Hi everybody welcome back to you. Taz is like closet. This is TAS today we're going to explore a style by John Renault that I haven't really reviewed. Yet this one's called Ali Appetit and it's in the color Eclair, which is 24 bt 18, so alia, is a beautifully layered bob cut, that's just short to mid length, a little story about my history. With alia, I bought a regular capsized alia back when I first started to wear wigs full-time and I I think I really like the style, but it was very thick and dense and it had a ton of permit ease like right here above the ear - and I Remember I just couldn't love that wig. I hadn't met a wig. I didn't love yet really, but this one I just couldn't love and I can remember I used olya to see if I could thin it out. You know what could I do to make that style work for me. I ended up throwing it in the trash, because I thinned too much. I really made the mistake of thinking that I could alter the style when really the style was coming from the perma teeth. Not all of the density, so I'm really excited to try alia again and this time I have I'm a little wiser of a little more experienced and I'm absolutely in love with this little style. 24. Bt, otherwise known as Eclair, is the light ash brown with medium gold blond highlights. This is not the rooted version of this color. The rooted version of this exact color is called shaded mocha. That'S 24 bt. 18S 8. Due to the heavy highlighting on this color, it does appear that there might be a little bit of regrowth there at the root. Let'S take a look at the specs, for alia, the front pieces here are going to run right around 9 inches, so about 2 inches below my chin. The crown is about 10 and a half inches, there's an 8 inch nape and then there's some layer in here. On the sides, so again I went ahead and did my measurement overall. I take the soft measure tape from right there at the crown - and I stretch it all the way back to where the hair ends and that's right around 12 to 13 inches. That includes this flip, so if I stretched it all out, it's probably going to be a little bit longer than that. Only away is just over 3 ounces at about 3.3 ounces features a hand, tight temple to Temple lace, front and a full monofilament top. Let'S go ahead and linger on those lace features. I think it's well done. The route is not drastically dark there and the route and me not seem to be medium to fine and then with the monofilament top feature. You can basically part it wherever you want and still get the illusion of scalp know, no matter where you part it from the top. Ilia just has the most beautiful light texture to it. The typical Jean are no fibers at about a medium dinner, but they're very feathery and light textured. So I would say that the density is is average to light and it does have a nice feathery. Action to it doesn't feel heavier dense at all. Now, unlike the first alia that I experimented with years ago, I think they've perfected. The permit ease on this one on the old one that I had there was stick band of permit is right around the middle and at the nape, and it just made it puff out here at the sides and with my face shape, I really feel like. I need some heart height, on top with a heart shaped, face and more of a slim profile here at the sides. So let's talk about the perma teeth, so you'll find some permit ease all around that monofilament top and some right there at the crown. Although it's not a true big thick bump it, it does give you a nice profile and then you will find significant permit ease above the ear and that wraps around back and surprisingly, though, there's not much right here above the nape, it does not give you that Rounded thick approach to the style, but it does prop it up nicely, so I'm not hating this per Matisse, I think it'll be a great amount in all the great greatest places to hold the style long term. I love the shaggy layers of this short short to medium length, a textured bob cut. It'S almost like a little bit of a shag. You'Ve got a little bit of flippy ends here. Here is the olia petite the inside of the cap. Now the petite cap is made specifically for measurements under 21 and a half inch circumference. However, that's not the only measurement that's affected when, when you buy a petite cap, so it's important to know your measurements when selecting the right size. So the also the measurement will be a little bit shorter from the front to the back, also a little shorter from ear to ear, I'm a 21 and a quarter inch circumference. This cap fits me like a glove there's, no bagginess, there's no gapping and there's plenty of coverage at the ear tab. One thing that I probably will do is just experiment with the part a little bit again. We'Ve got that mono part to work with. This will just give you a sense, the feather enos of the fibers there. So if you want to change the part, you can take right up to the edge of that monofilament top. If you wanted to create more of a drastic part and when you change the part, you also change up that style a little bit. So, if you're looking for a different way to wear a style and you're, not quite sure what to do, try changing that part and get an ear tag, despite the fact that there is some per Matisse above that ear. I would secure it with a clip and you can also take and do an undertook, as I taught you before, just go ahead and section off the front piece of that hair. Bring it under and secure it either behind the ear or with a clip, and that will give you a lot of flexibility for task working things during the day continue gathering it from the sides until you reach the crown area and then take a medium slight size. Claw clip and secure it right there at the crown or just below, pull out a few pieces here at the front just to give them very natural hair of mine. That'S big and poofy! Isn'T it but, and you can adjust how big and poufy you want it. But isn't that a cute off in the face? Look? This style is long enough that you can get a wee little ponytail or a low little faux bun or something there. This has been a review of John Reno's alley Appetit in the color Eclair, which is 24 bt. 18. See you next time on task. Suede cloth, you

