Black To Burgundy Using The Bleach Bath Method | Install & Style

So, for starters, i used the clairol bw2 bleach with a 30 volume. The amount of product that is used would depend on the length of the hair, so i was working with a 30 inch wig and i just eyeball it. Let me just say: when you're working with bleach and chemicals you want to ensure that you're wearing gloves at this part of the video i wasn't wearing any. But after a while i went and got a pair so right here, i'm just showing eye the consistency not to ruining not too thick, so i'm doing the bleach bath method and i'm adding some hot water to stretch the bleach. With this method, it helps to speed up the process instead of going in section base section and applying the bleach on the wig. You can just do a bleach bath and it would speed up the process after adding the bleach to the water. I just mix it and then i'm putting the wig once the wig is fully submerged into the bed. You'Ll want to brush through the wig so that the bleach is evenly distributed. You could use a plastic bag or some foil to cover the top, which would keep the heat inside and help with the process. This is how the wig looks after 30 to 40 minutes. Now i'm gon na wash it out, and then i'm gon na shampoo, with some neutralizing shampoo, which is gon na help, stop the bleaching process. Moving on to the next step, i'm going to be using the adore hair color brand. The colors that i use were burgundy, bliss, rich, amber and magenta. I also use another brand, which was by wow a brand that was created in jamaica. I used panic purple, so this was actually her birthday and i had to stop. She had a little bit before. I started the install, so i told her that i wasn't able to daddy here for her that he was still black and she was like she, no, i know blacky or whatever, so i'm going to show you her reaction when i was telling her and then her Reaction after i bring out the wig and she realized that i do it lol, i play too much but anyways, let's get back into the tutorial, so i'm just making sure that the wig fits, and you know everything is lined up properly. As per usual, i did about four to five layers of glue, ensuring that each layer was dried clear before i apply the next coat, and for those of you who are wondering what make me finger them so red. It'S because i did dory when i was washing out the wig. The panic purple was bleeding a lot. The thing is, the adora colors gave me more of a maroon shade. I guess because of the rich amber, the color was more dominant, so i used the panic purple over it to give me more of a burgundy shade. So when i was washing out the wig, no, i tried not to wash it too much coming in on the color fade. Do at this point. We started vibing to diyani and jada kingdom sung feelings and of course i had to take off the aryaka. Meanwhile, no copyright issues now back to business and i have my assistant helping me because we had a eight o'clock curfew and it been done past the time.
