I just been loving getting cute lately like these cute chests, are so fun for me because i just be having so much fun, keeping it up with y'all. You know what i'm saying talking about some good things and getting cute like it's. Just i've been loving wigs lately, like it's just fun, i'm having a fun time. Are we gon na wear a cap for this wig, but i'm gon na just like pull it back? You'Re gon na do this fake, ball. Cap y'all know i'll be on all right. I think that's good enough and girl or girl, or girl or girl. When i say this, we got on flat flat like look at this wig. She is slicked like rick, okay. First, we got ta make sure this hairline is good to go because i'm just going to do a little spray melt, so i'm just taking that alcohol anyway girl. Why don't we get cute? I know we're going to jump into this convo and i just wanted to talk about how to get over a pretty good. Of course, every breakup is different. Every situation is different, but i feel like it is three simple things like realistic things. You can do to help yourself move past like that initial breakup, because, honestly, that's always the hardest part. We gon na pick ourselves up. Okay, we're gon na dust off our shoulders or whatever, and i'm gon na give you these three simple things you can do to help you move past the [ __ ], because they need one [ __ ]. Anyway, i got my bands adjusted boom boom bam and then what i'm gon na do is just spray the lace. I did pick up some more of my even spray. I love the tint lace, spray y'all already know, and i should have probably did this in the beginning, because now i'm trying to mess up my curls, but you know you know these knots could have used some bleaching. But of course we ain't got time for all of that. Y'All know i do the easy slays okay, so we just don't get it, how to get it and i'm gon na just spray that, with some hairspray cut the little thing like that, we can work in sections. I already know what i'm using that even lace spray i'ma just melt by section, so i'm gon na start with the middle first, let's put this wig on girl. Let me tell y'all step number one number one get rid of the [ __ ]. If you are like easily triggered by stuff, you have or certain gifts or just anything that reminds you of that person or that relationship, and you just can't handle it, get rid of it every time you see that bag little bookie gave you and it just got. You crying and got you stressed out girl. Is it really worth it and it all just depends on who you are too, because some people are not triggered by things. You know they're able to look at something and just let it be a good memory and still be able to move on with life. But if you like, crying and snotting and you're going through it every time, you see something girl go ahead and lay all that stuff down by the riverside, go ahead and lay pookie the rest with it because baby, it is not worth your peace walking around your House walking around your space triggered and remembering everything just from a physical object like it's not worth it just get rid of it now. For me, i'm not so easily triggered by like physical things, but i ain't gon na lie. It was just one thing that i just had to get rid of just because of the symbolism of that thing, and i know why y'all it was an expensive gift. You know what i'm saying i was like dang. Do i really want to get rid of this? Like but to me, it just wasn't worth it in my situation. I just felt like this certain ex felt like he had like something over my head or, like you know, like you know what i'm saying. So it was just like nah, i'm gon na go ahead and get rid of that and i'm good. You know what i'm saying i feel like: people's energy and spirits really can get tied up into physical stuff. You just got ta go really with how you feel on what you're gon na get rid of, and what you're gon na keep. If it's doing damage to you mentally or emotionally, just get rid of it. I promise you're gon na feel so much better. Like other example of something i had to get rid of for my own peace and sanity, was my couch y'all see that lace? You don't see that lady. She did that girl anyway. Back to the topic at hand, i had to get rid of my couch. My split with my ex meant, like i, i had to change up my whole entire life like it was a lot of first for me, like i got my first apartment on my own, because i was so young and married. I had to start over like i just did not want that old couch. I just wanted to have my energy and my energy. Only in my home that came with physical stuff like everything i just want to start over, i want a clean slate, and so that's what i did. I went and bought me a new couch and let me tell you girl, i feel so much better. It finally felt like a new start because going through a breakup, it's just so much emotion, it's just so much like in your life that you can even start to feel like unsettled. Like you, don't really know what to do, or you know you're just trying to find your way to the next step of your life. So, for me that whole like starting over with my furniture and everything, just really helped