Pink To Red Ombré Wig Ft. Yolissa Hair | Water Color Method

Hey loves ! For today’s video I’m going to show you how I colored and installed this wig ! I wasn’t able to show the styling because my phone was dying in between but if you want to see that just comment down below for another video in the future.

Hey you guys welcome back to another video, so today, I'm gon na be dyeing my hair, pink and red, and I'm going to be using yo Lisa here to do so right now, I'm just showing you guys all the things that came in the package when I Did order this, I did pay extra $ 10 to get all these items. I don't know exactly what it comes with when you don't pay, so I won't be able to go into information but yeah. So this is their 613 blonde wig. I got it in 180 percent density and 20 inches long and I really didn't get any shedding whatsoever. The hair was super soft. It is a 13 by 4 and you get a lot of parting space, which is something I had with my last wing. I didn't have parting space, so I'm really happy that they gave me that with this wig and I'm going to be using right now got to be spray to spray the lace that way it can dry and I won't 10th place whenever I try to dye the Hair and to tint the lace I'm going in with shampoo lights, shampoo lights, I'm going in with shimmer light shampoo and I actually ended end up putting too much because the hair started to turn a little gray. So if you guys are going to use shimmer lights, I would recommend that you don't put as much as I did alright guys. So here comes the fun part, and this is when I use doors, cotton, candy, pink, hair dye to dye, be top part of my hair, and I did end up using a bottle and a very, very small amount of the second bottle, because I ended up submerging The entire wig, when the goal is just to do the top. Don'T reason why I didn't worry about submerging the entire wig was because pink is much lighter than red anyway. So when I went and died the red it wouldn't have affected it, so yeah, I'm just right now, I'm just putting it all in mixing. It up make sure you're using warm water. To do this, I feel like it's not very clarified in other videos. Last time I dyed my hair blue, I used colder water and my ends really didn't dye very well. There were different parts of the wig that didn't die so yeah. I think warm water really really helps make a difference. So if you are going to try watercolor make sure that your water is warm also a tip free nice. If you do decide to do the watercolor method, I would suggest trying to comb through the hair as you're dyeing it just so that you don't miss any spots. I feel like that's another reason why I miss some areas of my hair last time so just make sure you're really combing through and that every strand is getting saturated by the dime, alright guys. So I let the hair stay for about five minutes and that die and then once I seen that every single strand was you know, colored. I went ahead and went in with the adorn wild cherry red and I was being lazy and I decided not to switch the water just because there was really no point. The water was still warm. The guy that was in before was much lighter and it was damn near gone, so I just went ahead and put the red dye in that water anyways and now I'm just gon na start submerging its to see how high I want it to go. Colors like this, you want to make sure if you really want to get all that color in you, let it sit for a while. So yeah, that's why you see me going through all these strands and then, after that I will just let the hair sit in that red dye for a few minutes. Okay, guys just a little tip for you just make sure you work was when you're doing this, because the dye will tint your hands. I didn't have any gloves and I really wanted to put on my hair. So that's why you know I was just being a little fool and didn't decide to do it, but please put gloves on alright guys. So now I'm going to awesome got to be gel and I'm just going to be slicking down my hair. Usually I would braid it, but I was just being lazy today and just decided to put my hair in a very small low bun, just to get my hair to lay down flat and I am going to be using the vaad cap method. So you guys will see me apply this wig cap and I cut out the ear tabs and I sprayed some got to be spray to get it to dry in place and right now, I'm just gon na go in with some more got to be gel. I actually do this stuff because a lot of the times when I do the BOD cap method, my ear tab area will kind of come up. So that's why I like to put some gel down on top of that just so, I can avoid that. You know. I'M just gon na take some shears and I'm going to cut the cap off. Usually I would use the like small eyebrow razors, but I actually don't have any on hand. So that's why I'm going in with some scissors. But honestly, if you guys use the little razor it's going to make your life much easier, make your wig lay it much nicer, so yeah, but right now this is all I have and it works just fine. And now I'm just placing the wig on my head and I'm gon na, take some mousse and I'm gon na slick back my hair, so that the hair is out of the lace. That way, I can lay it as nice as possible. Just make sure whenever you do your wigs that you have no hair sticking out, because if you have any hair sticking out, it's really going to mess up how this lace lays and so right now I'm just cutting two lines in my lace. Just so, I can have three different tabs to glue down at a time. I find that this makes it a lot easier for me that way. I don't like you know how to put the whole wig down at once, because I usually end up messing up that way. So if you're, someone like me who ends up, you know getting a whole sticky mess whenever you try to lay your wigs, I would advise that you cut your tabs like I did, because it just makes it so much easier to go ahead and put it on Your head - also, I just want to let you guys know the glue that I'm using is big-oh spawn XL glue. This is the only lace glue that I ever use. I'Ve never used any other one. So I can't really tell you if it's you know like my Holy Grail or anything like that, but it is the only one I use and it works fine for me. I usually like to cut my ear tubs after I've already glued the lace. So that's what I'm doing now! Some people like to do it before I choose to do it after just because I always seem to mess up when I do it before. So that's what I'm just doing right now, I'm just cutting my ear tabs out so that it fits my face properly and I'm going in with a little bit more got to be gel just so that those side parts can really really stick down, and then I Put an elastic band across and I let that sit for a few minutes now. You guys are gon na see me putting in some baby hairs. This part was kind of like hard for me. I didn't really show it in the video, but I did have to redo the baby hairs a couple times, but until I eventually got it right, but I did get it right so yeah, but to lay them down I'm using again the got CV gel, hey guys And his three days later, this is the final result. I forgot to film this when I hit first in it. So that's why you know I'm where I am and the Lighting's how it is but yeah. I hope you guys, like this video on how the hair turned out I'm in love with it. I'Ve been wanting to do this color for so so long. I finally did it so yeah if you guys liked this video.
