The Wig Company Rock Me From Statements- Color F8/26- Wig Review- Long, Mono Part, Lace Front!

Hey everyone i'm here today to do a review of a wig company wig. This is rock me from their statements line in the color f8 26. wow, this one's a really long wig. I don't review long wigs very often as most of you know. So this is a bit of a departure for me. Look at how long she is really long, really straight really low density. So can't wait to talk about this, but before i do, let's look look at her from all sides. Oh wow she's actually really really cute. I actually purchased rock me months ago because i was going through this phase, maybe six months or more ago, because i was going through this phase, where i wanted long wigs for updos, i just suddenly craved updos ponytails, you know putting a hair up in a claw Clip i just missed that from not having bio hair. I think some of you might relate, and i just wanted some long wigs and so i found this one on sale actually and so i purchased her and then the desire for updo sort of passed, and so i actually haven't worn her yet. But i thought i better get this review out there, because i'm either going to have to wear her or i'm she's going to go. I'M going to start um purging some wigs. I'Ve got to make some room, and so i need to make a decision about rock me, but you are going to learn a little bit about her so before i do too much. Let'S look at this color. What did i say? It was f. 8. I tossed it over here. F. 8 26, such a beautiful brunette. I love this color in their statements line, so a medium brown and a kind of a a golden blonde and it is highlighted, but it's not super streaky. It is highlighted, though not blended, just perfectly. The streaks, the the kind of the the strips of highlight, are very well done. Sometimes, when you get uh highlighted wigs, when you've got a brunette and a blonde, you can get almost like a zebra stripe. Look, that's not what this is doing at all and just look at how flat and sleek rock me is. So she's got a lot of layers sort of long fringy layers, all the way down, definitely long layers, not short layers, which is actually kind of perfect for updos, because then you can leave a little bit of the front hair down. I'M not gon na really do too much in the way of updos, i'm just not great at styling. Yet i might work on that more so i can show you that a lot more, but you know you've got a little bit of longer. So what i like to do, when i put wigs and updos, because you know you got ta hide the transition. Is i like to keep a little bit forward sort of framing the face, and this one could maybe even use some shorter layers here just to make that a little bit more realistic but she's super long? Let'S just take a quick look at the cap and then i'll show you how great this lace front is, so she does have a lace front and a mono part and really good lace front for pulling up. She um has there's the velvet ear tabs lots of hair sewn in on the ear tab, extended, nape, velcro adjusters. Let me tell you guys something about the wig company statements line. They are quality and they're not expensive. Today, as i'm filming this video, this is 89 on sale. The retail price that's listed is 189. um. You know, i don't know that it ever really sells at 189. I think maybe you've noticed on a lot of wig sites. You'Ll go on and they always seem to have like a retail and then what it's selling, for. I think this one always sells for less than 189. I don't know that it always sells for 89, though it just says today it's on when i went there to sale 89 and that may be what i paid for it too. I can't remember but 89 for a lace, front, monopart, extended nape, velcro, adjuster, just awesome and my experience with the wig company fibers, especially um. Well, i have had actually wigs from almost all their lines. They'Re very good. This is comparable to any name brand wig that you will buy 100 percent. So if you're looking for a great deal - and you want a long hair wig - whether it's because you like long hair or you - want to wear it in an updo of some sort, rock me is really nice. There'S not not really any permatease to speak about in rock me, she's very, very flat, maybe a little bit of crimpy fibers. You know because you got to hide the the fibers on the wefting. I feel just a little bit right here next to the monofilament, which is really typical. It gives it the tiniest bit of lift, but if i for my wigs and it does i'm noticing it's getting just a little tangly as i keep messing with it, my hands are starting to get caught in it. When i do this, but quite frankly, i'm sure that's not, unlike i had um alden by estetica and she tangled terrible um and is three times the price easily three times the price. So it's not anything to do with this particular wig. I think it's the length and how straight she is she's, very straight, very sleek, no poof, no permatease low to moderate hair density. I mean she's she's, not light hair density. She'S got good amount of hair she's, not super heavy, though i just think really a lot of good things about this and then look at this lace front make sure that i'm not showing my own hairline. You know when you mess with it so much and now i'm not really sure what we're looking at anymore. So look at that hairline, it's so good! I mean the knotting is so light and they've got it so that it's not like a heavy straight line. It'S just fabulous to wear this wig pulled