Hey guys welcome back so for this week we're going to test out the water bleach method, which is just like the watercolor method, but with bleach. So i'm using my bw powder, is it called beetles or beautiful? I don't know i'm using my bw photo. Whatever bleach photo will work, it doesn't matter and i'm also using a force of volume developer. I would recommend using the highest volume you have because you're going to dilute it with water, so i'm using two bottles of my 40 volume, because my wig is very thick. It'S four bundles and it's very long and a six by six closure and i want every strand coated. So i added my bleach and my developer and i'm just going to mix mix mix mix mix until it is this consistency and then i'm going to add my water, so i added boiling hot water um. This was a bad idea because i literally could not put my hands in there when i needed to so i would recommend using probably half boiling water what the hell using half boiling hot water and probably cold water or just hot water from the pipe. I added a little bit more bleach because i didn't like the consistency. I wanted it to be kind of thick, not like super watery, because water bleach mixture is just never worked out. For me. Sorry, i don't have any like measurements. I kind of just eyeballed everything, but this is my wig. As you can see, it is 1d to the fullest and it is going to lift so pretty so to do the water bleach method. It'S just like the watercolor method. You literally just dip it in and try your very very best to coat every single strand. So that's what i'm doing, even though my hands are burning and though this is sped up, you'll see that the hair literally starts lifting pretty much as soon as i put it in there. I was kind of shook like it was dark brown after like two minutes in there, so yeah. This definitely is a really good method of bleaching, your hair, so for curly hair. I realized that whenever i brush the hair while bleach is in it, it ruins the curl pattern. So i did not brush or comb this wig while it was in the bleach. I just used my hands to the best of my ability, and so the lift will not be super, even if you want an even lift if you're, using like a straight wig or body wave or whatever, then definitely use a brush or a comb to evenly like Disperse the bleach so you'll get an even lift, but for me i was more worried. I was more concerned about the curl pattern. I didn't want straggly curls, so i just use my hands. I didn't say simon says so. As i said, it literally started lifting as soon as i put it in there. So after i finished covering it with bleach, i let it sit for 15 minutes. So after 15 minutes um, the lift was pretty good, especially for the color i was going for, but i kind of wanted to see if it could lift more. So i added more bleach and developer in total, i used two bottles, the first time i added one and a half, and then this time i just finished that half bottle that i had and i have no clue how many scoops of powder i use. You can probably count it if you really need to, then i just put my wig back in and again just started coating the hair. The main sections that i tried to cover were like under the hair, because that was darker because it was covered and it was harder to get to the ends were very light, but i was trying to kind of get to even this. But, to be honest, i wasn't really worried about it and i really think it worked out for the best. Please ignore my dry elbows. I don't know why. I'M so sorry i didn't say simon says this time i covered it with foil and i let it sit for 15 minutes again, and this was the lift that i got yo tell me this isn't the best like method since this bread, or since we heard about The watercolor method, like the top of the wig and the ends, are low-key, like 613., i've, never in my life, bleach, curly, hair to 6, 13 and still like, maintain the curls. Now the bottom is darker but, as i said, it worked out completely like fabulous for this color that i'm doing and, of course, that color is ginger. So to do it i'm doing the watercolor method again and oh yeah, okay, so so to do it i'm doing the watercolor method with hot water again, because i don't learn and i'm using cajun spice. I think i used one and a half bottle of cajun spice, but for the first mix i used just one, so i'm just pouring out all of the cajun spice as i can and then adding water from the bucket and into the bottle and shaking it. Trying to schedule every drop of dye also this bottle and then the second color that i added was adore ginger. I also use one and a half bottle of adora ginger, but again for the first like round. I guess i used just one. I was just kind of testing the colors, so you may need more or less depending on what you're going for. But this is what i did for me and i saw this trick online just using like the shaded hair from your wig, your bleached wig, to kind of test the color, which is so amazing such a great idea. So this is the color that i should get and i think it was the color that i got to be honest. So this is me just adding the other half of the dice. As i said, i used one and a half of cajun spice and one and a half of ginger hot water, and i just dipped my wig in submerged it as best as i could. You already know the watercolor method and i didn't actually let this wig sit in the die because i didn't i don't know. I just didn't - want a really dark orange and i was really happy with how it looked after i dipped it in like i was like. Okay, this is perfect, so i didn't want to ruin it by letting it sit too long, so i literally just dipped it and dipped, i'm so funny. Afterwards, i had to bleach my knots because if you watercolor you'll, probably stay in the lace, probably stain your knots so literally just bleach your lace, while you're bleaching your knots and it would be fabulous just like this one. So this is how the wig looked. The whole the color turned out, the lace is perfect, the wig is fabulous, oh my god, and this is how it looks on so i don't have concealer on my forehead, because i i don't know, listen. This install is trash, but the wig is not okay. Let'S get into this color, let's get into the dimensions like the different variations of ginger like what's going on, it is giving all sorts of things just giving everything just giving beatings. I'M very glad that i still have all of my curls. I love this method. Let me know what you guys think about this video this week and everything go ahead and check out another video on my channel.
