Hi everyone. Thank you so much for joining me today. Today, i'm going to be reviewing christy by jon renau and the color shaded mocha. Let'S take a look at the color first. This is shaded mocha, the color code, for it is 24 bt, 18 s8, and that is a blend of a medium natural ash blonde and a light natural gold blonde. Then we have a root of a medium brown. I think it is a really really pretty color and i have to tell you when i first opened it up. I was like okay, i don't know. If i'm going to be able to wear this, you know i'm a brunette. I feel i could wear the cool colors a little bit better than i can with the goldens, but i don't know if it is the mix of the natural ash blonde mixed with the gold blonde that it just gives me a feeling. Okay, i can wear this. A really really pretty color it if you are right in the middle of that brunette and blonde. You may like this. If you are like me, and you want to be a an adventurous brunette and you want to try some blondes, i think this is a really pretty one to go to. I i really like it. I think it's it's uh. I think it's pretty and you know the roots. I think the important thing here is when we brunettes wear blondes or wear reds or where any other color that is really foreign to us. I think the key is matching the root with our brows, and that way we can get away with it. If this, if this color was not rooted, i would not be able to wear it. It would just it would not look good. I am going to compare christy to cameron in just a little bit, so you could see the difference here really quite similar, but i'm going to show them side by side and i'll. Tell you what the differences and the similarities are. So, hang on tight for that christie is a hand-tied cap. It has a full monofilament top and a lace front. We don't really have any layers here. It'S basically one length. We have a bag that is 7.75, the crown is 11.25, the size is 7.25 and the nape is four and a half. Let me do a spin, so you could see christy on all sides. I think this is a really pretty style for the summer. We we, we don't have any permatease here. No there's no permatease! I would say this is a medium density. I like to wear chrissy um, just kind of messy. That'S how i like these styles. I don't like it too too. Dressy too. I just got out of the salon. I don't know. I'Ve said this many many times i like to use some aesthetica sea salt spray and just mess get it a little messy a little piecey. I think that looks really really cute the lace front, because this is a shaded color you're, going to see some knotting, but that knotting does not bother me at all and the ear tabs come nice and low. I think that if you have uh, if your hairline isn't as low as mine, i think that you're going to get some really really. Nice coverage and here's the other side. And here is the ear tab right here and then my hairline right down there. And if i was going to be wearing this out, i would just match the root to my hairline, because we have a full monofilament top. We can make our part anywhere. We want and still have, that illusion of scalp and what you're seeing right there is. My wig cap, i part to the left, so that's that's just fine with me. We could add a little clip. Put a little clip right. There that'll make it look really cute. We could add a headband. How cute is this style for the summer? Don'T you agree? Just as cute as can be, and because it's straight synthetic, if you need to wear it for travel or anything like that, i probably i'll be leaving to kansas in about three weeks or so three to four weeks, and this is i'll, probably be wearing chrissy. On. On the two-day car ride over all the way, back all the way back from your face. If you wanted to add some bangs, you could do that and if you want to wear it nice and sleek, you can do that. I'M going to change into cameron and i'll be right back all right, i'm back with cameron, and this one isn't storm. This is actually my second cameron. My first one was my the second wig that i purchased and it's in chocolate cherry. I still have cameron and chocolate cherry, i still wear it and three years later, it's still going strong and it looks absolutely beautiful, but i've decided to show off uh cameron and storm. Just like christy has cameron has a full monofilament top. It has a lace front and it is a hundred percent hand tied with the caps on both are exactly the same. This is editing marlene here. Christy has an extended nape, while cameron has a non-extended nape, so i'll show you the cap and then i'll tell you what the differences are, but they both have this same full monofilament top. As you can see, it's quite wide. We have a nice temple to temple, lace, front filled, covered ear tabs and we have the fibers coming from the ear tabs. We have an extended nape with velcro adjusters, and there is a little bit of stretch. I have 21.75 circumference and christie fits me very well. As does cameron, i do not feel these on me whatsoever. The difference is on cameron. We have 10 inches on the front, so my face from hairline to chin is almost 8 inches. So, as you can see, cameron comes down pretty low, whereas in christy the front the bang is seven and and three quarters. So we have a quite a bit of a difference. We have almost a two inch difference on the front. The crown on cameron is 12 inches and it's just a little bit shorter on christy with 11 and a quarter. The sides on christy are seven and a quarter, and the sides on cameron are seven and three quarters. The nape is the same on both with four and a half, so what makes christy look a little bit shorter is actually just your front. So how are you going to decide which one you prefer if your face is a little bit longer is as long as mine or a little longer, you might prefer a longer style in the front, because really their differences is going to be in the bang, where We have 10 inches here versus the seven and three quarter inches on christy other than that. It'S just a matter of preference. Do you want a shorter wig on the front, or do you want it a little bit longer, depending on the length of your face from hairline to chin, is where the wig is going to fall? Obviously so if you have a shorter face than i do, it's going to be a little bit longer, whereas if you have a longer face, the wig is going to appear shorter i'll, show you cameron on all sides and i'll put it right next to i'll put It side by side with christy, either one whether you go with christy or you go with cameron. I don't think you could go wrong. These both of these styles are beautiful and a hand-tied cap is always so incredibly comfortable. All right, let's go outside, so we could take a look at chrissy in shaded mocha out in the sunlight, all right. Everyone. Thank you so much for joining me today. I hope you've enjoyed this review of christy by jon renau in the color shaded mocha. I hope everyone is having a fantastic day and don't forget, ladies, follow your passion whatever it may be, i'll see you next time, bye,

