Alexis | Jon Renau | 6/33 - How I Tried A Wig I Was Unsure About...

Hi welcome back to wigglin Christy, I'm Christy, and today I am reviewing for you, Jean Renault Alexis and the color 633 raspberry twist, so I bought this wig off of a wig sister and I okay. I'Ve been scared to death about Alexis. When she first came out. I honestly was like that's ugly, I'm just gon na say it sorry, I didn't like it. It looked weird. I didn't think I could pull it off now mind you, I'm 62 and a half pounds lighter than when that way came out, but I was just like that's me. I was also nervous about no lace front because I, like my lace, front wigs, so I just like no and then I just lately have just been like. I want to try it. I want to try it. I really want to try the double model on the top. I'Ve never had a double monofilament Tom from Domino before, and so I kind of posted on some social media groups asking if anybody had kamila or Alexis and because that I had the funds to just go. Buy a brand new one, and so I just asked if anybody was selling a genre, no Alexis or kamila, because those are both no lace. Fran mono tops - and I really wanted to review that and see how they run for Del Rio. And so I had a wig sister of mine, um saying that she had one and she sold it to me for an amazing price. She only wore it like twice and she'd watched it once and I was just like I'm getting it and I seriously love Alexis. I'Ve heard lots of people say she's our favorite and I'm like okay. I can understand why people say she's their favorite. I honestly really really really love this wig. I think the only way you can make this wing better is tommelise print version of her, but still keep the double mono foam in, because that's one thing I've noticed is sometimes there's always with double model cement. Now I have seen the French strongly sulk tops a wig store and that's in my personal consultation hair visit video on my channel I'll link it right up here, and I show that top in there and I even try it on in. Oh, my lord. It'S amazing amazing, I'm hoping to get and my custom piece that was from that consultation from Dahmer. Now I'm hoping to get the French John Philip tot, because it looks incredible, but look at this. This looks amazing. Look how natural that looks, and it goes all the way from here to here, so you can part it over here I mean it just looks like scalp. It looks like scalp, it looks incredible. I love it, so I actually honestly Phil. This is me because my hair is wavy, and this just feels like really home for me hard to explain. I'Ve actually have worn this the last few days and I just love the natural body to it. It just has that easy flow wave to it, but I love about the polyurethane in the front is actually suctions to my head a little bit, maybe because my head is shaved, but it just like, and I was like: oh can I get away, get dizzy without Taping it it's nothing, I will want to tape it, but it doesn't move me it moves just a little. You know I don't know, but it kind of does that section there. It kind of really helps it to just stay stay play I like it. I really do. I just feel like this looks like glam hair but casual beach wave anyway, let's get on to the wig, I really like it. I think you guys got that so. Has these shaggy bangs in the front which you can cut and make them in now me my short forehead we're just gon na cross those over. I don't know I've been to cut them, but then I feel like I'll regret it so actually, even today at church. I kind of pinned these to the side to pull them out of my face. I on this side I kind of pinned it so as the shaggy bangs and the boss, lady waves, is what they call it. It looks like boss, lady waves, that's like I said the double monofilament top 100 percent hand tied polyurethane strips. You can tape an adhesive down premium synthetic fiber with genre. Now, let's talk about measurements, the bang is a 5.25 bang. The crown is a 12.5 crown. The sides are 14 and a half inches, the nape is 12 and a half inches and this weight weighs 3.5 ounces. So it's a very light weight feel to it, but a great wig. This is part of the monofilament top collection. So this collection comes with a nice sleek black box. Let'S go ahead and do a spin, as you can see. I really like it. Let'S talk about this color, this is a 633 raspberry twist. I'Ve reviewed this on my channel before it's a really natural color, and I think that's why I also fell at home in it because it feels like when I was 12 or 13. My body, however, is probably more between a 4 and a 5, sometimes a 6, but I still think it feels a really natural for me. So this is a medium brown blended with natural dark, auburn brown. So let's do some styling here before you show you inside the cap you could post it up, want to be careful too, because this is a hand-tied cap. So you don't want to have this going in where, if you're wearing a wet, I would go through the West first added security, but because this is the hand-tied cap make sure to just be very gentle in the placement of that you don't want to puncture those Hand tight areas: here's a beanie Evan this one yesterday, I can't remember, but I'm really in love with this right now - and this is the genre - no echoes from the new new prints for fall of 2018, and this is in the boho beanie, which you can do A headband style or beanie style make sure you be beanie. How normal is this understand, beanies for the fall and winter, you could even pull it up and let out some things if you want how cute is this love it? Let'S go ahead and take a look at the color out. Alright, let's go ahead and take a look inside this cow. What is she the color a little up close better? Therefore, you see that blended color. You can see that red, but it's just aren't subtle. Blended, look sometimes those rents that red picks up and sometimes it doesn't and we'll see how it looks in the outside lighting, double monofilament top velvet ear tux with adjustable with the bendable wires. So that helps give you some cure on the sides. Maybe Velva extended nape with the velcro jester's, so remember. With these hand, typed outs with Jean Renault. It has this stretchy part here in the middle right here down here. It has this lace, hand, tight, stretchy and then a lace again, all hand-tied 100 %. If you remember some of their high tech caps have like West built in here, it's still had a purse a head time, but some of them have like these extra wefts built in for placement, but Alexis doesn't Alexis doesn't so it has everything that it needs right. In the cup, I also want to add that I've heard that Alexis needs some work when she's brand new. She needs a comb through, maybe even a wash. So if you pull something right out of the box, don't be afraid of it. It usually just needs a little bit of maintenance comb through it with the white tooth comb and maybe give it a wash as well so play with that wig a little bit. Obviously, don't forget that if you need to return a wig, most retailers required that nothing's been done to it and no brushing out of it. Alexis does look a lot different when she's brushed through and don't be afraid for when you first get her. We hope you guys enjoyed this review of Alexis. As you can see. I was really a skeptic of this link and I became a lover this way and it just goes to show you that you just don't know how you're going to like a wait until you try it on until you try it. So it has a couple features that you're wanting to try or has a couple, looks that you want, but you think you'll like just try it seriously. I did not know.
