How To: Transform Your Blonde Lace Wig | Gray Hair On Dark Skin

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, I know I'm so rude. I'M chewing gum in front of the camera. Sorry about that. But anyway, so you guys know I love playing with my wigs, especially coloring. So today I decided to do another coloring and I'm going to be using this wick from wool evany. This is my second time I believe, working with them and I decided to go with this platinum blonde wig. So, first of all, I'm just gon na show. You guys what comes in the box. You'Ve received this a mirror which is really handy, especially like when you're traveling or going out, and you also get elastic band, which is awesome because it just kind of makes you wig secure. If you don't want to glue it and you get a thread and needle which is perfect for you too so you'll last a bang to the wig, like you basically have everything um. So basically, I'm gon na give you guys a little bit of specs on this wig itself. So this wig is a glueless, full lace, wig and it is Peruvian version Peruvian and it's curly. But honestly, I think the curls is one curled and I'm gon na tell you guys why, in the you know, when I'm doing the process of this hair, and so I basically have it in 20 inches the density is 150 and then the color is number NC. / 613 and the cap size is a small because I have a pretty tiny hair, but yeah on the roots are pretty dark, like it's just drastically different and I did have to go in and plugg already, but today we're just gon na focus on coloring. So I'm taking this well a charm color color Trump from Weller - and this is the 15 - is basically like a gray color and I'm going to be using it with the 30 volume developer. Mind you. I have never ever done this before so this is like an experiment for me. So if you are professional and you're watching this and you just like she's doing it so wrong, please do not come for me in the comments. Okay, I know I'm not doing it. The way I'm supposed to, but everything works out so yeah anyway, so I'm basically taking 4 cap full cap sizes and I'm putting it into my bowl and I'm also going to do the same thing for the developer. I don't know why I did this because I obviously need way more than that and what I noticed with this process. Basically, if you want it to be lighter, like more wider for the color that I'm going to add, more developer, so put less of the color charm and then put more of the developer so for this first part um, it was a little dark like I didn't Realize it was going to be like that it was not what I was going for, but at the end of the video everything kind of just seemed to work out perfectly fine. So that is good and, as you guys can see, when almost when I was applying the the whatever liquid crap that I made, I applied it on the route and mind you. I did not really mean to do that. I didn't know it was going to lighten the weight, so I was just applying it um and actually lighten the roots which I ended up really liking. It looks really good so, as you guys can see this process pretty fast, like it's already turning gray and it's going to be like this purplish color. So now I just decided to go ham. My when I do you guys, I went ham about the whole bottle of that color charm in there not just poor. I was just like you know what, let's just let's just do whatever. If it comes out, it comes out but yeah. If you know your measurement go ahead and measure it the proper way, but I would definitely recommend you do some swatches before you actually start apply and if you want a certain color payoff, make sure you don't do what I do. Okay, I I don't like measuring stuff. I just like to go in you know, but yeah okay. So now I just went ahead and rinse the hair and I shampooed and conditioned I'm not exactly sure. If I was supposed to shampoo the hair, just rinse and then conditioned, but I shampooed it just because I felt like you know, since I put chemical in it, it's best to shampoo is just so that it can like stop that chemical flow, whatever um so yeah After doing that, I just went ahead and dried the hair out, and then I went and did some blow-drying. So this is how the hair looks after being blow-dry, and so the reason why I said the hair wasn't natural was not naturally curly. It'S because when the hair was drying, it just didn't bounce back to the curly that it came in. So I think they're, just literally just wand curled, the hair, which I really don't care, because at the end of the day I don't really like those curls on myself. I just like to put some nice wavy water watery type of waves. So right now I'm just gon na go ahead and cut out my lace make sure you kind of tweak your hair line. If you want to. I did that, but I have a lot of videos. Let me show and how to do that. So if you are interested make sure you check in the description bar down below for instructions on how to do that, so on the first day guys, I basically couldn't find my boat hold glue that you know you guys know I've been raving about. So I ended up using the got to be glue, but I'm gon na show you guys how I actually do the other kind, and also my camera was so blurry on the first day of this video. So, of course, I decided to record another part, which is the next part that you guys are about to see. I have a completely different outfit different makeup, but yeah. So, basically, if you're, that type of person that do not like to sleep with your wig, I would recommend you apply, got to be glue. Your wig is going to be well secure, but it's gon na be easy to take off. But if you had to type that like to keep your wig on for like a week or so, you might want to try the board hold glue which I'm going to leave in the description bar down below and also the remover. So, basically, that is how the boho comes in in that little tiny white bottle. So right now I'm just gon na clip my hair to the side and then I'm gon na go ahead and start applying the board hold, let it dry and then go back in and apply a second layer. And now I'm just gon na go ahead and pull the hair to the front on top of that glue and just take one of my makeup brushes and apply pressure just so everything is nice and flat and secure, and so now I'm basically taking a concealer and Applying it on the center of my part, just to make sure that parting is well impassable and that's not gon na work, whatever you know what I give up so guys, I'm gon na go ahead and put curls in this hair, just because I didn't really like The way it looks straight I mean it looks good, but um I was. I wanted some curls, so I'm gon na go ahead and put some curls roughly all over the head hair, a wig whatever you call it so guys, right after I finished curling the hair. I'M just gon na go ahead and take my gut to be free spray and I'm just gon na spray, it all over the hair just to kind of keep those curls for the day. It doesn't really last that long and I'm just gon na, take my brush and just brush those clothes out and basically we're done guys. So, thank you so much watching this video.
