Welcome back to my channel, this is your first time here then welcome. Today I have my sister. This is not me on the screen right now. It'S my little sister Mikaela, who just saw a whole youtube channel as well, and she want me to make a wig for her out of six thirteen bundles for back-to-school. I know that's so extra, but it was 30 inches, 30, 28 and 26, so the longest have ever worked with. I was really surprised at the West were really thick. I thought it would be fitting because it's long, but it wasn't - and this is the frontal here - the frontal was also 618 at the roots. We didn't want to get a 1b root because I don't know I feel like when you get roots that are pre darkened for you. You have to go and bleach the knots and then you know the roots may be. You know tied down too far down. We just wanted a little bit. We wanted to be customized. Basically, you wanted the roots to be thin like like not so dark at the center area, but we wanted it to go dark like lower to be darker lower towards the ears so to achieve the dark roots. I use clear all root touch-up in dark brown and it ended up looking black, so I would recommend you getting a medium brown or something like that, because it's going to end up looking black on this 6:13 hair. After mixing that up, I used very, I went into very very small small sections. I used a called a rat tail comb to help get certain parts, and I went really really slow and really careful not to get this on the knots, because I still want my knots to be. You know blonde. I don't have to go back and bleach. The knots because, really, if you try to bleach knots that are already 613 or naturally like originally you're, going to damage your frontal and you're going to have a lot of shedding, so I'm not that much a beginner when it comes to doing this. If you are, I would recommend you, you um flip this over on the inside of the lace and spray. Some got to be gel like the spray or any type of hairspray, actually just use any type of hairspray or if you want to use like a conditioner and water mixture, I would recommend you do that. If you're, not, you know, if you're more on the beginner side or if you just don't trust that you won't get it on the links. So I literally went very very small sections and, as you can tell as I'm working, the dye is getting darker on the previous area, so I really go. I really really am very careful when I'm doing this also another tip, if you're a beginner and you're afraid that you may end up accidentally dyeing some of the hair from the on the frontal would be to put some conditioner down the length of the frontal. I would actually recommend doing this, because I actually did a little bit of a mistake and I did end up getting some of the hair dye on the hairs of the frontal. So definitely go ahead and put a little bit of conditioner on them like down the length of it. You know just to it just to be safe than sorry. So after washing that out, I did notice that, as I washed it out, the hair color kind of changed a little bit. You will see that in the next few clips, but I went ahead and started making my wig. You know I I pinned the frontal down. I sewed it down onto the cap. I did have a hard time because I don't have a wig stand as of yet, but you know make do what you've got so a little more detail when I pin this down. What I'm doing is I'm matching the ear sections like the front, I'm putting it a little before where the mesh cap would start as well. As for the back, I guess quote-unquote hem of the frontal I match that up, so that the two corners touched, the very like front of the cap. So if you see here like I'm, going to pull it forward like not pull it for, I'm just gon na bring it so that it ends like basically where I'm sewing it'll end at the tip of the cap, so that when I do put my elastic band, I'M putting the elastic band on that additional laces on the front section at the front side section of the frontal. I hope that really makes sense, I'm trying to be as detailed as possible here. So I decided to use a brown thread for this because I don't know I felt like. If I use black thread it would show a little more. I don't know I have no idea. I just used brown thread. I just thought brown thread on blonde hair. It would be a lot less noticeable as opposed to black if we were to blow or anything of the sort, and then I also was planning on. I was also planning on doing the root touch-up on all of the bundles like going track by track, but I decided not to my sister decided not to you because we're just like yeah did so. I just begin. I just begin sewing it and yeah just sew. It going early across the quickest way to not the needle I found was to like, as I'm putting the needle through the cap and through the through, whatever I'm trying to you know so on. I make it so that the additional thread hangs down word to create like a loop so that when I just pull it through increase that not for me this is high. So my my wefts, my bundles on to my cap, so the first, the very very first track that I laid that I wanted to be doubled. So I measured it out. I measured out my track so that one end of it is perfectly making it a double track. I hope I'm making sense just watch along with what I'm doing here and then the rest was all single single wife that I didn't double left all of them, because I was working with only three bundles. When you have three bundles or a long length, I was afraid that it would end up being skimpy. So I wanted to that, and then I noticed, if you notice in these clips here, that the 6:13 color looks way different from the from the frontal. Now, because of my root touch-up, it ended up looking like it was gray a little bit, so I need to tone the rest of the hair. So that's what I went ahead and did in the next clip. So, as I am sewing the tracks, you guys notice that I create a little loop with the additional thread on the side, so that all I have to do is pull the needle through. I don't have to worry about manually looping it myself to create that knot. I am pulling it as he knows when my index finger. I am pulling the thread so that it's tight so that there is no slack between each knot that I make and I am knotting it I'm trying to do as close as possible without you know, being so time so timely. I'M trying to be time efficient as well excited eyes. I had a lot to do with this hair. I put a bunch of water into a. I use the saucepan. We don't use this one at my house, so I used that and then I put a bunch of shimmer lights, purple shampoo and I try to tone that the bundles as much as I can to match the frontal without it getting too gray. That'S not what we want so then I went ahead and yeah. Let it dry, you know styled it for her. This is how the inside looks. I'M going to show you guys here that none of the lot Scott died, as you can see, they're still bleached, which is great. This is holitzer my sister's head. She went to school. Looking like that girl, I don't think she learned much because 30 inches. I don't think anybody learned too much that day or that few, those two weeks that she had this hairstyle it anyway. I hope you guys enjoyed this video until next time. Stay. True stay you see on my neck,

ma lai: tip from a hair colorist: use tin foil and lather the hair in conditioner as if you were dying it. how to rinse: use a wig head and hold the foils up while rinsing the hair. it dont tilt the wig head. don't rinse all at once. rinse it in four sections. while rinsing DO NOT take the foil off and rinse with COLD water. after the water runs clear then take off the foils and wash the hair with a deep cleansing shampoo. if you have color on your blonde hair get color oops and shampoo how to use: mix 1 part color oops and 2 to 3 parts shampoo. depending on how dark it is is how much you'll need. don't get it on the roots of the hair. rinse with hot and then cold water. then deep condition.
