I Tried To Dye A Human Hair Wig

And though beautiful people, it's Bridget, welcome back to my channel and today's video is going to be something super exciting. So today we are trying a human hair wig for the first time on this channel and very excited about it. We do tons of synthetic wigs on this channel, but today's the first human hair wig I've tried human hair extensions before and we dyed them and put them in. But my hair is looks like it's really thin and like they looked cute, but you could definitely see my scalp and the extensions, so I never left him in for more than a day. So today we're gon na die wig instead, so without any further ado, let's jump into the video all right guys before we get started. This is a VP fashioned wig. They also are the ones. I tried the extensions from which I liked so I'm very excited - and I did send this to me, but I'm not getting paid to talk about this video is not sponsored. I just think it'd be fun to make a video on. So let's get started. Ok, so inside the box, which always has these beautiful holographic letters on it, which is kind of distracting honestly, there is the wig and it also comes with some like little oils and stuff, because a human hair wig does have to be cared for. You can't just leave it sitting around like a synthetic wig, because, like your normal human, natural hair, it gets oils from your scalp and all that and you need to take care of a human hair wig just the same, because your hair kind of needs that or Gets brittle and just not cute, so we have some little things in here. This is conditioner for wigs and weaves. These are all three conditioners so really good. I thought how we'll have the way I don't want fought it. So, let's take it out. I have not tried it on or seen it I kind of peaked, and I was like ok, it's diable eye, I don't know, I part of me is like just leave it blonde it'll be a cute blonde moment and the other part of me is like: let's Make it fun color, so let's go ahead and take it out. Ok, so it comes with some wig caps. It comes in a 2 set. So if you need a way cap, it already comes with it and then here's the wig all wrapped up. It'S really pretty blonde, like I don't know, we'll, try it on well cut the lace, we'll see how I like it, we'll, probably end up dying it, but it's a really pretty blonde. This is a 10 inch wig, so it's kind of shorter, but I personally I'm more used to and more comfortable with shorter hair. A really long wig may look like too fake on me. I think so I don't know that's. Why am I thinking is like I'm used to short hair it'll be more safe that way, so let's take her out okay, so already it feels so good and healthy. I wish my real hair felt like this. Even before I ever dyed my hair, even as a young child, I never had nice feeling hair and this feels very smooth and then already I'm optimistic about how this is gon na. Look because you can see in the front there's like little baby hairs and there's like some little pieces of bangs who's, going on way more realistic than just say a straight across hairline. So I'm gon na try this on now and we'll see how it looks with the lace on still okay. So I know this is gon na look a little bit weird, because I have black brows on right now, but weird, it's just a test, we'll see how it looks. Okay, now that we are in full thumb mode, let's drown the wig so inside the Wigga there are three clips, so you hold on to the inside. If we have one under the bottom, this is my favorite one to leave in. Sometimes I don't use this things on the sides and then we also have the adjustable straps. Also. They asked me to measure my head when they offer be awake, so it should be custom and it should fit really well, which, like I'm, always scared that I measure something wrong. If I'm like doing, clothing, charts online or measuring for a wig, I'm always like. I'M not good at things like that, so I hope it fits. I miss being one. I was blonde for like 20 years. All these little hairs in the front are like everywhere right now, so this is the wig umm. I like the length. I think it's super cute. I like the style like how healthy it feels it's just really really blond and whereas I was like it'd be a cute blonde moment. Maybe if we took away these brows, like that better okay, um other than the brows being really dark, the hair is super cute and it feels so healthy. I wish my real hair was this full and the top and so voluminous like it's so cute? I love it. Okay, stop touching the hair um! I am going to dye this. I think we should diet pink. I like pink. I think we should dye a pink or purple yeah. A lot of you guys miss my purple hair and you miss my pink hair. So let's do like a pinky purple a moment. I'M excited, let's go ahead and start dyeing it. So, admittedly, this is a terrible angle, but we are going to dye the wig on this foam head. I got from Hobby Lobby if I find one online I'll leave. It linked down below super, cheap and yeah. Let'S go ahead and die. I left the lace on so we can get all the little baby hairs good and then for the ends, because on this head I am going to just lay it down on paper towels and do it that way. I don't know what kind of color we're gon na do yet I want it pinky purple, so we're going to use a lime crime strawberry jam mixed with some arctic fox bottles. I have everywhere. I bought like six colors, I'm just gon na mix it together and then show you what I come up with. So this is the color of our mixture, it's