Hi everyone. Thank you so much for joining me today. This is allison by jon renau in the color 633. I think i've told you in the past that wig studio at wood studio, one wig and topper support group on the last sunday of the month. Any of the members can sell their new or gently used pieces, so uh, it was a. I think it was like two months ago or something uh. One of the members was selling allison and the color had not worked for her. It was brand new still with the tags and she was listing it at a great price and i thought i'm i'm going to get that because i've never had allison. I'Ve never had this color before so i thought perfect for review. When i figured if it didn't work for me, i would just sell it on, but honestly i love allison. Let me tell you a little bit about alison and what it is that i love about this wig. First of all, if you are like me - and you do not want any permatease allison is perfect, there is no permatease at all. We have. The density is very light, think belletress, some of the ellen villas. If you have sunset by ellen villa that very very light density, i don't think i have had a jon renau with the density as light as allison has it's incredible to me when i, when i received this wig, and i took it out of the box, i'm Like wow, this density is really really low: allison weighs 3.6 ounces and not a drop of permatease. This is from the smart lace collection, so we do have a full monofilament top and we have a lace front. I think it is so so pretty something else that i really love about. Allison that i haven't found in many of my other genre knows, is how silky it is most of my genre knows tend to feel i'd say on the drier side. They'Re not silky fibers, like we find on some other brands that we might find on on belletress. I have to come back to it on envy a couple of the envy pieces that i have received recently that i have purchased the fibers are really silky. Some of my recent hudson and and lachlan from estetica also very silky fibers, but john renault. For the most part, the fibers are tend to lean a little bit drier and the denier seems to be a little bit uh, thicker or higher than some of the others. But on allison it is just beautiful. Look at this beautiful, beautiful, silky fibers. Now, i'm not saying all genre knows, because obviously i do not have all of them, but this in my collection, the ones that i have tried, the ones that i have reviewed. I think these fibers are look at that it is just beautiful. On allison, as i mentioned, we have a full monofilament top and we have a lace front you, and even with this dark piece, i think the i mean we're going to have knots. Obviously, but i think the lace front is done really well it just um it just blends right into the skin. You can barely see that that lace granted it's a narrow lace. It'S not a thick lace at all. It can be worn very easily off the face without any issues. It'S a nice little bob. I would say it has some a little bit of an angle to it, because we have nine inches on the bang, but we have a nape of 3.75 and we have a crown of 11.75. So your crown is being taken from here down and the sides are seven and a half i'll be able to tell more when i'm editing but from the measurements. It seems as it as. If we have a slight angle here, i don't know how much of my bio hair is showing. As you know, i have a lot a low hairline at my nape and on the sides, but nevertheless i wanted to show you what incredible movement it has. The color 633: here's how jon renau explains it. Your six is your brown, so you have that base of a brown, and it says that it's when, when you have a slash in between your first number and your second number we're talking about a blend, we're not talking about highlights or anything like that. So what 633 means is you have a brown base, a dark brown base and then your 33 - they describe it as a medium red. So they're saying that this is a blended color. I do not see this as a blended color. What i'm seeing here is definitely a base of six or that dark brown, but what i'm seeing is highlights of it. It almost appears like a light auburn. I don't even think that they're red, maybe coppery, but i think that you'll be able to tell, especially when we go outside that these appear to be highlights. I have amelia in 832 and that's a blended color and you can't distinguish one color from the other. There. There'S no, there are no highlights in it. The color is just you you just when you look at it. It just appears to be a very uh warm or a very rich brown, while this one you have that beautiful, dark brown as a base, but then you have those highlights. So it's something to keep in mind with this color, even though the description is that it's blended, i don't think it's blended there are highlights in here. This front has not given me any issues about falling in my face. I use the the hair you wear hairspray, and actually i learned this from my friend eileen, the crazy wig lady. If you're not following her head on over and follow my friend eileen, she always holds it up and then she sprays holds it a bit and then it's uh, it's a nice quick fix. It'S not the same as you see in the hair. Just stays right off your face: it's not the same as steaming, which is your long term. So if you're going to rely on the hairspray on going this route, it'll just be something that you need to you do every day you could just hold it up and it will stay pretty well the ear tabs. As you know, i have, or maybe you don't know - maybe you're new to my channel. I have a 21.75 circumference and i have a very low hairline. The ear tabs are right here. They come really good coverage right down here, but you can see my hairline. So what i do is i just try to match it with the wig. If you, if you don't, have such a low hairline you're going to get good coverage from allison, because we have the smart lace, we could just pull the hair back. Even if it's short, i think that there's so much that can be done with this little style, so so pretty low density indicates that it's very tuckable wear it with a headband and because of my low hairline. I need to pull some fibers out here. You could just wear it that way, take a clip, bring it off the face and just clip it back. I just noticed i took it out of the box when i received it and then i put it back, i put it away and i hadn't worn it then, once i i arrived in florida, this is really when i first have taken it out. I wore it. The other day for a couple of hours just to get the feel of it, but i hadn't noticed that there are some light fibers of that coppery or that light auburn around the face. So that is really really pretty. I do feel as if i have a little bit of a space right up here at the crown just a little bit. Nothing major, but i do feel an emptiness there. I am wearing a wig grip and i'm wearing a a cap. Maybe i need to cinch it in a little bit, but i just want to make you aware that i am feeling a little bit of a gap there. Other than that i mean you really can't tell that much. I don't think i don't know, maybe i'll be. Maybe i'll be editing and i'm like okay marlene. What are you thinking, but i i don't think it. I don't think that it's really making any any uh major difference. I think it is a really pretty style. I'M really happy that i purchased it. I'M sorry that i didn't purchase it sooner. I may just get this one uh for the summer in a lighter color, and you know if you don't like these ends right here at the front, like you know, curving in, like that, i think it looks pretty, but if you like it a little bit, uh Straighter you could use some steam to straighten it overall. I think it is a really pretty shake and go style. Oh i'm thinking we have a full monofilament top. Therefore we can part it. You see how you see. Those highlights right there, yeah, that blended, colors are not highlighted, blend is a blend and a highlight is a highlight. You can part it anywhere you want, which is a real, so nice, i i just i love full mono tops, even though i always part on the left. I used to be a right hand parter until i started wearing wigs and then i adapt it. But it's nice to have it. You know if you want to part it down the middle. If you want to part it on the right, you can part it any way you want i'll. Take you outside. So we can take a look at this color 633. In the daylight and then i'll show you the cap and then i'll come back. We have a temple to temple lace front. We have a nice generous, full monofilament top. There is a little bit of lace there, but there is no permatease on this. We have felt covered ear tabs with the fibers, a non-extended nape and velcro adjusters, and we have a nice stretchy cap. I neglected to mention in the first part of the video about getting volume from it uh. I i personally like it pretty flat, but and because we don't have the permatease we're not going to be able to get that volume. If you will, however, you can really, you know, move these fibers around and you know make it a little bit bigger. If you want, we could also add some aesthetica sea salt spray uh, give it a little bit more texture. Let me know what you think about alison i'd love to hear from you. Thank you everyone. I appreciate you spending this time with me. I hope that everyone is having a fantastic day and i'll see you next time. Bye,
