We had a rule in our house that the kids cannot officially date until they are 16. Rylan has been 16 for nearly a year, but all of the dances have been canceled due to the pandemic. This weekend, Rylan was asked to Winter Formal by an incredible young man, in a very creative way! He comes from an amazing family, whose parents are awesome friends of ours.
Bailey, now 3 months post wedding, was itching for a change with her hair... so she surprised everyone by changing her hair color! I LOVE IT!!!! What do y'all think?
Paisley is right in the middle of cheer competition season, and I also took her to have her hair silk pressed for the first time. We took her to a salon that specialized in natural hair, and they taught me so much about this process. I love her hair any way she wants to wear it, and want her to learn how to care from it from the BEST people with the most knowledge.
Also today, Kamri gives y'all study and note taking tips on her iPad Pro! She is seriously the most organized person I know!

We did great on the hair, this morning. For our first ( mouse clicking ) ( bell ringing ) run again this season. We are on our A-game. Yeah. It was A-game today., Yeah it was., (, icon, popping ), We're walking in. You ready, Pais Yeah., You guys gon na win But no. Yeah. But no She told me earlier: she loves the competitions but hates the what Huh The waiting. The driving and the waiting are. The worst parts. Yeah., But the competition itself is the best.. So we dropped Paisley off at cheer. We're in downtown Fort Worth. So we thought we'd try some new restaurant., So we're in this place called 360 Smoke Shack. Pretty much a whole new world, but it smells amazing.. [, Waiter, ], Don't forget to rate us on Facebook and Google [ Mindy ]. Okay, here you go guys.. Also, while I'm down here I'm coming to pick up, the puppies. They've been staying with my parents for couple of days., So I'm anticipating they'll excited to see me.. I just talk about school, the whole time., (, icon, popping ). No today I had an organic chemistry test.. So while I was studying, I always get DMs and stuff about, like my notes and like my notes, apps and things like that.. So I thought today I would talk about my notes, which is not as interesting now that I say it out loud. But in case you're wondering I do use my iPad. Guys, I'm an iPad kid I will admit it.. I love my iPad. And I think it's a game changer for college students. And I personally convinced like five people to buy iPads and they agree with me.. So just so you know I'm not an Apple ambassador or anything, but I had do love my iPad. Other than that. The notes app that I use is called Good Notes.. It'S my favorite app. I've tried a few of the other ones.. I know a lot of people like things called like One Note or Notability. I personally, like Good Notes., I'm also like very organized with my notes., So I pick the app that has like the best capabilities for that.. So here's some of my notes., If you can see., I have to be very organized.. This is for organic chemistry.. So I also volunteer to be a note taker for students with the combinations.. I just volunteer'cause. We'Ve got volunteer hours., It's easy'cause! It'S not really that much work for me and it's helping people.. So I am always a very organized with my notes and that's why they always look like I put so much time into them.. Don'T know if I recommend that on the usual, but hopefully that helps answer the questions about my note, taking apps things like that.. That'S my answer, Good notes, iPad.! That'S all I've got for you., But I do have an organic chemistry, exam today.. So I'm going home to go study. I just got out of class and it's fun. Times. Great great day, today. Got ta love organic chemistry.. We are on our way to get Paisley's: hair, silk, pressed.. It looks crazy right, now.'Cause, it's about to be washed and conditioned, which is why we're in the in-between stages of a twist out right, Pais And getting it silk pressed for the first time which I've never done'cause. You guys know, oh, that sun is bad.. I don't love putting tons of heat on her hair.. No, she does not., So we are going to a salon where they're going to show me how to do it. Teach me all the things., But also we're testing her hair for some photo shoots that we're taking huh Yeah.. It will be fun., I'm trying not to get into the sun.. I'M really excited to see how her hair turns out.'Cause. I have not ever seen it like. As straight as it probably will be today. And how long it will last.'Cause, normally her hair and humidity, just curls right up., So we'll see what happens. She's seen it straight.. Well, it still had curls in it. Yeah.. It wasn't like this straight that its gon na be., The sun, is so bad.. I know. We are back from Paisley getting her silk press, Hey Hey. Turn around show them your hair.. How amazing do you look? I think it looks good.. You look amazing always. Yes., But do you love it? I love it. Yeah.. Is it so fun Yeah. And now I need to just go. Do the beehive I learned tonight to get your hair wrapped for the night.. So it looks like that tomorrow morning, right, Yeah., (, camera clicking, ) (, upbeat music, ), (, camera clicking ) ( camera clicking )
