This is what the hair looks like, just as i remember it's thick and she shedding, but this is synthetic, i'm not expecting top notch quality or it not to shed shout like my name is spice or some super long. I'M not going to keep it. This long. Look at this, but i have a full dedicated video on this unit. Now i'm not really feeling this company, so i'm really not going to sit here and promote their hair and just do an unboxing and do all that stuff, because at the end of the day they did not hold up their end of the bargain. Okay, i'm about to get into you. I love you i'll, be back at it, we're about to die another synthetic wig, this time we're gon na dye it red this time. I got two bottles of my red dye and yes, i purposely matched my nails because i knew i was doing this video and the thumbnail was just cute. You know the orange hair, the orange nails. It was just cute that wasn't playing though, but i'm going to be using two of these this time, because i want the color super opaque, i'm going back in with my gloves and then, of course, you are going to need your synthetic wig. This is the same one that i use and i did cut it into a bob once again, super excited child. Let'S get into it. It'S been a full year since i did this video and i low-key watched my own tutorial to remember what i did. How much time um? I got a lot of comments that the video was very detailed, which i'm glad about i'm just glad y'all enjoyed that video. Your girl can talk. So i feel, like anything, that i explain try my best so that you learn exactly what to do so. Yeah about you. Just shake these bottles up. That'S what the instructions say. I'M not even gon na do no color test, i'm using both bottles period. Maybe i won't make this into a voice over and i will just talk by the way. I do have my heat on medium, so i have it between actually five and six right now, because i wanted it to get um heated up faster, but i'm just gon na be going ahead and pouring my diet in and again this is stainless steel that i'm Using y'all, i remember saying in my last video that you want to use all stainless steel things because you don't want to stain anything, or maybe just the old pot, that you don't too much care about and again make sure make sure make sure make sure that Your bottle stays under. There are regular um red dyes. You must get this one to say synthetic. This is not gon na work. I wanted to make sure i included that i'm gon na go put a little bit more water in these bottles. Just to make sure i get every last drop of this guy second bottom, i'm gon na go ahead and put some more water in these bottles, shake them up and add them to that pot. This pot is very full. I hope blocking my way again. It doesn't like overflow shout out to the girl who commented girl what you cooking me a wig, or something like that on the first video that i did. That was funny. Make sure y'all check out me doing this with the orange, but i'm gon na just make sure i stir this around real good and it looks super duper pigmented. It looks super red, which is what i want and keep in mind: y'all um, the ratio to water and dye does matter, so i'm expecting a very opaque color, because i am using less water or just about as much dye that i have. That makes any sense. So the more water you use and the less dye, the more your color will come out lighter and more pastel like, but the less water you use with the right amount of dye or more dye. You will get a more opaque color. I hope that makes sense, but, as you all can see, this pot is fairly small and it is pretty full and it is. There is two bottles of dye in here, so i am expecting the color to be pretty okay. I had a lot of questions about um, whether the the lace will die and did it die and y'all know if y'all watched the whole video of me doing this with the orange color. I did stain my lace because i really wasn't trying to protect it and i'm not trying to protect it this time either, because i just feel like i i don't know y'all. I just didn't feel like it did hear. Somebody say that if you put vaseline on the lace that that will help or i've heard, that speed glue, i've heard a lot. So if you want to try to protect your lace, i definitely recommend putting some type of protectant on it. I'M a chocolate girl, so even if this lace does tint or whatever i can just go in with my brow makeup and cover it up whatever. But if you are a lighter complexion, definitely make sure you put something on the lace to try to protect it. So i'm gon na just go in y'all we going right in. Oh, it looks so good. I hope this doesn't overflow so far, so good y'all, oh my gosh, look at the color, i'm loving it! So far. Oh yeah! Look at the lace! Definitely gon na color. The lace - it is what it is, though, look at the color. Yes, this is what we was going for: a super red like a cherry. This is like a cherry red y'all, i'm gon na. Let this sit in the water for 15 minutes. By the way, i did bring this to a light boil, as y'all can see the little bubbles coming. That is what you want um. In order for this to work, you want super piping, high water like boiling hot water, or this will not work. So yes make sure you do that, and i've made sure that i cut my bob ahead of time. As you all know, i didn't plan on my hair being that short last time, but this time i made sure that i cut it to the length that i wanted and i actually didn't thin it out this time i kept the thickness as is or the density And i just went ahead and cut it into a bob, i'm gon na. Let this sit in the water for 15 minutes and i'm gon na come back when it's time to rinse and wash it out all right. So it's been a little bit past 15 minutes. So i'm gon na go ahead. Now it is time to pour this out. Y'All can see how opaque this was. Oh all right, y'all, so the wig, of course, is still wet, but this is what i look like i like to just blow dry this hair. On my mannequin head and then run some heat through it. Of course, i'm gon na use my flyer on a lower setting. They can possibly um be because this is synthetic hair, i'm about to blow dry, real, quick and then i'll get ready to install it. Do a b and then i'll be ready to show finish channel look. It is a four year later i have redid one of my most viewed videos actually - and here she is the cut. It could be a little bit better, but she's not bad at all um. This is just super fun. Y'All love playing in colors now y'all saw me matter of fact. Y'All didn't see me cut this wig. I cut this wig with some hair scissors only and then i went ahead and dyed it. Y'All did some use. Two bottles of dye and all i did was install it with got to be glue, freeze black spray, that's literally it as far as the lace goes. Y'All guess i stained it. Yes, yes, i stained it was i trying to protect it. No, i didn't have time low key. I'Ve been had this wig for a long time, and i've been ready to get this video up, because i'm noticing that people are still searching up how to dye synthetic wigs and since that video did really good. I think i did way better with getting the right colorway as y'all can see. I was going for a very opaque color, which i think i got this time and i used two bottles of dye on this short bob wig. To get this now honestly, y'all y'all don't need two bottles of dye. That dye is fairly really cheap um, but you can really get away with one bottle. I'M sure and you'll still get an opaque color i'll just be an extra, because when i pour that water out y'all can see the water was still very very dark. So it didn't take two bottles of dye to get this color man. This was super fun. Wigs should do the same thing, but i just wanted to be on the safe side, so i went with the same company but anyways enough talking about them, i'm still really enjoying how this color came out. I think it's just super fun if you just want to play in color or if you want to see how you're going to look in a certain color but you're scared to dice my human hair. I think this is a great like alternative to that, but yeah, like i said i was not trying to protect the lace um y'all can see your girl is chocolate, so i didn't care i was just like okay. I just put makeup brown makeup over it whatever, but if you are a lighter complexion than me, i definitely definitely definitely recommend that you go ahead and put either vaseline on the lace. Some got to be glued something on the lace and refer back to my other video of me doing the same exact thing with orange, because there is a lot of helpful comments on that video, so yeah, that's really all i have to say.
