Uh, hey y'all, welcome back to another video, it's tanjoriana and today's video will be a bleaching process. Video. This video is inspired by lara andreas video. She turned her black wig from black to like a 613 kind of blonde and that's what i'm gon na attempt to do using this wig from love me. They did not send me this hair. I actually purchased it because they got bomb hair too. So yeah you're gon na need a nine level lifting bleach like it's. This is from blonde brilliance and you're going to need that, like the bw2 powder and the blue bleach will not do it for you, you need a nine level lifting bleach, otherwise the hair might not lift, or if it does, you will have to keep on bleaching. It and possibly damage the hair. Next, i'm going to take the blonde brilliance oil and that's going to help um make sure that it's not patchy, like you, don't get a patchy bleach job, because that is not cute, and next, i'm going to take the ion 20 developer ion has really good developer. It'S a higher quality developer than like the clairol, so um in her video. She did like specify that you need to get like a better developer in order for it to come out nice because your developer does matter. So this is the 20 developer. I got it from sally's and she also used 10 developer 2.. Like i said, i was trying to recreate everything that she did, but i ended up like needing 40 developer instead of 20 developer, just because it didn't lift as high at first, but y'all will see that as the video progresses but yeah all right. So this is the wig straight out of the box. I put it on my wig head and it's body wave, i think it's 22 inches and yeah. Any information will be down below if you all are interested in this wig. Along with my discount code, which is to20, you can get 20 off at checkout, and now i'm just sectioning out the hair. I'M doing i think i do like five or six sections just to make it easy for me when i'm bleaching, because, like you, got to be moving quick, otherwise one side, my bleach, you know faster than the other side, and it's just supposed to be more helpful For you, but you know to each his own, whatever you want to do, you can do it. So this is the bleaching powder. I use three scoops in each bowl, so in total, that is, six scoops and i'm going to take that blonde brilliance, oil and add it to the base because, like i said it, helps it not be patchy. When you are applying the bleach, this bleach smells so good, like it smells way better than the bw2 powder and the l'oreal blue bleach, like it smells good. It'S like a like got like mango oil and like some kind of other oil, but it smells a bomb. It does not stink and i take the toilet developer and you want to make this like kind of creamy like a creamy consistency, because you want to be able to like um spread the you know bleach. You don't want it to be like too too thick because it might be hard to spread, and you want to make sure that you're putting an even amount onto the hair. So you want to give that a nice stir a whisk. Those little hair lists that you could get at like sally's or on amazon would be really helpful for this, because you get all the chunks out, and that is how it looks after i let it sit for five minutes. She let her sit for five minutes to get a little thicker and it definitely did help it's not like too too runny, but it is runny and now, let's get to the bleaching process, so i'm gon na apply it onto the hair and i'm gon na give It almost like a feather look like when i'm on top like near the roots. I do like a feather look, because the way that you place the bleach onto the hair is how the bleach will look like the bleach portion of the hair will look like. Let'S say that you want to do dark roots and you put it on like straight across instead of doing the feather look, that is how that'll look and it's not cute. So when you're at the roots do like a little feather. Look, i'm going to show you a clip again later on and you'll see what i'm talking about alright. So this is what i was talking about right here. So i start to do like a little feather effect at the top, because it just it's just cuter that way like it looks better and, like i said, the way that you apply the bleach is the way that the bleach will dye the hair. So do that little feather trick that i'm doing right now and you'll be good. It'Ll look cute. At this point. I noticed that the side that i was first working on started to you know process a little more quicker, so i just jumped started to the next side and i'm gon na finish the middle once i you know finish this side all right, so this is how It looks after i apply the bleach. As you can see, the right side is clearly way more bleached than the other side, but it also isn't a high blonde yet like in her video, her hair, like it reached like a really light blonde. The first process, i think it's just because, like it's different hair, like you know, whatever hair she uses different than the hair that love me uses, so i had to wash that out. Let it air dry and i'm gon na - do a second bleaching process, but i'm going to use a 40 developer this time and i'm just showing you as you can see. I only use 20 developer, so the hair is very much still soft. It still has this wave pattern like it did before and yeah it's still flowy, so nothing's damaged and, as you can see, it is way brighter like a way brighter blonde than what it was the first process i brought it up higher than it was before, which I'M very happy about because i wasn't sure if it would like lift quick and it definitely did so after i let that sit for 20 minutes. I washed that out and i'm going to do a purple, shampoo, sorry, a purple shampoo, hot bath water bath and i'm the wig to sit in the purple shampoo bath for about five hours to get that brassiness color out and also when you like. Let hair sit in purple shampoo. It also causes the hair to lighten, so the hair will lighten when you let it sit in purple shampoo or you wash it with purple shampoo. So after i let that air dry, i am going to do a root touch up. As you can see, the roots are dark and i want to get them as blonde as i get them to be, and i'm also bleaching the knots as well. I'M not just bringing it to the roots, i'm bringing it to the knots and i'm just gon na. Let that process, while the roots are processing too. I do this because this is low-key, like the third process, and it just doesn't make sense for me to go back in after doing the roots and bleaching the knots it's you know, killing two birds with one stone and i don't have to worry about. Like me, probably overly bleaching the hair because, like i said this is like the third process, so that's what i did and it worked out perfectly fine and just to keep in mind like a little disclaimer guys. If your hair is a virgin hair or at least 100 version, it might not lift as high as this it might just lift to the first process that i had did before y'all know the first clips that y'all seen um so yeah. Just keep that in mind. I'M sorry if y'all hear my dog in the background he's like being a baby right now and yeah. That is how it looks after it's done. I let that sit on for about 20 minutes and then i wash that out. I'M going to take this moisture shampoo from ion and that's going to help wash out the rest of that bleach. So next, i'm gon na take this silicone mix that has bamboo in it and i'm telling y'all. This is literally the holy grail. It will get any bleached, hair or just dry, wigs like it will literally bring it back to life, it'll be so soft, and that is what i'm using as my conditioner, i'm telling y'all get this stuff, whether you get the bamboo mix, which is the one that I have or just the regular silicone mix they work the same. It brings it back to life. You just put that on your wig, i put a ton of, as you can see like. I make sure that it is coated fully and i let it sit on for about five to ten minutes wash that out, and it is perfectly fine at this point when i put the silicone mix in is when i detangle the hair. I do not detangle the hair when it is with the shampoo, because that will you just never detangle hair with shampoo, as you can see, the hair is literally so soft and back to life. This is the shedding that i received after all of that and all right guys. So this is what it looks like after i have straightened the hair i plucked it and i pressed it out and she looks so good as you can see, she has body to her she's, not dry brittle, and none of that this is so freaking cute, like I can't believe that this wig used to be black. You don't believe that and, like i said this hair is from love me, so their hair can be bleached if y'all want to purchase some hair from them, and you know you want to bleach it. You see the hair used to be black and look at it. Now i have a discount code and i will leave that down below and i hope that y'all enjoyed this video and that it was helpful, don't forget to follow me on instagram at tiandra and also follow my hair page, because that is where i post all my Hair content, besides youtube at orianna styles, i will leave everything down below.
