The Best 99J Burgundy Wig!! Review And Install Ft. Eullair Hair

What'S up guys welcome back to my channel shortcut couture and in today's video i'm going to be showing you guys how i installed this red hair? Okay, this burgundy hair, i'm going to be giving all the hair details um the company, the install the whole nine! What'S up guys, so this hair is from eel hair. This is the bag that it comes in. It'S this nice little protective bag. It just says: eel hair, your human virgin hair, and, when you take it out, your hair is in this plastic bag, and it has, you know the details of what is inside on top of the bag. This is what the hair looked like when i took it out. As you can see it's very nice and bouncy, it's shiny, i'm not gon na lie. I was a little intimidated by the red at first because um, i don't know, i'm just not like a color hair kind of girl, but um everyone really liked it on me. Um. You know it's something that i'll go back to. Definitely it's just not my everyday hairstyle, but um yeah. This is the hairline. It is already pre-plucked um. I did go in and pluck it just a little bit more just because i am a little specific of how i like to wear my hair. So i did go, pluck it a little bit more um, as you can see, it has the elastic band on the inside that you can tighten. It also has combs. This is a 13x4 frontal um, so yeah as you can see it has the elastic band. It has the combs it has like the adjustable straps as well for all the extra security and yeah. This hair was really really nice. As you can see, look at this color like look at the color. It looked so much more red like when i actually co-washed it. Some of the color did um come out. I don't know if that made it darker, but um some of the color did uh. You know like rinse out with it, but you know it was still really a nice color. So now i'm just getting started, i'm using my got to be glue to just go ahead and slick back my edges, so that you know nothing is coming forward under my wig cap. I feel like this is really an important step, especially for us girls who have low hair lines, because i like to get my cap as close to my actual hairline, as i possibly can like. I don't have the extra room so yeah. Now i'm just cutting out my ear pieces and taking my ears out and then i'm going to continue to got to be spraying my hair down. I always do two coats of got to be spray. Just because, like i don't know, i feel like with one coat it lifts up, sometimes so yeah and then i didn't feel like plugging my blow dryer in yet so i was just air drying this so after that first coat is dry. I'M going to go ahead and do my second layer of got to be, and then let that dry now, once this dries um, i like to use this little eyebrow. What is this eyebrow razor um just to like it helps me get as close as i possibly can to my hairline um. So i like to use that rather than using scissors. I don't know it's just more precise for me, so i always do that so that i can get as close as possible. Don'T mind me talking. My best friend was over my house, so we were having a little girl talk so anyway um but yeah. So, as you can see, i'm using that little razor comb to get as close as i possibly can to my hairline, make sure you guys are subscribed to my channel and make sure you guys are following me on instagram at k, couture, so that you guys can See these different hair tutorials and just my little different hairstyles that i do um make sure you guys are following me on instagram at k.d.couture and make sure to subscribe to my channel, like i said and like this video, while you're here so now, um for my Unit i didn't bleach these knots, i'm just taking my foundation brush and putting all that excess in the wig and then i'm doing the same thing for my wig cap just to um blend that but yeah. You don't need to bleach your knots on right here because it just there's no point so so now, i'm just applying my lace glue, i'm using the ghost bond lace glue, so um, i'm just going to do like a couple, dots and smooth out that first layer. I do two layers of this as well. I will say i do get a little heavy-handed on the glue, sometimes um. I try to keep it thin, but i don't know i just be thinking that it's not gon na hold like i wanted to so i do get a little heavy-handed on the glue. Sometimes so don't mind me if you know you guys are like. Oh my god. That'S not my glam, like yeah. I do that sometimes so now, i'm just um, basically just trying to line up the glue and the hairline of the wig. I cut my wig into three sections each time and then i use my comb just to smooth it out and press it down. I do the three sections because i just feel like it's easier to glue down your wig when you do it by sections, and i have my blow dryer on like the absolute highest heat that it can go on um guys. This hair is really really it's so cute, like i was honestly so so afraid of doing the red. Just because i don't know when i do color i usually do like blonde. I never really do red, but um. It actually came out really really cute. So yeah shout out to ela hair so right here the glue actually dried too fast. I was moving a little slow and um the glue dried too fast, so i had to just um re-glue that one part. So basically you would just put the glue down again. Um, let it dry and then you know the same exact process that we already did so, while that's um getting tacky, i'm gon na go ahead and cut the lace on um the first section. So i cut my lace with a razor comb just because, like i just don't want that straight line, the razor comb will give you more of like a zigzag effect. Yes, so now that side is getting tacky, so i'm just gluing down that side now and blow drying it. As you can see it's same exact process. So now i'm just making my baby hairs just playing with the wig, seeing where i want what to lay um. I'M not really like a big baby hair fanatic, but i don't know if you guys aren't that confident and like laying like a colored lace. Baby hair will definitely save you every single time, because you can cover the lace you can, you know, lay it down whatever you need to do so now, i'm pretty much just hot combing, um styling, just seeing like what lays where what i need to do like How i want to style it i like to style my wig once my wig is on, especially if i don't have like a set hairstyle in mind already um i'll, always style, my wig, while it's on i'll, pluck it a little bit more while it's on. You know just like all that kind of stuff um, that's what i'm doing right here and then i'm going to wrap up my edges and actually style my hair, oh by the way um guys, i don't use the mousse to style my hair. I always use the clear got to be gel. I don't know i just feel like with the got to be gel. It just adds like a little bit more security for me, and i don't know like my edges, literally my baby hairs. Rather they don't move like they don't move at all. So i really like that, so i always use the got to be gel on my little brush. So now before i set my edges, i'm just going to put my hair into a ponytail and then i'm going to um, add my wrap and then i'm going to get started on my hair. These little wraps are just like you know little regular wraps from the hair store. Thank you so because my hair was actually a little bit wet when i um put it on i'm actually going to have my friend come in: hey girl, hey teddy girl, hey girl, hey girl, um, i'm gon na have her come in and just touch up some Spots in the back for me that maybe i couldn't see from the mirror um just to make sure everything's, nice and smooth and silky, if you guys, um, straighten your wig and like put it on while it's dry, you guys won't have this problem, but me trying To rush um yeah, i put it on while it was still a little bit wet all right guys. So this is the final look overall. I really like this um this unit, it's a little on the thinner side for me, but that's okay, because you know some people like that, i'm more of like a five six bundle kind of girl, so yeah, that's just that! But um the hair is really nice. It'S really soft, it's not like overly processed, which i can always appreciate some hair, that's not overly processed. I would give it a just because of my personal preferences, which is thick and long so um. You know this is a little bit shorter than i would usually get my hair um. It'S a little bit thinner than i usually get my hair, but this is very um, but this is an accurate 150 density, um wig, so yeah um.
