need to make some changes to it. So I am getting closer to the top and I'm trying not to be heavy-handed when it comes to the roots, because I do not want to get any of the color on my lace. So I'm trying to be extra careful, even though there is Vaseline on there. That'S protecting the lace from the color. I still have to be extra careful, so I'm gon na leave this off for about 45 minutes and then I'm gon na go ahead and wash her out. So I'm gon na go ahead and wash out all the product. Now, as you can see, I'm using shampoo - I don't usually use shampoo after I'm done coloring my hair with semi-permanent colors. I never do, but I didn't like how the blue was looking. It was looking so bright and so pigmented like really really pigmented, so I actually wanted to get out some of the color because I didn't want it to be so bright. It probably doesn't look as bright here, but I'm filming with a different camera, but it was really really really intense. So I watched it like probably four different times just to get out some of that blue color, because it was way too intense. It'S not what I wanted, so I'm gon na go ahead after I'm done washing I'm gon na go back into my filming room, and here we are, I'm loving how the shade is looking. I'M gon na go ahead and tweeze up that hairline. So this frontal was a pre preferential pre plucked exactly and I'm gon na go ahead and tweeze a hairline and just to make it look a little bit more on the natural side, even though it says pre flux, some of them, you still do have to do A bit of tweezing, but it didn't take me long to tweeze this at all. It literally took me, like maybe ten minutes, the most, because the hairline actually looked pretty good on this frontal. So now I'm gon na go ahead and I'm gon na go in with my blow dryer and blow her out, oh by the way guys when I say I normally don't use the shampoo to wash the color out, I mean I don't actually put shampoo on the Hair, so in order to get the vaseline out of the hair, you do have to put shampoo on the LEI. So I usually just use shampoo a couple times on the lace and just wash that color out. That'S how I usually get the vaseline out a lot of you guys always ask me: how do I get it out and that's pretty much how I get it out now? The hair is all blown out, she's dry, she's, looking good okay, so I'm gon na go in with my iron hair serum. I love this product and I'm just gon na apply this all over the hair and I'm gon na go ahead and step off camera and apply my wig, oh okay. She lookin real cute. I was really feeling this, but you guys I love this color. This is probably one of my favorite colors that I've done so far like. I really really love this color alright, so I'm just gon na go in with some hair mousse. The brand that I'm using is. I have no clue taking from my daughter's room and I'm just gon na go ahead and fall out and down this hair and I'm gon na go in with my blow-dryer also, and I'm gon na add a bit more hair serum to this and I'm gon na Go ahead and just apply this before I straighten the hair, so I'm gon na go in with my BAE, bliss flat iron and just straighten here. Just so, you guys can see how it looks when it's straightened. I really really actually love the quality of this hair. From icy hair, this is probably one of my favorite 6:13 hairs that i've used so far. They'Ve actually sent me 613 here in the past, and I actually did not like the ones that they sent me and I never filmed the videos with it. I actually sent it back, but this quality right here is actually really bombed, but do check out other reviews on the hair. A [, __ ] was feeling herself right here, okay, so this is how the hair looks when it's all straightened now, i'm gon na style. It because, when i plan to film this video, i planned on doing bangs with this hair color. I feel like the bangs is like you know when you want to look cute and flirty, and then the part when you want to feel like sexy, but you definitely could rock this in the center part if you wanted to so I'm just gon na go in With my comb and just take out a small section in the front and get it prepared to do bangs, I want to do a half up half down situation. All right. I completely forgot to mention something when you guys are coloring here, always make sure you test the color on a strand of a hair. First before you go ahead and apply the color all over your weight. Just in case you end up hating, the color just want to throw that out there, so I'm gon na go in with my hot comb. A lot of you guys always ask me about it. The brand is - and I got it on amazon.com - so I'm gon na put my hair up in a half up, half down kind of sloppy just so I can get it out of the way. So I can cut the bangs, so I'm just twisting the hair, and I just went right in with the scissors and cut it. I always want to make sure I cut it long instead of short, first just in case, because once it's too short there's just no going back right. If it's long lean, you can go ahead and can cut it, which is what I'm doing right now, because it's a little bit too long all right. So I'm gon na go ahead and clip the extra hair out of the way and then I'm gon na go in with my flat iron and start curling it under because she's looking a little crazy right now, she'll over the place and again I'm gon na just Grab sections and Carly: I did cut a little bit too much hair, but it's okay, because I can just put some mousse in it and just lick it back. It'Ll be fine, it's not serious and for me I'm not really used to wearing bangs. So I don't want too much hair all up in my eyes and my face, so I'm just gon na cut it a little bit more prefer my bangs a little bit shorter yeah. So this is pretty much it. I'M gon na go ahead and put a clip. Now we're gon na go ahead and put the hair up in a half up half down, I'm going in with that hair mousse again the bread that I usually use. It'S so gorgeous and I get it sally's. However, they've been sold up forever. So I'm just using my daughter's mousse, I don't know which brand it is, but I'm gon na go ahead and apply it in my hair and I'm gon na go in with a brush and just brush the hair smooth it down. That way. I can put it in a nice like ponytail and as for the hair on the back, I'm just gon na put a lawsuit there just to get it out of the way. So I can put my hair in a ponytail. I also go in with some got to be a free spray just to help to get rid of any little frizz ease, and then I'm gon na go in with a hair, elastic band and just wrap it around. My hair. A few times is good, as she is smash and I'm just gon na take out that elastic in the back, because I don't need it anymore and then I'm gon na go ahead and I'm going to twist the ponytail. So I'm just gon na go ahead and twist that, because I'm gon na be doing a top knot, I'm not the best of these, but whatever it's not that serious yeah. So I'm just gon na go ahead and start wrapping that around the elastic just to create that top knot in to secure it and hold it in place. I'M gon na go in with a bobby pin. You can use one or two bobby pins. It'S gon na keep it secure and in place for the whole entire day. Okay, so yeah. This is pretty much the completed. Look. I really love how this hair turn out. As for the banks, I love the bangs, but you know I'm a sight park girl. However, when I actually took this top knot and a half ponytail out, I was able to put it back in a side part. It was looking a little short in the front, but it didn't look crazy, actually still look cute, so I'm really happy with this color and I hope to see you guys soon in another video.