me to like embrace my new life and to be happy like a breakup, is sad, no matter which way you put it, how you flip it. A breakup is sad, like you was with that person for a reason. So when things don't work out and it comes to an end - you know it can be sad. You don't make creative memories with this person, you don't build a bond, so it definitely hurts. You know when that is over with, but a breakup is also the beginning of a new thing. It'S the ending, but it's also the beginning. So you always got to remember that get rid of the stuff girl that includes pictures. Oh, my god. Listen if y'all over and done with why you still got his naked pictures in your phone. It'S not to say to just like erase all the memories of you and this person and that's gon na be number three where we getting it real soon. But pictures like in your phone - that's very personal, really just helps you get rid of that like personal tie, and it helps you to set your mind up to like okay, i'm not with that person. No more! You know when you still got personal ties, whether they be a picture or whatever that feels personal when it comes to you and that other person you and your ex, like it's still gon na, be that way. If you leave it there so just delete it girl, delete them. Pictures and just you know all the good memories and everything just keep them up in your head. But you don't need the pictures. Just you don't think. Let'S let it go all right! Y'All, i'm gon na say i'm impressed this lace is turning out really good like yes, i could do some more plucking. I kind of cut off too much lace, but we're about to go ahead and get a good meltdown. This is just an elastic band. You could find these in my amazon store. Okay, so i guess i'm gon na look like a little bulldog for a minute, i'm gon na you know let this melt and stuff and then we'll be back with number two. Okay, all right girls, let's get through this wig sleigh and let's get to this break up. Okay, so number two, so number two is blow up period and date yourself: self-care is just really essential. First of all, we know everybody be sitting around. You know what i'm saying: have you a little time to cry it out, of course, you're gon na cry? Of course, we got ta, go through the motions but listen baby. This is not the end of your life and we're not about to sit around looking busted, crusty and disgusted. Don'T know what to do. Don'T know which way is left, don't know which way is right, no more we're gon na get all of that out. Our system and we're gon na glow up, okay, just like start embracing yourself, start giving yourself love. Okay. I know you're gon na miss that thing too. You know what i'm talking about, but guess what there is a local store near you. It may be good too. So girl go do that. You know what i'm saying you got to know how to please yourself. You got to know how to treat yourself good honestly self dating is just so important. That'S it even if you in a relationship, nobody else can make you happy. You know what i'm saying so like yeah, that person might have made you smile made. You laugh of course, made you happy, but you got to be happy with you first. Nobody else can create your happiness for you, one thing about life: people don't come and go, but you gon na always be there. You have to find that internal happiness to be able to pick yourself up and move on like that is honestly, like look into my eyes. Look into my eyes, girl, you it's so important. It really really is take that time for yourself just to learn yourself. It'S no problem with moving on in the time frame that you want to move on. You know like getting back out there dating, but another person is not just gon na automatically heal everything that you're going through. It'S not gon na heal that breakup. So you really got ta take time for you, like you really do, learn what makes you happy make yourself happy just live life on your own terms. Like honestly, i don't know, i don't think i'm a relationship person no more, because i think i'm enjoying my singleness. A little too much like i mean i don't think it could really be too much, but you know like i'm, really enjoying my space and my time and making myself happy like. I don't even want that extra stress, but just looking at my life right now, like i'll, be okay with being single forever. I'M just learning to like really love my space and really love myself, especially when you're going on like a spiritual journey and you're. Just really learning so much about you like it just feels really really good, honestly, the stress of relationships and breakups, and all of that i'd be like honestly. I just really think it's good to go through like a period of singleness, so you can really build your life on your own, because somebody like me girl, like that i've been in a relationship just back-to-back back-to-back all through like middle school and high school, and even As an adult got married young, your life is always like me, and this person or me, and that person like, i just feel like. We all need that time where we have a chapter in our