Dark Brown Semi-Permanent Color Using Clairol Beautiful Collection

I am giving my self a dark brown rinse to give my ashy, dull brown hair a more rich look.

Hey everyone today, I'm going to give myself a semi-permanent rinse and I'm gon na use Clairol beautiful collection. Now, although I don't have greys I'm using the advanced gray solution, because I just love the way it takes on my hair, it makes it super dark. I'M using dark brown in the color rich walnut, so I'm starting by applying the color to the perimeter of my head. Try not to get it too far down on your skin, although this color is pretty easy to remove some people use alcohol, but I don't like to use alcohol on my hair. So if you just get a little soap and water and a little pressure - and it come right off now - this method is a mandatory. I just like to separate my hair in like different sections and then apply the color, because seriously it could get really messy, especially with dark color. So you might you just want to take the easiest route possible, and this is mine now that I've done all of my roots, I'm just gon na pull it all up into a ponytail so that I can put the color directly on my ends. I just like to make sure that it's all saturated so once it's saturated it kind of sounds like shampoo, like it almost sounds like a lather, so just squeeze until you hear that sound now, I'm gon na apply some cotton because when the color gets hot and Once it's under the dryer, it kind of thins out and it tends to start dripping, so the cotton will prevent that you can get this from your local Beauty Supply literally for like a dollar or two. Now I'm gon na put a cap on and go under the dryer on high heat for about 40 minutes after 40 minutes under the dryer. I shampooed my hair one time and then put conditioner in for 20. I'M gon na press my hair out today, so I'm gon na take some satin shield heat protectant, so it can serve as a barrier between my hair in the heat, so just a disclaimer. I am really happy with how dark my hair came out, but, as you know, I used a dark brown rinse. So the fact that my hair came up this dark with brown. I just want you to know that black is ridiculously dark. I started to get it, but then I chickened out because of how dark dark brown already gets it. So I just wanted to let you know that before you jump off the roof and get black, I'm just gon na press it up using my baby, this digital nano iron and you can get this iron at deeper than hair calm. It'S simply one of my favorites. Just a little tip when I wear my hair straight with a part in the middle, I actually party it diagonally in the front, so the hair can fall forward and not to the side and don't be writing in the comment section talking about my hands ashy, because I'Ll be forgetting to put lotion on before I start recording again after I wash my hair, you know shampoo strip, all the oils, so my bad, I'm a hard worker. Now, I'm just gon na finish it off with my glass, brilliant shine. You know the drill, if you watch all my videos, you pretty much should know all the products I used by now and they're all available at deeper than hair calm. I just put on a purple cape, so you can see how good my ends are. Toshima she's one of our stylist at deeper than hair, and she hooked my ends right. One up so follow her right here at her strands of hair. As always, I just want to thank all of you for watching and always remember. Healthy hair is good hair. See you next time,

Tierra J: That shine, gloss, growth, body, trim, yaaas I'm here for it Keke! Come through! ✨

Who Knew: I cry. I cry because this woman shows the world how beautiful African American hair is. She promotes everything the younger generation should be proud of. I thank you for this great lady!

mpeter0954: 1. I love your personality. You seem so cool and laid back. 2. Your hair looks so healthy! Beautiful

Linda Lynn: Your hair color was amazing! I always use Adore Jet Black Rinse, however I think Ima give dark brown rinses a try in the future. Your flat ironed hair looked very healthy and soft! You go girl!

Heather Johnston: I am a new subscriber and I am just in love with your positive message and all the positive vibes you put out into the world. Healthy hair is good hair, you’re totally right. From one stylist to another, I salute you. Keep on producing fab content!

CJSpeaks: Healthy hair is good hair. I love that. I still catch some people deciding on what texture is "good" hair. Even had a mixed coworker of mine describe "good" hair as the type that doesn't "need" weave. I'm going to show them your video. Some people still just don't know.

Jeremy Thompson: YAAAAAAASSSSSSSS honey. Your hair gorgeous! I have 2 daughters that are natural and the struggle is real. Lol. But since I have found your videos you have been a godsend. We will be getting all your products to use. Thanks lady.

Kiana MB: This video inspired me to color my hair to deepen the shade and cover a couple grays. I got my bowl and my Rich Walnut. Thank you for all you do.

kens mb: No one is worried about your hands. Art is what you do with those tools of yours. People will comment something negative just for the sake of doing it. Your hair is definitely flourishing and looks so healthy.

Coop Can Cook: The diagonal parting is a great tip. Thanks for sharing. Beautiful results as usual!

nioka scott: How did I miss this video? Just viewing and I love the outcome. Simply beautiful and shiny. I love the Clairol Beautiful Collection of colors. The color never harms my hair. The only issue I have is that it doesn't last long, and sometimes bleeds on my nails days later when I'm doing my hair. Awesome video as always.

EmrldTeddy007: Love your videos! You "do" awesome hair!!! Probably no one would have even noticed your hands, if you hadn't said anything--lol! You are human and ALL of our hands get ashy. You are a real stylist who keeps it real. You don't have to look perfect when bringing us your beautiful hair videos! We are looking at the amazing hair you are styling! ( Girl! If you could see some of us at home watching the videos and what we are looking like... Whoa! LOL!)

Chiquikta Fountain: I absolutely love your videos. God has graced you with a wonderful gift and I appreciate that you show us what you can do on your own hair as well. Keep working hard ❤️

xy11xy: I use dark brown (neutral), too! I use it with 10 volume developer to cover grey. Your hair is incredibly healthy!

Leah: Healthy hair is good hair!

Lillian Gonzales: This was gorgeous! I’ve always used colors from adore and now Ion…is there a good way to remove them when I want to try something new? I usually pile the new color on top of the old, but wondering if I should do something else.

KAriesse Min: Thanks, I just took a chance and bought this for my natural hair that is now showing lots of grey. I love how your hair got so sleek too. After two years of wearing my hair natural, I'm too chicken to possibly damage it with heat. I wish you were my neighbor to help me with this mess. lol

Clairol Professional: The shine on your hair! We're dying! So beautiful!

Lavonya Antrice: I just watched some of this on IG and loved it. Im so amazed at the fact you have natural hair and no "heat damage or heat trained". I am able to get the same, but I feel if I did it more than one time a year, I probably would get "heat damage". What temp do you use on that flat iron?

La Perle des Antilles!: I just love you! Thanks for sharing your expertise with us! I learned a lot from watching your tutorials. Thanks for sharing your skills and wisdom! Wishing you continued success in all your endeavors! May God continue to bless you and your business!

Sharmelah Sandassie: Girlllllllll your hair looks sooooooo good ! So healthy!!

T.J. Johnson: I LOVE THE GREY COVER RINSE! Although I don't have any grey either I stumbled upon it borrowing some rinse from my mama. It gets my hair jet black like it. Because I have fine hair the black makes it look thicker.

JustAGrl007: I saw you use this on someone else and went out to get it! I’m about to rinse it out shortly but came online to see if I should let the conditioner sit or not.

Cassandra: Man oh man, was this right on time for me!! I too have a naturally ashy brown hair that I can't stand.  I was debating black versus a dark brown to  add some richness. And you have convinced me to try dark brown. Thanks!!

akadolledup _: Love your personality! Love your videos!!!! More, more, more ☺️
