Cysterwigs Wig Review: Tori By Rene Of Paris Hi Fashion, Color: Chocolate Frost

Hi there wig lover: this is Heather from Cysterwigs.com and today I'm bringing you a very popular Rene of Paris, wig called Tori in the color Chocolate Frost, which is the same color you'll, see in the manufacturer. Pictures on our site.. This wig is really really cute. And I'm gon na talk about the pro's and the con's of this style so that you have a pretty balanced opinion of what's goin on.. So, first of all, let me talk about the color.'Cause. The color is really dynamite.. It is super super highlighted., Chocolate Frost is a medium brown and you can see that here at the bottom, with intense highlighting., Just a ton of highlighting. And the highlights are two different. Colors. You've got a light golden brown and you have kind of an ashy blonde.. So lots and lots of highlights - and you can see the ash and the golden brown and then pokin' through just barely hints of that medium brown., So extremely highlighted, color going on here., Very, very cool looking., Very salon, fresh.. I think that this wig is very flattering. I think that it's very easy to wear and for the price it's very hard to beat. These Rene of Paris, wigs tend to be a little less expensive than their Noriko counterparts and are certainly less expensive than their Amore counterparts. As far as Rene of Paris offerings go. And so for anyone on a budget, this is a great little French bob., Though it is permateased, and I think that now that I've come upon the issue of permatease, I'm just gon na go ahead and throw it out There, these Rene of Paris wigs, are not as permateased as the Noriko counterparts.. So you know if you get a Noriko wig, it's gon na have substantially more permatease than any given Rene of Paris, wig. And you're gon na get about the same amount of hair. Maybe a little less in a Rene of Paris wig., But I do want to throw that out there that the lack of the extra permatease is not necessarily a good thing., Because you are getting a little less hair, sometimes with these Rene of Paris wigs. That means sometimes wefting can show through.. So I just wan na throw that out. There. I like these Rene of Paris wigs, but if you're concerned about people seeing the wefting, you might want to steer towards a little bit more of an expensive wig from maybe the Noriko line, because it's gon na have that little extra permatease. That is going to help obscure the wefting and I'll show you what I mean when I take this wig off.. If a stiff wind blows in the back, you will see the wefts. So just wan na throw that out there., But it is a very beautiful wig.. It'S a great wig for an office setting. Obviously it looks very professional.. I actually think that the color combination and the style combination on this wig, I'm gon na shake it a little bit. So you can see how it moves just great great combo., Very pretty.. So here's what it looks like on the side. - I love these French bobs. I just I think that they're very becoming. Now it is stacked in the back. So it's a little longer in the front than it is in the back.. Here is the back.. You can see all this layering.. It is a little stretchy in the back, but there's not much., But it is very short in the back compared to the sides and the front.. I find that the bang length on this is manageable and pretty easy to wear right out of the box., At least on me.. I don't have a particular forehead, so I often have trouble with bangs., But on this one the bang is about 4 inches, which hits right below the brow, but not quite in the eyes for me, so it's pretty comfortable to wear.. I love the front on this.. The front is eh, I'm not really sure.. Let me break out my tape. Measure. The front on this wig, I'm gon na measure from the crown down or from the top of the head down is 10 inches., So it hits right around my chin area.. So it's very nice and flattering and it helps kind of frame that out.. So if you have a little more goin on in this general vicinity, kinda like I do as long as it's not in this general vicinity, you'll be in great shape.. However, if you've got a lot goin on here and you've got a little extra neck goin on, I mean there's no shame in it. Ya know. If that's the case, then you might want to steer towards something that's a little bit longer so that it helps frame that out a little bit. Like I said, I'm a big girl too there's no hate here.. You know just wan na make sure that you're aware that if you've got more of a neck than I've got, this is prolly a little too short for you., Very, very pretty wig though. And will look great on basically everybody, except who I just outlined.. So I'm gon na go ahead and take this wig off, so you can see what the cap construction looks. Like.. So, like I said, the entire top of this wig is permateased. This whole area., The back, is pretty stretchy. The perimeter, not quite as stretchy, but the back is very stretchy and permateased. There. It'S weird a lot of the Noriko wigs ya know they don't necessarily have this felt back here, but this Rene of Paris wig, does have felt back here, which is a nice touch., Adjustable kind of like a bra strap here on the sides. And the ear tabs Are just covered with lace.? They don't really have anything else that special goin on. And the front has a teeny teeny little band of soft felt there at the hairline. But it's like a super tiny sliver, negligible amount.. So now I'm gon na go ahead and get to the permatease., As you can see from the top that it. You know it if you'll like right at it, and you know what you're looking at it looks: permateased. All of the Rene of Paris. Wigs are gon na have that issue., Where, unlike a Noriko wig, where it's gon na be heavily permateased but it'll, be easy to conceal. The permatease is gon na, be a little harder to conceal in a Rene of Paris wig.. That'S why I don't really carry that. Many of them., Because a lot of my competitor websites, don't really like to point this fact out and then people buy the wigs and then you know they have that issue., And I just want to make sure that you're aware that, yes, the permatease is noticeable in A Rene of Paris wig. All Rene of Paris, wigs., Believe it., (, giggles, ), Believe it., But overall beautiful wig. As long as you don't look at the top of it. ( laughs, ), Beautiful, beautiful style., It's just very, very pretty.. I would wear this. You know., In spite of what I just said about the permatease., But I'm not particular.. I don't I'm not picky about whether or not people can tell if I'm wearing a wig.. I assume that they know because I own a store., So I'm I'm a different situation.. Now, if you're similarly comfortable - and you don't really care if your friends and family know you're a wig wearer or you just don't care if they notice, then these Rene of Paris, wigs, are great. They're, very fashionable they're very pretty.. They often come in some very cool styles that are very modern, looking. Much more modern. Looking than a lot of the say, like Noriko offerings, which all tend to be kind of shaggy - and you know they don't they don't look as youthful and fresh as some of these Rene of Paris wigs. But then again, Rene of Paris cycles through their styles. A lot faster., So if you find one that you really like, they discontinue them more readily than they do models from their other brands, because you know they want to keep these more high fashion, more fresh, more youthful., So very, very cool, looking style, very professional, very Pretty. And aside from the issue about the permatease, like I said, the permatease can sometimes be your ally, and in this case this wig could probably use a little bit more of it to try and conceal some of this on top. And a little bit more hair. On top would probably help too, to kind of work with that. If this were a Noriko wig of a similar style, it'd probably be perfection., So well with that minor critique aside, I think this is a beautiful wig I'll give it a B. ( chuckles ). So this is Tori by Rene of Paris, High Fashion, which is their base brand. And the color on this has been the very lovely Chocolate Frost. And, as I've been recording, this, the sun has actually been setting outside the window now you're getting more artificial light on This wig from above than you were at the beginning of the video, so you can kind of see that there's a little bit of shine to this wig as well.. It'S a high fashion, wig, it comes with the territory. Dry shampoo, I'm telling you.. It works like a charm. Or just get yourself a Jon Renau wand.. That also helps quite bit too.. So there you go.