Lady Luvely Locks: I’m so glad another review came out in this color! I just ordered Mena in this color, I’m pretty confident it’s close to my natural color. Can’t wait for it to get here! The s8 rooting is too dark for me so it’s hard to find shades that work for me. Most people review the shaded mocha and not the eclair. You just got me more excited for my wig to come!

Deborah Luongo: Oooh Taz... I love this wig on you. This is definitely something that I will definitely check into. Always love your reviews. You'll make them fun and easy to watch. Always looking forward to the way you show us how to style the wigs. Please never stop doing that. Love that when you take the wig outside get an idea of the wig. Great review Taz! :-)

Michele KT: I love this style!! Looks almost exactly like my bio hair! What a great everyday wig!

Jan Griesmer: I’m liking this style. I always appreciate how you go outside to show how wig colors look in daylight, but I also like to see how the wig does when the wind blows - for example, the hair looked so natural when blowing in the wind. Thanks.

Jamie Norton: Gosh, you look gorgeous in this wig! I think it's my favorite on you and the color is fantastic w/o the rooting. I wish JR had lighter face framing; my only complaint for him. I'm having "basketball head" problems with my RW Flirt Alert. I can see wefts too easily to thin it, so I'm going to get a bunch of clips, headbands, and barrettes to try to tamp it down. I did sew a few wefts together and might try some more. All great tips and tricks that I learned from you!

TIme Enough: This one is so you Taz...I really love it. Great color on you too...have never tried this style. I've done the same thing...thinning out too much. Live and learn...some times I get too impulsive with the scissors. LOL Great eye look too gf! xoxo

Deborah Luongo: Oh yeah glad to hear it Taz, thank you very much. Looking forward to your next review :-)

Sarah W.: I really love your reviews. I'm seriously thinking of getting this one for myself. Thank you for showing all the different ways that you can style the wig. It's very helpful

Frances Lock: I have two Alias and they never looked as good as that, you know how to fluff and style a wig like a true professional. Getting a petite was perfect for you. I bought that color and caramel ribbon. The caramel ribbon was too dark for me even though my bio hair’s dark brown, the darkness was aging. It’s a great work wig for a desk job. I never noticed the permatese.

cinnie2: That was so interesting about the shaded version being called Shaded Mocha! Love your lipstick color.

Jackie Marsh: Such a pretty one Taz!! I love her on you!! Love the way she lays!! Thank you as always Sweet Friend for an amazing video!! Love XOXOXO!!

Debera Crabb: I really like that you are reviewing older styles that have not been reviewed...Once again Taz you knocked it out of the ball park thank you I really wanted to see this style

Wear Wigs with Me: That is a great style! I have never seen Alia before. Very cute on you! Looks like an easy, comb and go wig.

Framboise: Funny my first wig was also an Alia, and on me too it puffed in the way you described. I ended up having it thinne by a stylist. But I wouldn't recommend doing that. although the stylist did a fantastic job, I suspect it hastes the drying of the fiber and shortens the unit's life. Also mine was a regular size Alia, and was a bit big on my head. I had to sew together parts of the cap, another method I now wouldn't go for, as it can affect the way the hair lays on your head and therefore change the look.

Jennifer JD.Freeman: Have a credit at WigSalon thank you for reviewing the Radiant Beauty in the toasted pecan and the ?shaded sandy blonde.. love both colors I have ordered the toasted pecan ... I mentioned “Tazswigcloset”. In an email to them that your Reviews helped me chose the wig and the color ... just. FYI

E. Castlerock: Thank you for reviewing a petite wig, Taz! Do you think a Wig Grip would fit under it without making it too tight?

Liz Lyons: That color is so gorgeous, wow! This is a very nice wig. I have Alia in a darker color (natch) and I also got her in petite, but mostly because she was on sale at wigs.com in the color I wanted and it was such a bargain I took a chance, since my circumference is exactly 21". Some people don't like the flip but I love it. It looks especially good on you in that color, Taz. So glad you also like this wig. Beautifully made. What I never think of is the styling, especially that pouf version and the little pony -- so clever. Thank you! xo

iamasurvivor2: Happy Saturday Taz, This is a cute wig and I even like the color since I am not sure if I want to go too blonde. I will give this a try. I have your size circumference and very thin fine hair that I think this petite size should work. Have a fun weekend. Really enjoy your videos which is so very helpful. Stay safe. xo Donna

Denise T: Beautiful color and style looks good on you!

