So today's custom color request is a ash black, slash, charcoal roots and i use three different colors along with conditioner, to dilute my color and i always check to make sure i get my desired look and i start off. I use small sections, always working sections guys and this process is super tedious. This is a full lace wig, so it takes about like two hours and because i want like a translucent translucent finish, i apply a little bit at a time. First, i don't use a lot of product at all and then whatever i initially put on the hair, i just take the brush and use that to kind of like smudge it in, but you guys you'll see that as the video progresses. So this color required me to do things a little differently, especially when i'm doing roots so for one i always well more than likely i'll use a permanent color, especially on a full lace wig when i'm doing roots just to ensure longevity and prevent the hair color From fading um, but because this is a custom color and it's translucent meaning i need to dilute it with conditioner, i had to get in the lab and you know cook it up and then secondly, um usually when i'm doing roots, i'm super gentle with this technique. I have to be a little rough because i'm only using a little bit of product and a little bit of product, i kind of like smudge it throughout my entire section to get that faded kind of look. So the video is pretty self-explanatory. Um, i use a little bit of product and i make sure the little bit of product goes a very long way to add dimension. You guys will see me or you should have seen me um i'll, take the brush in a vertical motion and i'll go like a little further down on certain pieces, just to add, like some dimension like right here and then right now, i'm just ensuring i got Every strand of hair, i'm a little more gentle in the front, but not really gentle, and then you know you always go back through cross check. Your work make sure every strand, especially when doing roots. It'S so easy to miss a piece, and then it looks like you have a bald spot, because one part is blonde. The other part is black, so always just go through double check your work, and it's like this color is popping i've never done like a ash. Black root, it's always been like a dark brown, a light brown, but never the ash black, it's kind of dope. I hope you guys learned a new trick or two and thank you guys so much for watching i'll, see y'all in the next one.
