Hey y'all welcome back to my channel, i'm back with another video, as you can tell by the title and this bang and thumbnail, i will be showing you how i went from this gorgeous red to this pop and purple um. So if you haven't checked out the first video it will be in the cards and list down below. So in today's video, i will be showing you exactly how i remove this red hair dye. This is a rinse dye, like i said, if you haven't watched my last video check that out first um and then i will be showing y'all how i went from this red to this gorgeous purple. This is my first time wearing purple hair ever so. I'M super excited about this. Look i'm really feeling the vibes um, so i hope you guys enjoyed this video make sure you are subscribed to my channel with the notifications on. So you don't miss any uploads for me and let's go ahead and get into this video. So this is what the hair looks like before i started the process, so i will be using clarifying shampoo, baking soda dish. Detergent also, i will be using this bucket and you'll need a brush just so you can mix everything in i kind of just eyeball measure. I really didn't like put a certain amount, i feel like each time. I put a different amount in this. Also. This is not my method. I'Ve watched like a couple videos on youtube on how to remove hair dye, so i'm following the videos that i saw um. So yeah this is going to be the first round of the hair dye. Removing, as you can see the moment, you put it in the water because it is rinse it's coming off like instantly um. But yes, i did, i believe three rounds of this. So i just kept on um putting it in the water. I didn't leave it in the water, the first round for not even five minutes, because it was so much coloring and i'm like it's obviously not gon na keep stripping this color out. It'S gon na continue to dye the hair because it's just sitting in water, but i did do this like three times so now. This is the second round, as you can see, it did take a lot of the dye off. One thing i didn't like about this method is that the hair was really really really foamy because of the baking soda and the dish soap um, but, like i said it got the die out, so it did the job um, so yeah, so i'm gon na be Doing the second round now um, i'm just trying to make sure the hair is not like too tangled or whatever, as y'all can see each round the water is getting a little bit lighter, but, as you can tell, this round is still still dark water. So i don't want to leave it in here too long, because i feel like it's just going to continue to dye the hair um, so i believe i'm doing one more round after this um honestly, i feel like i couldn't stop right here, because i was dying. It purple um and i feel like it just gave me a darker purple, but this is what it looks like before the final round. This is the hair looks like after the final round um, the hair did shed a little bit um. It wasn't too much, but now i'm going in with some conditioner. I just grabbed the first conditioner i had in my house. This is what i use on my hair. So that's what i'm using it is a leave-in conditioner, but i didn't leave it in. I just put like od on it on the hair. Just so i can kind of get some type of life back to it. I just didn't want it to, like, you know, be dried out or whatever, so i just use whatever conditioner i had in my house and then i set the wig inside of a shower cap and i left it. I don't even remember y'all. I filmed this part of the video, like probably like three or four weeks ago, honestly um, but this is what the final looks. Look like for the blonde hair. So now i'm going in with another rinse dye, and this time i'm going to be using the purple of course um. The color hair dyes i will be using will be list down below um, but i started by putting the darkest purple shade in there first and then i mixed that around i did add some of the other. I think it was periwinkle. I did add some of that in, but it wasn't as much as i did with the um darker purple. I can't remember the name of that. One um, but i did add it in and i started mixing around um just to make sure everything is blend evenly. Um, supposedly, if you leave chunks of dye, it's just going to stay in the hair, so i just wanted to make sure there was no chunks of dye in the water, so it wouldn't just catch onto the hair um, and i also another thing that i did Was i put the ends in first because i wanted the ends of my hair to be a little bit darker. I didn't want like that. Super super ombre effect, but i did want the ends of my hair to be a little bit darker than the top um, and then i went in and added a little bit more dye. While the ends were sitting there, just so it could be extra dark or purple um, because i just kind of felt like the hair was going to turn pink honestly. These aren't the purple shades that i was going for. Honestly. I was going for the lavender, but they didn't have it at the hair store i went to so i went with the color that they had um, but yeah. Also, you can't really tell in the video, but while i was dipping just a second ago, i was actually pulling the hair up um like pulling strands up at a time just so it's like not all the hair is going in. At the same time, to kind of also give it more of a, i don't know what type of vibe i was going for y'all, but i was just trying to make sure like everything just looked cute um, i don't know, i really didn't even use all this Dye, i feel, like i had a whole thing and a half of dye left um, so i really didn't use all the dye, but that is pretty much how i achieve this purple um. If you guys enjoyed this video, make sure you do give this video a thumbs up, also make sure you are subscribed with the notifications right now, so you don't miss uploads for me of course, and i hope you all enjoy like i said. I probably said that already, but i hope you all enjoy and i will see y'all in my next video. We
