Hey guys, this is shamari and welcome back to my channel today, i'm going to be showing you how to do these beautiful red highlights over red, but before we begin, you know what you got to do subscribe to my channel okay. So all you're gon na need to make this happen is some quick blue lightner, some 30 volume developer a bowl just some aluminum foil and the high color highlights red and the color magenta, and i only used about five boxes. So now i'm just going to mix up my lightener for my highlights. I'M just going to mix it and um keep adding developer until so now, i'm just sectioning out the section where i'm going to do my highlights. I'M only doing highlights at the top of the wig, it's not really necessary to do it throughout the whole thing, unless that's the look you're going for, but this wig we just do highlights at the top by the way. This is a wig made by me. If you're interested in, if you're interested in getting a wig made just go to dot premierewoodcloset.com and you can get a wig made with my hair or you can also sit in your own bundles, this hair right here is hair from my line. So now, since i have my hair sectioned off, i am just going to start highlighting. So what i'm doing is just taking every other piece and that's pretty much. How you get highlights um, take every other piece and then highlight the pieces that you want to highlight. So when you're doing highlights, you want to move as fast as possible, because you want all the highlights to be even - and you don't want to over, highlight a part and then like you, have to rinse it off and then come back and highlight the rest. You want to move fast, so that's what i'm trying to do. This is the method that i mean i just tried. I was like okay, let's see so make sure when you're doing these highlights that this bleach is submerged through all of that hair. If it's not you'll be able to see it once you rinse it out, it's going to be patchy, and it's not going to look like a highlight so make sure that it's all the way through. As you see, i keep going over the same hard because i have to make sure that this beach is in there, but at the same time it's going as fast as i can me me yeah. So i'm using two pieces of foil because i don't want to get my gloves too messy like i don't want to risk having too much bleach on my gloves and then it's getting on the highlights. So that's why i'm using two pieces to help flip it over and not make a mess, take it off and then get back to submerging that bleach, also at the top of those highlights, make sure you're feathering with your brush, so that the top of your highlight Is not just a blunt blonde if you hear what i'm saying it needs to look better like it's just blending in m my my channel, so, okay! So now we're at the top we're on our last pieces make sure they look as neat as possible. They'Re. So important we want them highlights to pop okay, foreign um, ah so foreign, so okay, so after i washed all the bleach out and it was not processing and i blow-dried the hair. This is how it looks you have your highlights in there boom. So now it's time to add that red color, so i already mixed my red dye. I followed the directions on the box, make sure you follow the directions on the box for mixing the color and all i'm doing is just rubbing in the red dye. Getting it in. There make sure it's on every single piece of hair. This is it so i left that color on throughout the whole night, and then this is how it looks after i rinsed out the color, so i blow-dried the color and this is it? Isn'T it so beautiful the hair skills? Look great. The hair is bouncy flowy. The highlights came out popping it looks bomb, we don't have no dye on the lace. Okay, so i flat ironed it, and this is the end products so bomb. Okay, yes, look how silky that hair is so. Thank you guys for watching. I hope this tutorial was nice and easy to understand.
