Here is ellen villa's turn. This one is in champagne rooted. This one is in sandy blonde rooted we're going to compare of the colors today, but i also want to compare the styles. The ellen villa's turn in champagne rooted was my first one, and this was purchased over a year ago, the one on the right, which is the sandy blonde rooted that was just sent to me for review by wig studio one. You can see that it's, they barely resemble the same wig at all. My preferences for the original uh turn in champagne rooted. You can see. There'S more volume in the champagne rooted. The layers are obviously longer as well looking at it from the side, you can see. There'S just there's more hair, there's more volume on the champagne rooted, it's a little choppier and finer on the sandy blonde rooted one then, from the back. You can see where there's a slight stacking effect here on the champagne rooted nice body over here on the sandy blonde rooted. The crown actually covers up the nape, so you don't get the stacking effect there. You can can also tell the fineness of the fiber on the sandy blonde rooted, whereas it's a little thicker and a little more body over here on the champagne rooted a view from the left. So now we're going to take a look at the differences in color. On the left hand, side is the champagne rooted, it's a light, beige blonde. It has some honey mixed in there and then some platinum and all of that is on a medium brown root. It'S light and bright around the face, it's more neutral to cool in tone over here on this sandy blonde rooted the base. Color is a medium honey, so that's, basically what you're gon na see the most um. There is some very fine highlights of some ash. Some pale ash blonde and then underneath you'll find a little bit of a rusty, a light rusty brown, which kind of just give it some dimension there, and all of that is on a medium root. Overall, this appearance is more neutral in tone, and it just gives the appearance of like a dirty, a dirty blonde. You

Margaret Tassey: Thanks for the review; I love these comparisons. The second one would make me want to get out a pair of scissors and give it a trim, especially in the back.

sdraper2011: Very interesting differences in the same style of wig. Great color comparison - very helpful for those of us trying to shop through our computer screens. <3

Angelsangst: So very different. In 25 years of wig buying I’ve always bought 2 at a time. The strongest consistency was Margu Desiree.

DeDe Millikan: Oh I love this wig Taz! Might have to be my next one! Love curl pattern, looks great on you too

Suz: I love the Champagne Rooted one it has my name on it! .....It's great to show the comparison of the style pattern because the Sandy Blonde does not appeal to me at all but they both they look fabulous on you! Big hugs my friend xoxo

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: Love the color comparison but wow what a style variation! Excellent video Taz.

Jean Jacobs: Greet Taz! There really is a difference, isn't there?! I think I actually like the sandy blonde rooted better. You, of course, look great in both!! Love and blessings ❤️

Patty Carosi: I love this one Taz! I think she's my next order. Thank you always excellent review's Taz. I would be lost with out your excellent descriptions. Hope you have a nice weekend it's so beautiful out. I am just enjoying this weather. You look Beautiful Taz!

Karen's Kloset: Thank you so much for the side-by-side it really is frustrating when you purchase a wig and it doesn't have the same shape or style as what you anticipate I have a turn and it does not have as much of a stacking effect and that's what I wanted because I love Winter but Winter doesn't come in the Right colours for me. This wig is the closest that I found to the Winter stack with the beachy waves so I more than likely either going to have to trim it up myself or purchase another one In hopes that I get the stacked style. They should really monitor their wigs Better to ensure they actually are resembling what there promoting just my opinion❣⚘

TIme Enough: I wish there could be more consistency. I’ve had this happen with other styles. I almost gave up on EW years ago because the caps were too small but now they fit fine. I thought it was interesting how outside the two colors looked so much more alike. I am not a big sandy blonde lover in EW...just kind of blah on me. Lol Thanks Taz! ♥️

❤elanie(melanie: OMG TAZ, HI it's me ur ❤elanie girl. You NAILED IT ! I have Turn in the origional Champaign Rooted, shes exactly like yours, and also probably my favorite wig of all the past year, but I reordered another and shes like the sandy blonde...I sold her x just couldn't get behind the drastic difference its like I had purchased another Sweet Talk by Gabor that I also sold. Well live and learn, I thought it was just me and the piece I received, thanks for the Clarity. Stay safe, healthy, happy and sweet as u are Love @ u ❤elanie

Cynthia Marvin: That is such a disappointment! I ordered the first one when you reviewed it and absolutely love it! Was looking to purchase it again in a brown tone. I won’t after seeing this review. The consistency is not there! If ever I’d prefer to order from continental wig company. Maybe from overseas it would be consistent ‍♀️to expensive to gamble. Thank you Taz!

Connie Feltman: Love the first one the best, too!

Maranda Rock: So....I get that there’s slight variations in color, styles, and patterns on a lot of wigs depending on which “batch” you get, but that amount of difference is a down right crying shame!! Did EW change the style, or that’s just a DRAMATIC variation? I mean it shouldn’t even be advertised as “Turn”. Its a cute style, but when I make a purchase of a brand, style, and color that I am familiar with, I expect to get something that at least resembles the original that I purchased. So, bc EW “changed” the style w/o telling or showing customers, I’m wondering if the company that sells the 2nd piece probably has to deal with a lot of returns bc customers were expecting the first?? That’s unfortunate. I wonder if EW knows that it’s changed so much, or if the manufacturers are just passing it on that way. As you can probably tell, I’m a huge fan of the first one. The wig salons and online companies shouldn’t have to deal with eating the costs when it’s clearly not the same as a”slight variation”. Btw, it still looks beautiful on u Taz, and I’m so thankful that you always give an honest review and response for ur viewers. I’m sure it prevents a lot of returns for the company as well. Please keep on keeping on!✌❤️

geanne payne: Champagne Rooted For The Win!

Amy Rutherford-Close: Good morning Taz." she" is your style. I like both shades on you-Have a great weekend

L C: Thanks for the comparison- can you explain the difference between Champagne Rooted and Pearl Blonde Rooted? I cant decide! Thank you!

LizinMalta: Hi Taz, great video as always, could you tell me which of the two colours is the cooler, less yellowy toned? Thank you :-)

AJ Row: Oh me yes, Taz, Big difference! I’m sure you were disappointed! The Champagne is beautiful!

Sharon L: I’m wondering how other of these colors compare to Henry Margu 88GR? Darker or similar? Thank you, Taz!

Wyzer Now: Looks like two entirely different styles.

Suzanne Dawson: Shucks! The difference is obvious! I too, prefer the older Turn. It had been on my list of “most wanted” but if they don’t go back, I’m taking it off my list How disappointing. I like that messier look better

Libbys Boutique: Is turn still available in champagne?

lnzinorbit lnzinorbit: Noriko has a wig called ALVA..if you can find one could you do a review in Noriko's lightest blond..Hard to find find this wig. Thanks for the review in this video Taz..

Marilyn Foster: Is it possible that your original came from across the pond and the new one made in US

Front Porch Wig Chat: If that was Belle Tress, those two would be differently-named styles, if you get what I'm saying. Ellen Wille has a lot of inconsistency in colors, I know from talking to so many women in groups and my original channel over the years, but this style has really changed a LOT! Thank you for the comparison. If it was longer, I might try one myself eventually, but knowing that my face is wider and longer than yours, it would really be too short on me. You do short and curly pieces so beautifully, Taz. ~Cynthia
