Hi again welcome to my channel. My name is sandy, and this is coco's hair solutions. Today we're going to take a look at heidi from paula young in the color silvery moon sf5160. Here'S her data right here, okay, so heidi, has been a very popular wig of paula young's because she has a lace front and she's a long wig. So she comes to us all, wrapped up in her box with netting and some tissue. So i'm going to go ahead and release all of that take her out of the box and then, let's take a look at all of this length. Look at that look at the luxurious layers. Oh my gosh she's made from the traditional kanekalon, fibers and um. She has a an extended nape and of a lace front hand tied lace front. So let's take a look at that cap construction. First, so we've got lace all across the front temple to temple. We have the standard open kind of open cap construction. It'S not your traditional cap, because it's not as thick as what you can find in many other wigs that i have found across the marketplace. This allows for a minimum amount of permatease, but also a lot more breathability. So then, what we also have is standard open, wefting from side to side across the back. We have really nice felt, ear, tabs long, ear tabs, but look at what they've done as well. They have stitched on or tied hair fibers to the underside of the wig cap that allows the hairs to come out from underneath it and look like your real hair. It'S a lot more natural looking and it's a wonderful feature and they've put quite a few of them on there. Look at that down the whole length of that ear. Tab. Now, when we look at the the nape area, it has an open, extended, nape and then of course, some nice velvet down below there and then the uh velcro adjusting tabs so we'll take a look at her dimensions once i put her on. But let's take a look also at this at the crown area from the outside. Now what you're going to find is you're going to see some of the wefting here. There is some limited amount of permatease, but there is wefting available. I mean it: is you can't see it, you can see it there, so what that means is we have to pay attention to how we part the hair and where we lay the fibers and how we do that? One of the easiest things that i find that i like to do is to just put a root darkener on my wigs that that show that not so much to make it look so profound, but just enough to disguise the wefting and so that's an option. But look at the colors: this is sf5160 and look at the highlights and low lights within this. This uh color sf means that it's a salon, quality color. Excuse me. I'Ve got strays coming out anyway, but the sf in front of any of those color choices on paula young.com. That means that they're a salon quality, so you not only have the colors of of what you're trying to achieve, but you've also got highlights and low lights. That make it dimensional and make it really. Nice makes it look like a real, a real nice hair, color application. Another thing about this particular style is that they're, the fibers, the hair fibers, tend to get a little darker down towards the nape area towards the back of the wig and below. Then you have the naturalness of darker coloring and lighter around the face, so the sf colors are really really nice. If you can manage to pick up a wig in those colors, you're going to be happy happy with them, okay, so the wig that i have on right now that i'm going to take off is designer's choice by jacqueline smith. It'S a one of her 100 hand, tied wigs with a full lace front and that's also hand tied and it's one of her shattered bobs, but it's a real comfortable wig and i can leave you the website below for my other wig review of her all right. Let'S go ahead and put on heidi okay, so she's got that lace front. Oh, the cap is very comfortable. That'S one thing: i notice right away. Okay, so then, okay, well boy, that's pretty good for just putting it on and whipping it off. So, okay, i might want to play with my part a little bit and maybe you know tame down some of the wispies. But let's take a look at this young lady, oh my gosh! Oh, how does that feel? Oh, my gosh, all that hair, it's so pretty! Oh look at her, it's the hair. I never had the hair you'll never have unless you buy it right, we're all kind of there, but look at how pretty this is. Look at that hairline. Isn'T that wonderful? No wonder she's! So popular and of course i know, they've got her in lots of other colors um 22 different colors um. A lot of them are those sf quality, uh, hair, colors, so um. But anyway, let's talk about the dimensions. Okay, the weight for this type of wig. You would expect it to be pretty significant, but in reality she's not that heavy she's only 4.1 ounces, so she's very light on the wig spectrum. She then the front here is nine and a half inches. Okay, the top is 12 and a half inches. The crown is 12 and a half inches too so that we're going to have a layer that stops right about about here that begins the layering process. The sides are 11, so we've got a little bit more layering around the front. That comes to the sides and then the upper back is 12 and a half as well. The nape is 12 and a half, so what you've got is when you have the same measurement of length and you have it at different areas on the wig cap structure, then what you get is a continual layering of feathering or what we call. You know the feathering layers lots of layers. So let me let me turn around okay i'll. Do a spin, for you pull one side forward. You can look at the other side anyway. She feels wonderful now how she look from back there, not too disheveled yeah. So anyway, oh my goodness, this is this is fun, isn't it so i probably let's take a look at the wefting problem here. Yeah i probably would include a little bit of darkness there and, if you've seen my juno uh, my juno review you'll see um. I did show you where i added the dark: the darkness around the roots, to help disguise some of that that wefting, and also it gives you more of a youthful appearance when you have a little bit of that darkness. Now i can tell in the video right now that you can see it appears that there's darkness here, but in reality there isn't it's just um a trick, your eyes and the lighting plays on us. When we do that, because when you do look at it, it ends up being all the same color and it doesn't give you all that extra dimension, but anyway, not not as much as i like. So it's up to you, but this is a wonderful, wonderful wig for all kinds of reasons. Anyway, i know my husband likes it anyway. Well, i hope you've enjoyed this little review of heidi and um. Thank you for joining me. If you enjoyed my video, please give me a thumbs up or leave me any comments down below. I hope i'll see you again and uh some more of my picture. Videos. Okay, bye, bye, hi everyone. Today, we're going to do a wig review on a very popular uh wig that is found only at paula, young and the name of this wig is heidi in the color silvery moon sf5. So you don't want to stay tuned for that. One okay hi again welcome to my channel. My name is sandy and this is coco's hair solutions. I too have posted several Paula Young reviews including Heidi. Now after your video, I feel like I’ve met you. I’m so happy you started this channel because I see we like similar wigs. I always look at the website reviews with pictures before I purchase, but videos are so much better. Thanks again for an excellent review! Roberta
