Best Water Color Method | How To Dye Wig Silver/Platinum ⛈❄️ | Posh Babe Hair

That'S hey: what's up you guys it's mina and welcome back to my channel in today's video, i will be using posh, babe hair. I did order this hair with my own money and i just want to show you guys the watercolor method and how i dye my hair gray. Now the watercolor method is so simple and easy. I love dyeing my hair like this, especially if i'm just dying my hair one color now to tone your blind 613 hair. You want to use shimmer lights, purple shampoo, you're, going to want to use that shampoo to tone the hair. It cancels out all the yellow tones and it's going to give your hair like this kind of ashy color. That'S just going to make it like platinum blonde. You want to make sure you put a generous amount of the shampoo inside the boiling hot water. You don't want to apply the shampoo directly to the hair because it will stain the hair and you will have this big purple strip of dye, some sort in your hair. You don't want that, especially if you're trying to dye a light color, because it's going to defeat the purpose of even trying to cancel out the yellow tones. What you see me doing now is i'm just dipping the hair in and out the water making sure the hair is getting all of the purple dye. Now, as you can see, the hair is soaking all of that color up - and this is the hair after it is blow dried and aired out. You see how the yellow tones are 3d more, it's platinum blonde. I really love doing this method to tone my hair, because it's so simple and easy for beginners such as yourself, if you're watching this video so simple and easy live. Yes, we love easy right here, i'm just getting more boiling hot water to get ready to dye. My hair, i am dyeing this hair in a door, die platinum, color. You want to make sure you have two bottles, because one bottle is not going to be enough. You'Re not going to get all of the blonde pieces. When you go to do round two you're going to be upset because you're just going to have a bunch of blonde strips in your gray hair. And then you don't want that. You want to make sure you're swishing, that around nice and easy mixing it up making sure all of the clumps are not in the water. You want to make sure you're cherishing every last drop of dye in that bottle because it comes in clutch. Like i said, you want to make sure everything is mixed in well and once everything is mixed in well, i'm just getting a tester piece and i'm testing the dye to see if it's my desired color and what's my desired color, i'm just going to dip all Of the hair in the water, you see that nice gray, yes and it's taken instantly. You see it's taking instantly. You just want to put your hair in the water dip it in and out. I did that a few times. Let it soak you want to spread the hair apart to make sure that you're getting everything, i'm going to be showing you how i do everything in the video so i'll be back in a few. Oh, you know. The method is working when you take the hair out, and your water is almost clear. Like you see that my border is almost clear. That means my hair is sucking up the die easily, no issues at all, and that's just what you want. I'M going in with round two doing the same thing, i'm doing the first time with the second bottle, because i went in and i saw that i had a lot of bronze strips in the middle. So you just want to open the hair up, make sure you get all of those spots, baby girl, because you don't want any pieces at all brush through it. Do whatever you're going to do, because this method is so simple and easy. If you follow my instructions so keep on watching, i just want to share another tip with you guys, depending on how much water you have in your bin or whatever you're dying, your hair in depends on how dark or light the hair will be with me. I know i wanted the hair to be kind of like dark gray, and i know i have some purple blue tones. So that's why the hair is like this now. If you want the hair to be a little bit more lighter, you do want to add more water, because it will give it that definition, but this is the hair after it is dyed. I'M showing you guys that this is the color that it is it's so nice and smooth. I had barely any shedding with this hair. When i was dying it there are zero blonde pieces in my hair, i'm so happy satisfied with how this came out now. I'M just blow drying my hair. If you have the time and you would like to air dry it overnight, you can definitely do that. But with me, i prefer really like to blow dry my hair, especially if i want the hair to be bone straight blow drying and brushing it is the way to go now. This took me probably around 20 minutes to do this to make sure that all of the hair was dry from the the top to the bottom. I'M sorry, overall, you just want to make sure you're blow drying your hair thoroughly and evenly after that is done. You should get this as your result. As it's blow dried, it's lovely like there's a shine to it. It'S bouncy, it's not stiff. None of the conditioner or shampoo products were left in the hair. Now i did pluck this unit after the fact and off camera. If you want to see how i pluck my units, i have a lot of videos on that now, i'm just taking this heat protector spray, this gloss spray humidity spray. Whatever you want to call it, it has all purposes to make sure the hair is shiny and when i go outside the hair doesn't puff up and it can be bone straight because we love bone strength. Now i'm just going in with my flat iron and flat ironing the whole head to the head to the toe. We are going to be cripping this hair, but if you want to make sure your clips are nice and defined, you want to flat on the whole head and then go in with your trip and crimp it. I know it's very time consuming, but if you want your hair done right, you will do it. I did begin to use the chase comb method, but then i got lazy because you know that sometimes the cheeks comb method, whatever it's called, works for me and then other times it don't. I feel like it's doing the same thing, but i just brush through my hair comb through my hair and then i run my felt onto it nice and easy for five minutes. Once you are done flattering the whole unit. I just ran through um the head with my hot comb, my plug-in hot comb, to make sure everything is done and look at that hello wait. Look at that scalp! You can't tell me that that is not me that that is not flawless flowy, okay, but i really didn't like this hair straight and that's not really what i was going for. So you guys want to see me crimp and cramp. This hair, okay, going in with the crimp this was very very very time consuming doing this um for every piece. But if you want a good looking wig, you will have the patience and the time to do it, and it really wasn't that bad. Like i was listening to music like it. Wasn'T that bad at all, you just want to go through section every piece. I usually don't section my pieces that big, because if the pieces are too big, it's not going to crimp properly. So you want to make sure you just have like at least like three of the tracks and then crimp three of the checks leaves from bottom to top and then voila you'll have your final result like yes, look at those crimps patience is key: okay, okay, like Wow, i didn't put any other products in the hair to hold the crimps. I know other people put products in the hair hairspray to make the crimps last longer, but i just feel like that wastes their hair down. I only use two products in this video, as you guys seen now. I'M using this mousse just to lay down the flyaways because fly aways are not cute and you want your hair to be laid flawlessly. Okay and i'm just putting that all. On top of the hair, so when i do put the wig on everything is fine. Now this is the end of this video.
