Paula Young Wig Try On (Belinda Pixie Cut Wig + Chase Bob Wig)

Hey friends, i hope you're having a good day today, so i'm so excited i'm doing a wig. Try on today, two different wigs i've got a wig. That is a pixie wig, which i know many of you were excited to see. The last time i did a wig video, which was a long haired wig, and the two wigs i have today are a pixie wig. I still haven't taken the tags off, the pixie wig is adorable, so this is the pixie wig and i'll show you how that looks. I think it looks really good and very natural. This is from paula young and it is a synthetic wig and the kind is called belinda and i got color 101 and size a so color 101 is the platinum beige and so there's a lot of beige to it. So this is the first wig i'm going to try on other wig is a longer hair wig about shoulder length and i believe it's the same color. We will start with the pixie wig and then we'll move on to the longer haired wig. The first thing i wanted to show you was a new thing called a velvet grip, and it's this neat little band right here. My mom actually found this so what they do when they send you a wig, especially from paula young, because i haven't gotten wigs from other places as they send you this little thing that looks like a stocking, but the problem with these is they don't seem big Enough and then they seem to slip off during the day, so you don't have to wear these if you don't like to, but if you need to like pull your hair back. This is a good thing to do it in if you already have short hair, these work really nicely. Basically, the wig sits on top of them and doesn't slip around. It says: wear with label facing outward on right side of head, so it has this little picture. So i need to follow the picture. This will go on the right side of my head like this and then basically it goes underneath and you can secure it to the back of your head here. I'M not going to even wear the stocking head cap, but i'm just going to tuck my hair in up here all right, so i want to tell you about this wig before i get started and put it on. This is the belinda wig. I actually got this on sale for 29, so this was not expensive. This is what i originally saw when i picked this out. It is whisper light. The whisper light, acrylic hair is very light, so it doesn't feel heavy and that's the idea of the whisper light. The hair does feel maybe a little bit coarse. It is acrylic, but it's not heavy. It'S very light. I also want to show you on the inside here, so this is what it looks like inside out. I got the size average based on my measurements. Now, if you want to know how to measure your head to see what size of wig you're interested in getting, i will link my last wig video up above, and you can visit that and i show how to measure the different parts of your head. You have to measure around you have to measure from the top down to the bottom, so there's like three or four different measurements. You have to measure, and then you kind of basically pick the average score around what size to do, and i also want to say there are adjustable straps in this wig. So there are two there's one right here and it's got velcro here and there's one right here. So if you feel like the wig is either too loose on the bottom, you can tighten these up and adjust them. Let'S try this on. So what i like to do is i like to put the front on first and then pull the back over so now. The wig is too far forward on here, so i'm gon na pull this up. Some i mean i didn't even have to do anything and i already think it looks good and you can't beat 30 bucks. It'S on clearance, i'm not sure how long it's gon na last, but these wigs are really inexpensive and, honestly, i think they're very pretty they're. Pretty - and i don't know, i could totally wear this to work to a meeting and nobody would notice it was a wig like it is. It is so pretty. Let me just um do a quick little comb through here. Obviously this is longer than my hair is. I like how it's parted on the side, and i don't know i just like how it looks. I think it looks super cute. So let me show you how this looks in the sides in the back. Here is the left side profile. Here is the right side, and here is the back. I am just a fan of this wig. I think it's adorable and i do want to kind of go back to my earlier sentiment that i talked about in a previous video there's nothing to be scared about wigs, there's, not a stigma. Half the people you see on tv are wearing wigs. If you want something to be able to throw on, if you have super thinning hair, you shouldn't feel bad about getting a wig, especially like a paul young wig. I am not sponsored by paula young. I do want to say that i just got kind of interested in wigs, as my mom has become more interested in wigs being that she's right around 70.. So seemed like an interesting thing to talk about interesting thing to show. I bought these wigs with my own money and they do not sponsor me, so i do want you to know that i'm doing this purely for informational purposes and entertainment purposes as well all right. So what do you guys think? Do you think this? This wig looks good on me. I feel like this definitely fits me more. It'S a little bit longer than my normal hair is, but i think it's a super cute cut. I really like that. It'S not like super tall. It'S it's a very muted, more simple style. I think it's a gorgeous wig. It wasn't expensive all right, let's try the other one now, so this other wig is a longer haired wig. This is also a paula young wig, so this one is the same color as the hair i have. This is also color. 101, this one is called chase, and so let me show you how this looks it's basically kind of like a layered bob. If i was to guess - and i actually have a magazine here - i want to show you so this is the picture in the magazine that has the chase cut. I think the shade she's got is that silvery color, i think that's royal silver with us to guess. So that's the shade it's kind of like a platinum with silver touches in it, and so that's the color. She has its angel wing. So let me take this wig off and put the chase wig on by the way i circled this little area here about the cost. This particular one. This chase wig from paula young, is 79.99 a little more expensive. I do also want to say something about paulie young. If you are in the market to get a wig for yourself, many women have to go. Try like three or four or five different ones before they kind of landed on the one they feel like fits them and fits their face structure and like fits just their overall look or that they're comfortable with so paula young. What they do is if you buy a full priced wig, which is around 80. 80 us dollars. You can try it on as long as you don't take the tag off so there's a tag as long as you don't take it off. You can send it back and get your money back. That has been what my mom has been doing is trying out different ways until she settles on the one she likes and then she'll just send them back if she doesn't like them. So this is actually the one my mom tried. I think she might be sending this back, because she's not quite happy with it. My mom has really fine hair, so she didn't want a lot of bulk on her head. She just didn't particularly like this one. That being said, if you buy a clearance wig from paul young, so like i said this, one was 29.99. You can't send it back. So that's just something to keep in mind if you do end up ordering from paula young, full price, wigs, you can send back clearance. Wigs are just basically here you go it's, as is i mean thirty dollars for a wig is like you could buy a costume wig for more than that. Okay, i'm gon na take this off now. My mom also has a really cool little like a wig holder, which is really beautiful. If you do get a wig and settle on one, you should get a form to put your wig on, so that it can stay pretty. Okay. Here we go. I think i put this on wrong hold on a second that's better. I knew it was supposed to be a side part, but i put it on kind of straight ooh. I really like the length of this. This is a cute cut too. It'S interesting to see the different hairstyles that they've put into these wigs like this is such a cute hairstyle. With this bob i like how they've got it cut on the back. Super cute cut. Still don't have a wig brush now being that these are acrylic wigs. You can't use heat products on them, you can comb them and i definitely would say if you do get a wig get yourself a wig brush. I really love this color. This is the platinum beige 101 and i think it's a really pretty color. It'S got a lot more beigey elements to it rather than platinum, but i think it's super pretty. They also have many wigs similar to the one that i tried on in my last video that have like the rooted wigs where it has a little darker at the roots, so that kind of makes it look a little bit more natural. I don't know whether i like the all one color or the rooted wigs, i'm a fan of both, i think they're, so pretty. As far as this wig, i actually like this wig more than the last long wig that i did a review on which was the heidi wig. I think this this length suits me more. I think i really do like the shade of the hair and i feel like it's comfortable. It feels nice. It is something to get used to something being on your head, so you've got to play with what feels comfortable. But what do you guys think about this? One which one do you like more, do you like the pixie wig or the longer wig, i'm still a fan of short hair, so i probably like the pixie wig just a little bit more, but this is a really cute wig as well i'll show you the Sides again in the back, so that you can get a really good look right, side back and left so which one did you like better?
