Hey guys welcome back today, i'm going to be showing you how i achieve this beautiful burgundy color super easy and an updated plucking tutorial that i've been requested, and if you want to see how i got these pretty cool baby hairs. Just keep on watching for this. Full look and make sure you like comment and subscribe so update for youtube. I sell my own bundles. This is my deep curly bundles on my website. Foreveressence.Com. This video is sponsored today by lunar tides. They gave me six hair dyes, so i'm really excited to do this. Collaboration video in their packaging was so beautiful. They gave me a brush and it came with six colors. I'M going to show you really quick, true lust, which is this beautiful, red, color, petal, pink, which was a cute pastel, pink color, and we have the two crayon babies that we're actually using for this video last two we have solar flare, which is this pretty orange Color and moonstone that i'm excited about so jumping right in i did do a bleach bath to these bundles. It'S really quick, really simple. I can do a separate video for that, but my first impressions when i open this bottle, the color is very thick and it smells amazing. I'Ve never had dye that smelled so freaking good. So now, i'm just going to section out to make this really quick. Really simple and we're just going to hand paint this color on now when dyeing wigs watercolor is great. It'S quick and it's easy, but when you hand paint a color onto your hair, it just really sticks. It lasts a long time. The color has a better chance of not fading away hand paint it with just the pure color versus being diluted with water. It really makes a big difference and it's super satisfying. So all i'm doing now is going section by section piece by piece and i'm massaging this color in i'm making sure that every strand is colored. You do not want any blotches or anything, it's really simple. So all i'm doing is making sure i'm getting every piece back and forth. I'M opening up the bundles and everything to make sure i don't have any brown peeking through burgundy is my favorite color to dye, because it's super easy. You can start with a brown base and that color will pick up versus ginger. You need a clean blonde base, but for burgundies you can have that one level of brown and it is going to lift it's going to show vibrant and bright and pretty, depending on how dark your brown is, and i achieved this brown base with one round of A bleach bath, it was super easy, i probably let it sit for like 30 minutes and it lifted this beautiful. I did get questions on tick, tock about how or some people bleach bath, not working. If you guys want a separate video for that. Just let me know below in the comments - and i will definitely get that for you. So of course we're doing the same thing on all the sections. I'M just speeding through this. It'S the same thing: we're going to come back to the closure so that i can show you how i dyed the closure without touching that lace. I actually didn't protect my lace this time, but it's still pretty easy if you just take your time so coming back to the closure. Normally i take my rat tail comb with a little bit of dye at the tip and i just go in very gently with my red tail comb, but i forgot they sent me that cute little brush, so i'm going to bounce back and forth from both just Take your time go section by section, i start at the root so that at the end i can just use my big brush and dye down the whole closure, so we're just going to make sure that we touch all of the roots and leave a little space. So that it gives the bleach knots effect, because you did already bleach your knots and color it brown right - yes again, just lightly tap it in and we're combing it through and we're starting at the root. Just take your time, it is tedious, but it's definitely worth it at the end, when you have that clear, scalp effect, okay, so i'm gon na. Let you guys watch me work on this closure and then we're gon na come back and give you my updated plucking tutorial with some tips, so just keep watching when you're finished just make sure you comb everything in i'm, going to go back and make sure that I touch all of the hair again because again we are not using watercolor, so you really need to make sure you have each strand colored with this die, so i'm just going to make sure i work it in the entire wig all over again really fast. So your dyeing hair don't be alarmed at the color. It is when it's wet. That is not ever the true color. Look how beautiful this color came to life so now for the part that i'm sure happy you are here for my plucking tutorial. I now use a white towel after seeing eric and tay's method of plucking. I usually put it on my knee, but i want to put it on the mannequin, so you can see. I do feel like this method is definitely game. Changer. You definitely see the knots and exactly where you need to plug a lot better and before we even start plugging, go ahead and take out a thin layer just in case, if you was to ever over, pluck a little bit. You have that little space of hair that can be flipped back and it can help you with any little balding that you have. I personally don't go row for a row with plucking. I just can see it very clear with this towel and i just make sure to move my tweezers, not always at the front, but in the back of the closure as well. I just kind of know to alternate the patterns and take your time space out, and you will literally see where it's bulky at and where you need to keep plugging it, and i've said this before in my old videos. I do not believe in super balling out a closure for a quote: unquote: natural effect. No one's hairline is super thin to where you're, seeing a bunch of scalp and if it is, they need some wild hair growth. Okay, i just love a natural hairline and even when i seen tay do his method, he also does not do a super super super thin, damn near bald hairline. Now i did notice with this hair dye. It started to come off on my hands a little bit and with a door intense red, it doesn't always do that, but that's the only con i have for this die. It took very well so i'm just going to show you how i do my normal baby hairs right now. You just take a thin layer out and i cut it with the scissors. Sometimes the razor you just do a natural cut on each side of the closure. It is this hair. That'S on the thicker part of the lace on the side. You would have to see a closure to know what i mean, but i make sure to cut that hair off, because i don't want my clients to think they need to keep that hair over there. You need to cut that piece off girl that thick piece of the closure ending. I don't know what it's called go ahead and chop that off, because you do not need it and you don't want your clients to try to hold on to it. So now we're going to play with these baby hairs. I do use any mousse honestly, this video, i'm using a lot of body. I do use ors in the green bottle as well. So far i haven't had a bad experience with moose, so i couldn't give you an opinion on. What'S best i've heard people complain about someone's being too runny or stuff like that. Personally, the most gets the job done for me. So i just play around cut back and forth and just really tweak the baby hairs i got to besides myself when i started doing the crazy baby hairs that you're about to see. I just was trying something new i like to do new things and try to test myself push myself to the limit. I'Ve never even done this, so i just was like. Let me try that little thing they be doing on instagram and it came out really nice. I noticed when doing this, you want to make sure you have some really short pieces in the front of your baby hair so that it will swoop you don't need those to be long and you need to hold it in place to keep that little curve. If that makes sense, if you can see what i'm doing you just want to hold it and play with it and the moose is your best friend when doing it, i have seen someone use the gorilla snot yeah, the gorilla snot that helps. I just think it's a little harder to move once it dries, so i like to do mousse first and then hold it with the gorilla snot and if you notice, my lace was real, clear girl. This is hd lace, but once i started playing with these baby hairs, the dye did start rubbing off on my lace, but whenever it was actually on skin, as you can see, it went right back to normal. The moose had me a little scared. As you can see, i added some little braids for a little pizzazz. You can see that on my instagram page, wigs by s, but i love how it came out girl. You see what happened when you try new things. Look at this beautiful color, like i hope you all love this video. Thank you so much lunatize for sending me these colors. I cannot wait to use the rest, but again this is hair by me, wig by me, hd lace by me, color by me all that come check your girl out at foreveresses.com wigsbys on instagram and make sure you like and comment on this video bye, guys.