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: I think this looks very nice on you Taz, not my favorite but very nice. I love the color! Have a wonderful day!

Privacy Matters: Really cute on you, Taz. It looks like a lot of hair but you have it styled nicely with it down over your forehead. I love that you didn’t cut the flippy ends. They are cute with this style, light and airy. two thumbs way up.

The Body,Mind&Spirit Channel Cynthia Greer: Taz, you are so cute ! I'm just sitting here laughing about you trashing your wig ! I have had so many fails with wigs and costuming that I will never put them on line ! The ones I had have been real doozies ! All kidding aside, I love this wig ! It is beautiful and it's something that I would wear myself in a brunette color ! You are just so special ! We adore you ! I wish you such a blessed day ! Much love to you !

Jasmine Moon: Really sharp wig, I think it looks amazing on you!

Cheryl J: I think you’re stunning in this color! This may be what is now called “bronde “. Depending on lighting, very blonde, yet brown underneath. So soft. Do you agree?

Gerri W: Thanks Taz very helpful review

Lexsee C: I love it on you Taz!!!

Kathleen Ryan: Very sweet on you Taz..looks very much perhaps longer than Dylan by TOB. love it on you. xxoc

Kristen -K Shaffer: Hi Taz! She is beautiful on you!! Hope you are doing well and your mother also!

Eden Seven: Looks good, I like the color.

Sarah Lennox: This colour and style suit you really well. I'm freckly and pale with green eyes, so 27MB and FS27 are my top picks lol. I just bought Alia in 27MB and I'm really nervous. This isn't the typical style for me, I'm 26, so I go for the longer, usually straight or beach-wavy styles. I'm a new mom, so I figured going a little shorter would suit me to the ground! We shall see if it does haha. In the mean time, still watching these videos with excitement! I also got Scarlett in the colour 27mb lol. I know I love that one, I have two Scarletts in shaded praline and 130-31.

10TOES: Cute style, does this come in lighter colors like the ash blondes? I have the same head measurements as you so I pay attention to where the hair hits the jawline. Nice review!

BABS Lemonade Life: Very pretty!!!

Karen Kleckner: Love. Reminds of Cheryl Tiegs hairstyle. The tease gives it the lightness.

Deb Baker: HI Taz, love your videos, you are so pretty. I'm about to buy my first wig and would just like to ask with the Jon Renau colours, which would be similar to this, but with more platinum/soft grey highlights - cooler highlights please? I"m 60 and have light ash brown and lots of silver/grey in the back.. Thankyou

Liza Rosa: I love feathery wispy fine Denier hair strands and layers

Debra Grant: Taz, please can you tell me what hair spray you use to keep your Alia wig in place?

C C: Did they improve the average size also or is it just the petite that has less permatease? Thanks.

Marion Muolo: So nice to see something other than blonde sometimes!

Amy Woodworth: Hi! Can you wear glasses with this comfortably? I have Affair by Ellen Wille & I’m struggling with glasses. I can’t wear my sunglasses without it being too tight & giving me a headache. However, I was watching one of your reviews last night & you suggested slipping the ends into the wefting. I am going to try that. Thank you!

Chantelle Lynn: Does Alia run large? I have debated between avg and petite in JR wigs. Most wigs in avg are too big on me and I almost always have to make alterations, however, Mila fits me perfectly. Julianne in avg fits me perfectly too. Such a process we go through lol

Garden Girl: You look great

Liza Rosa: I tried Alia in my first wig journey and it looked horrifying and not like the light peicy baby fine European hair in the model wig videos and advertising. I cried I was so disappointed. We need a go to realistic piece. You said it’s not the same wig. I hope not!

Liza Rosa: I could not stand my first wig which was Alia, way back when I first tried wigs. it was way too much hair on top and huge thick in crown, looked so fake. So I sent it back. Horrible. You look adorable.

Dan C: Very natural looking!

Jaci Fertik: This wig is so much like RW Big Time

MichelePearl: I have two Alia and don’t know why they are not more popular. I got the Petite too. Big difference.

Jan: Looks natural

Elizabeth Coats: OMG! I think this is the wig for me!
