Game Changer Wig? Watch This Before You Buy An I Part Wig! No Lace No Glue | Ilikehaircom

Hi guys welcome back to my channel today's video is a collaboration again with i like hair um or i like hair calm. I always mix up the names because it says i like hair.com here, but in the email they sent it was i like hair calm. So one of them is the right one, so the wig that i'm going to be reviewing from them is actually very similar to the first week i reviewed from them. So it's an ipod wig. Now what an ipod wig is. It'S very similar to a u-part wig. However, you do not need any leave out at all or you just need very minimum leave out, and i really like the idea of ipod wigs because you know sometimes you part ways can be quite stressful. So i feel like these are the new um uh headband. Wigs, if that makes sense, i don't know how long these are gon na last. For honestly, because you know headphone wigs had a phase, and now people are not really into them, so fingers crossed this lasts a long time. So i'll include a picture of the first wig i reviewed of them on the screen, so this is the packaging. I really like the packaging by the way and you pull out the units and you do get a card. I believe that basically just tells you about the website: nothing serious, regular basic stuff. Now this one is the colored um ipod wig, so the other one i reviewed was just plain black, but this has like um highlights in it, which i think is very nice. I i believe this is a color 30 if i'm not mistaking it's a little too dark to be a color 27. So i think this is a color um 13.. So the box came with this purse that had a bunch of goodies, i'm just going to show you guys really quickly. It has a rat tail comb. It has a shower cap, wig caps as well, and clips tweezers and also uh. What do you call it? What'S this called a eyebrow brush pencil thing, the last time i installed this unit, i actually washed her, and i told you guys it was super duper soft. This time around, i didn't wash it because i just want to um see how it'll take to mousse and regular water. Just in case you don't want to wash it you know, so i'm just going to show you guys the construction again in case you haven't watched the first video. So this is how the tracks come. My camera will focus right. So, as you can see it, it's kind of like the invision, invisible, crochet method. You don't see the tracks at all. You just see the hair um wefted, if that makes sense like a loop to cover the tracks and it comes with clips to secure it down and combs on the sides which i don't think you'll be needing. Okay, so we're just going to apply this unit to our head. I do have um like cornrows or flat twist, rather going all the way to the back. Oh, my lord, i look like a five-year-old anyways ignore this okay. So, as you guys already know, the drill my hair is pretty thin and in the last video i had to use um my hair fibers just to thin out the parts. I probably would do that again today, um but yeah. I feel like these lashes look weird. I wasn't gon na wear lashes today, but i look so tired and these are the only ones i could find and i just feel like it's so dramatic and is doing the most. So i went ahead to add my hair fibers to my parting, just so that it can look a bit fuller and more realistic. However, if you have thicker hair, then you can totally skip um this step. So i already went ahead to open the clips as well, and i'm just going to apply this unit to my head. So i always prefer to start with one of the clips in front, because i had issues with where to place the clip at the back. In my previous video, so i had to keep like taking the wig off and putting it back on, but i realized that if you start from the first clip, then it gives you like a better idea of where to position the wig. So, that's just something that i think you should consider. Okay, as you can see guys, it looks very wiggy right now um, but we're gon na fix this. So the key to making this wig look natural is you will brush out the parting space? You can actually fluff out your hair if you want to, but i did i didn't fluff out my hair in the previous video and it worked well so yeah i'm just going to get my edge brush. You can use a comb as well, but i prefer using the brush because it makes life so much easier. This is the most important part. This is the part that's going to make the wig look natural and, from my experience you definitely need to take your time with this process. So so guys this is the finished result. I wanted to go for like a poofy, uh furrow kind of look. Nothing too defined. Hence why i went in with my comb and just fluffed everything out um. I really like her, i think, she's very similar to the black one. The only difference i would say is, i feel like with this one. I had to do a lot of work to blend out the parting space, like i had to do a lot of work off camera, the first one, the black one, that i reviewed was quite easy to blend out. I don't know what that's about, and another thing like i mentioned earlier, the combs on this one are not by uh, i'm not sewn by the tracks it's kind of like here. So if you lift this up, it might show, as you can see. So i don't really like that um. I hope the company can improve on that, so that it's it looks way more natural um, but yeah besides that, it's very similar to the other one, it's also in 20 inches. As you can see, it's very soft, like the other wig, that i reviewed um it didn't shed. It didn't even share to be honest, like let me try do a shed test. Okay, so three passes and literally one strand of hair came out so in terms of shedding it's really good, so yeah guys, that's basically it.