up, especially if you're not so sure about how flat it is on top, and you want to give yourself like a little bump just to give it a little lift if you've got a face, shape where you need a Little lift in the front. You can just clip that up. I mean look at how cute that is. This is a great wig super great. I am really impressed and i wouldn't have expected it for the price and, quite honestly, let's just talk for a quick minute about being on a budget, because i am now on a budget. I recently left my job by choice for a variety of reasons. I do have a video about that, a calling from god the need to spend time with my family. Oh, my phone isn't hold on sorry. That'S never happened on video before um uh and you know honestly, there's just a lot happening in my life. My health, my family and we've decided to kind of take a pause from me working and which has cut our income in half. Actually, it's cut our take-home income in more than half, and so i'm really focusing on. How can i save money? How can i live on a budget? You know i'm doing things that i haven't had to do in a long long time, and i know some of you are watching this video because you're on a budget and you're looking for budget friendly wigs, so why i went down that little rabbit trail is to Help you to understand sometimes the choices you make with budget friendly, wigs okay, so this is 89. I think this wig is a great investment. I think it's going to last, if you take care of it, but it may be too long for you so instead of walking away from a great deal and then not finding a wig, that is the right length for you, purchase this wig and then cut some Of the length off go to a stylist, if you need to um or teach yourself how to cut wigs, i would purchase some 20 or less amazon wigs. This is what i would do, and this is what i am going to do, because i'm going to do a lot more tutorials now that i'm home, i want to do a lot more with you guys and do some tutorials and start learning how to do some Things i don't know how to cut a wig exactly um. You know so that it's even i'm going to teach myself that now in this year, and i think you should too, and so you can get super cheap wigs. I mean i think you can get 15 wigs on amazon they're, not going to be great quality, but they're perfect for practicing cutting cutting length, cutting bangs, thinning steaming learning how to put curl in wigs one fifteen or twenty dollar amazon. Wig can teach you four or five skills if you're willing to take the time to do it, and so i would just say to you if you're looking at this wig right now - and you think oh that's too long for me unless you've got the money to Purchase something else or you've got the time. I wouldn't just write this one off you can i, and i probably would cut myself cut some of this length off, because you know it's just a little bit too long for me, but i just love everything else about this piece. If i just cut a little bit off, maybe i've got a more manageable style, so that's just my two cents on when you're looking for budget wigs, don't just look at it at face value know that you can do things to it, maybe not today, but you Can get there if i can get there? I promise you, you can get there all right, you guys that was enough of a soapbox, so i'm gon na get outside for you. I'M gon na show this color to you outside, and otherwise i think this is adorable and i just say if you want it, go get it thanks for watching and stick around for that outside. Look, oh, and this is out of the box. I didn't do anything to her. This is how it came out of the box. I combed it out. I didn't have to spray. Her hang her. She just really came looking awesome and i think there is something to the fact that when you don't have a lot of permatease box, hair, sometimes isn't as bad. Curls and permatease can really accentuate box, hair straight low permatease style. Don'T tend to have as much of an issue with box hair, so i and i found that to be true on this one, all right, let's get outside. Oh my gosh, you guys six weeks of not filming videos and i'm forgetting things i got. Ta show you how this one fits me. So we've got the ear tabs right there, there's so much hair sewn in on them. It really covers my bio hair. It comes all the way down almost to my ear, a little bit in front of it awesome coverage. This is excellent coverage on me, really really good coverage um. This is a bit generously. Sized i've got a little bit of extra room here, but i did take her in a little bit, so i have a 22 inch. Circumference fits me really well, so i think that if you're a little bit bigger than 21 inches, i think you're going to be okay. I definitely think this one is solidly average a little generous, not necessarily big, head friendly, there's a little bit of stretch, but i do feel some resistance on that stretch, so definitely solidly average. I would say you know fits me along the lines of an aesthetica wig. So if, if that helps you at all sorry about that, now we'll go outside all right here we go f8 26 outside oh gosh, it's bright out here! It'S very diffused light, though, that it's very cloudy, but it's super super snowy, so the sun is bright, glaring off all the snow, get in front of my white garage door here for you, you're not here, to see the wig you're here to see the color right Or me, i really really like this color all right, one more time in front of the gray background and then call it good there we go okay.