lives. Just call it me. You really gon na discover like what you like and what you don't like. You'Ll discover your flaws. You'Re gon na discover your own mistakes. You'Re gon na discover your toxic ways that journey is just key for life, but also, if you want to get in another relationship, you like really know yourself and you're much more confident on the things that you looking for, and it makes it just so much easier To like you know what i'm saying weed them out, you know something cause when you know you, you know the type of person you're gon na need in your life. You don't know just by looking at a woman. Did you say when you get to a certain point in your life? She said i ain't in my 30s yet but medea was talking that real stuff. She was talking about. You know day in and day out, but you know your 20s you out here having fun. You just trying to find yourself and all that but girl by the time you 30, that person walks up in that door, and you just i i know this ain't gon na work just by how we looking at each other and honestly that just comes from you. Knowing yourself and girl that whole dating game ain't gon na be a game. I just feel like that. Definitely comes with time with yourself, like as you get older as you grow and experience and go through changes within yourself. So that's why it is so necessary girl to self love self date. Y'All see me playing around with this wig, i'm just trying to get it to where i like it, because it's a lot going on. Okay, curls! Turning out a little cute, i'm just trying to face frame and get them to you know what i'm saying get them to my side. I'M just really not used to not having baby hairs, so i feel a little weird like i just want to throw some swoopy doops. You know what i'm saying so, while we do these baby hairs, let's go ahead and talk about number three number. Three is probably my favorite, because i use this mindset for life like not just breakups, but for every hard time you go through or anything that you go through, that you just really don't understand or that's kind of hard to get through what we need to do. Girl take that l and i'm not talking about her laws, i'm talking about them, lessons girl, because everything that you go through. I am just a firm believer that you go through things for a reason. I believe there are people that come into your life at a certain time, for a reason, why is this not plugged up what the [ __ ]? What what happened anyway? Take that lesson honestly take everything you learned from that relationship. Don'T be bitter about it, don't be mad that it ended. That'S life like i said people come and go. Sometimes we don't expect certain people to leave our lives. You know. Sometimes we see our lives with somebody for forever. Sometimes it just don't work out like that, but you can't stop your life and think your life is over just because this person that you thought would be there, you know, is no longer there. Let it grow you up, let it mold you, i'm just a believer in everything happening for a reason, like this person came into my life, to teach me this. This person came into my life to show me. I was this type of person. This person, you know, came into my life to show me what i don't never want to deal with again just look at it. Look how things went in your relationship. Look at how it ended and just learn from that girl that ain't no loss, that's just a big lesson. It'S a huge life lesson for you that experience that relationship that you had with that person could be the lesson that you need to save your life life. Lessons come through endings and beginnings a lot of times our life. Lessons really just come from other people and our experience with other people. So let that relationship with little pooky, the one that kept on cheating i'm gon na. Let that relationship teach you your worth, because i bet you when you get out of that relationship with little poopy. You ain't gon na, never put yourself through the things you put yourself through ever ever again, so whether that relationship was good or bad, whether it ended good or bad. I promise you. There is a lesson in it. I promise i promise it got ta be. I feel, like i learned, like the hugest life lessons through a breakup like the breakup i went through opened my eyes to like life and really just like was the start of me. That'S honestly, what has kept me at peace? It'S just like the new journey that that breakup, you know took me through. Like i said, a breakup is the ending, but it's also the beginning of a new thing. So when you just focus on that beginning, you focus on all the lessons. You learn honey and you about to just blow up. You know what i'm saying elevate into a new beat. Okay, i know you say it. I know tiance ain't trying to step out for the day. Look at the curls, the tassel curls just be giving me rich vibes. Like you know, you guys, hair, never disappoints, they always hit the mark. I did end up cutting like an inch off, but this is how long it sits like i said i did cut an inch, but that's how it's sitting now super cute. Stop getting ready here. Wait.