hard to show on camera, but it is like it's a purple. It has like a lot of paint huge to it too. I'M going to start in the front just so I make sure I put all those little baby hairs back hey, so the camera died on me. So I couldn't link. Show you the rest of the dyeing process, but what I ended up doing was taking a whole bunch of different Pink's a whole bunch, different purples, mixing them together. So the hair would have more dimension rather than just one flat peak color. So there's different colors different formulas mixed in there now, but it is still a pinky purple, but I wanted more, I guess like difference because we'll just flat, maybe you look more Wiggy so now those different colors in it. Hopefully I look more realistic. I guess. Well, I'm waiting for the hair to dry and clean up this huge mess I made. Does anyone else have this issue every time they dye their hair? Okay, so I will have to touch this up next time. I wash it, but this is it all rinsed out it is such a beautiful, purpley, pink there's a couple of streaks in here that definitely are still kind of blond. We'Re gon na wait to see how it dries and yeah the color is so beautiful. I'M into it also side note I did do a conditioner on it in the wash and I did a leave-in conditioner on it just for a little bit more moisture to it. Hello guys, it's me and the thumb again so today, um the wig is dry. It colors kind of patchy, but also just kind of live for it cuz. This is like my sole color. Like you guys know, I had this exact color of hair for like a year at least, and I want to go back to it really bad now, just because this is so beautiful, but I am going to cut the lace off and then we'll try it on And then we'll style it cuz. This is just air dried right now, so I'm gon na style it once it's on my head that I'm going to go ahead and cut the lace. I always get so nervous when I'm gon na cut the lace of something like. I pull all the hair back and then I'm so scared because it's like once it's off its off okay, so the lace is cut off and the hairline has so many little baby hairs. It looks so nice. I think I did a good job, cutting off the lace and now, let's put it on my head and see how it looks before I style it. This is so cute should I part it on the side like this yeah. Let'S part on the side like this. Okay, so it's a little wild because it is just air dried, I'm in love, okay, my brows do not match. I put on blonde brows that I thinking this would work out. Okay, so I have this straightening brush now and I'm going to just kind of tame. This wild hair, even though I kind of feel awesome with it like free, like this, I'm gon na just tame it a little bit, and this is set to 285, so not very high on temperature, and there is a heat protecting spray in the hair as well. I am NOT going to straighten or mess with any of the roots. I want them to have like the fluffiness that comes with air drying, so I'm going to leave that alone, all right. So this we finished hair. I left most of it like the natural air, dried kind of texture. I only straightened a little bit that was super wavy. I, like the natural lake, waviness hair, gets when it's kind of air dried. I think it's cute also only straighten a couple little pieces in the front of the ends because I feel like if they looked really uniform, it look more fake. I I know I need to touch it up. A little couple pieces are patchy. I love it. I love it so much. This is completely my aesthetic completely what we might wish my real hair was. I know the makeup doesn't really match this aesthetic today, but you will see me wearing this wig in the future, with like the perfect face for it. This is what I wish my real hair was. My relly are so naturally thin. I have such a terrible hairline. This is the hair I always wanted like. I never wanted. Really long hair, like you had to be nice, but like this length, is perfect for my face shape. I think it's just so full there so much hair that I can play with. I can do whatever I want with it's, so nice I've never had thick or full hair. So this is just what I always wanted, like it's a little poofy right now, but I like it poofy cuz. I feel like that same kid. I always wanted to be with like extra poofy hair, but I could never actually achieve so yeah. This is the final wig. I am going to put a little bit of concealer in the hairline once I finally decide on where I want this two parts. I, like all the natural little short kind of bang hairs here in the front, so that I can kind of push a side and make it look like it's more realistic. I am in love like I'm in love with it. It'S so pretty. It feels really healthy. Still it's so soft something else I really love about. This wig is the fact that you're, never gon na know it's fake just by like moving the part or anything because everywhere you look, it's just seamless like I could pull up any piece of hair and you're. Never gon na see like a streak of lace it's put together so well, even though I totally just ruined how that looked. It'S put together so well that no matter what I can put it behind my ear, I can do whatever and you're never gon na. Like see, lace popping up, you're, never gon na part it differently, and no it's a wig like that looks realistic. You guys, like I, am totally into how realistic this looks like, maybe once I style it or get my makeup right, I think you'll, never you'll, never know unless you were like all up on my head, that this was fake anyways.