TAZS WIG CLOSET AT WIGSTUDIO1: Cute and sassy looking on you.. I love it! The cap is devine! For shorter faces, I prefer the Kristi vs Cameron.. both gorgeous! XOXO

Ibelieveinangels yesido: They're both great on you, Marlene! My RW Play it Straight in Sugared Licorice arrived yesterday & I have it on now. Starting to adjust to feeling comfortable with something on my head & to changing up my look. It's odd for people who never wore hats & such so it takes awhile. Tomorrow I may wear an unexpected color! Blessings! Jackie in upstate NY

Mileetn: I really, really love this on you Marlene! This color looks awesome on you! I agree about the root. I am a true brunette but as long as there is a root I can get away with it.

Shelly F: Kristi looks great on you. Perfect length and the color is wonderful with your skintone. I love all the styling tips you gave us. Thanks for this video, Marlene. Virtual hugs, Shelly

Front Porch Wig Chat: That was my very first wig color, Shaded Mocha. Aside from the dark root, it is my own natural dark blonde. Of course, without the root, it's Eclair (though now, JR has added a root shading to even Eclair, a subtle one). I had Kristi in Eclair as well as 22F16. They were very different from each other in form. One had body, the last one was more lank and longer. Very odd. I bought the second to be a more natural color for me, the Eclair, but I did not like the form of it on that one as much as the lighter one I owned previously. However, that said, the cap is AMAZING!

Sharon Steele: Great review! I knew Cameron and Kristi were sister styles as they look so similar, but wasn’t certain of the differences. I guess I would choose Cameron because I like a longer bang. I love Shaded Eclair. I agree the color looks best if your eyebrows can match the rooting. I have a Couple JR wigs with the root an 8 or 10 and they’re just too light for me, with my #4 eyebrows. Enjoy your final couple of weeks here. We live in Florida year round.

brooks269: You look lovely in this color and length! I just got one in shaded mocha and was surprised how much I like the color. You just can’t beat a JR hand tied cap! Thanks for your review!

Carol AG: This color looks fabulous on you! I’m a Cameron/shaded praline/Malibu blonde gal...but I’m definitely going to purchase Kristie for summer! Thank you for another great review!

Myrna. Millick: My granddaughter has this one. So flattering! Perfect length

Sheila M: Both of these wigs are beautiful on you, but I think the Kristi looks the best on you (might be because of the color). Great job on the comparison of the two.

Sarah Beth: Either of these would be awesome for those new to wigs as a *first purchase* because they look great on everyone and are so versatile. I have Kristen and like the length as a long bob, but I think I prefer my *Haute* over Cameron: I think the longer length in front is more slimming.

Liz Millner: This color looks actually….really great on you!!! You should consider this color more …not just for reviewing but to wear!

Crazywiglady: I love Kristi on you, one of my favorites too! Thanks for making this video! xoxo

Stephanie Pruiett: I think I’d go with Kristi as my face is just short of 8”. Except, I just saw Glacier doesn’t come in Kristi so I probably would go with Cameron.

Jean Jacobs: Both of these are so pretty on you! I do love the color on Kristy though. Love and blessings ❤

MaryEllen After 60: I remember watching this video, and loving this color on you!! You do wear it well. Blessings, and love..MaryEllen

Jesus Saves: Such a pretty lady. That wig looks great on you! So natural. TFS

Ginagal9: What a cute sporty look Marlene!

WIGGED OUT with Michael: Absolutely loved this! Reminds me so much of Cameron, you read my mind ❤️Xoxo

Gloria Lagroon: Hello Marlene thanks for the review. Both are very cute on you. Wanted to pick one but I think I really like both. Lol! Have a wonderful afternoon my friend. Much love! ❤

Jan Yarra: I'm glad I stumbled across your review. I've been considering Kisti for a while. Thanks for your video.

Julie Mann: Hi Marlene. I enjoy your reviews--your head length is about the same as mine so I can gauge where it will sit on my head. Beautiful wig! I love the styling options you show.

Sue Dobinski: You look absolutely stunning in this style/ color. Beautiful!

Sharon C: This is my color!!!! Looks beautiful on you!

Mary Reed: You look adorable in Kristi!

Kathy Weissgerber: Love this cute short bobs on you Marlene, especially in the storm color. But Im kinda partial to grays, no surprise there.
