Hey what's up guys Abbi and rio, and welcome back to my channel today's video is a really exciting wig review and the reason it's so exciting is because it is overview of my first ever fully human hair wig, and this is charlotte by amor. This wig is so beautiful and let me tell you right off the bat that i did not know the wonders of a human hair wig until actually owning one myself before this I had only ever purchased and worn synthetic wigs which don't get me wrong. I love so much and I can make a whole video about a pros and cons of synthetic versus human hair, there's pros and cons to both, but I had never actually owned a human hair wig before so. I didn't really know the benefits of a human hair. Wig until owning this one - and this one is absolutely stunning, any texture of the hair feels so nice mind you, let me say right off the bat as well, that I've had alopecia. Since I was two so I have never had a full hair of head for. As long as I can remember cuz when I actually had her, I was too young to remember so like there's a lot of this, that's new to me not just because it's a human hair wig, but because it's a human hair in general, so that can also Be like positive and also negative in some ways I'll get into in a minute, but this particular wig, like this exact wig, that I wear right now, is particularly cool because it's actually the exact wig that I got to model for the amour 2018 catalog, which is Coming out soon, maybe it might be out by the time I post this, because it could be coming out any day now, but when it does come out, I will link it below so definitely go check that out. It is the third shoot that I've done with more so far as their spokesperson, which is super super awesome. It'S always amazing to work with them, and this year after the shoot, they usually have a whole bunch of wigs left over because, obviously, once they use the wigs and shoots and have models wear them, they can't resell them, so they usually like donate them to people And I got to take home 3 myself, which is super cool. The first one was Tatum. The second one was Cody, which, if you guys watched my channel, you know that those are two of them favorite, wigs of all time, so that's cool to begin with, and they also sent me home with Charlotte, which, like I told you is my first human hair Wig, so that's incredibly exciting. It'S also just super cool in general that I got to take home the wigs that I modeled in the catalog using they're, also just like memories on top of awesome, wigs that I will totally wear a lot so before I get into more details about the wig. Let me also tell you right off the bat that, like I said this is the wig that I actually modeled for the catalog, which means that it was styled at the shoot and there might have been like products sprayed into it. They probably curled it for me at the shoot and all this stuff, and then afterwards I put it in a plastic bag, took it home on an airplane and I've had it at my house, since I haven't done anything more to style it I haven't washed it. I don't think there was any product to put in it because I don't feel anything but just in case, like everything, looks weird about it. Unlike synthetic hair, human hair can be styled and I probably will try experimenting with styling this soon, but I actually weirdly kind of wanted to record the video before trying to style it, because because it is my first human hair wig, I have this really bizarre paranoia That the first time I'm gon na go to style it I'm gon na like fry it and destroy it. So I wanted to record the video before trying to do anything to it. Just in case god forbid. Something goes wrong if you have any tips for styling human hair. Wigs definitely comment them below. They would be much appreciated. Obviously, I'm also gon na do other research before trying to style it, but, but only if I never had a human hair wig. I'Ve also never really had a full hair of human hair at myself, so I am completely clueless when it comes to life using heating tools and styling hair. So I'm probably gon na get a fringe to help me when I do eventually experiment with styling it, but the cool thing about that, obviously, is that you can style it now. There are ways to style, synthetic wigs that are kind of unconventional like using hot steam. There'S lots of tutorials for that online. I also have one myself which I will link on the page, but considering that many of you that would buy human hair wig are probably already comfortable, styling human hair. Then that's so much easier for you than having to learn how to steam style a wig if you know how to use like heating tools on regular human hair. So for most of you, that's beneficial, I'm just completely clueless to the world of human hair styling. So I will learn, but it's definitely a little bit intimidating for you, which is kind of hilarious but yeah, so this one could easily be curled more like these. Curls are probably kind of crushed by how, since that light came back from the chute. I still think it looks nice, but it probably could use a little bit of touch-up. I could also straighten this totally if I want. So if you find a Charlotte online, it's technically called Charlotte parentheses wavy. I think they actually used to sell it as you could buy either Charlotte wavy or Charlotte's straight, I'm pretty sure they don't sell Charlotte straight anymore because, like I said it's human hair, so you can style it either way. So I guess it's kind of pointless to like get one or the other, because it's basically the same wig, just one of them is curled and one of them isn't so. I totally could go and straighten this too. If I wanted, which I might try, but I love the way it looks with curls, so I kind of don't want to mess with it. So next I'm going to tell you some features of this wig and then I will get on to my first impressions of it. So first of all, amour is human hair line. The color options are different than their synthetic line because, like it's a whole different texture hair. So obviously they can't really offer it in the same exact colors and they also offer it in a more limited color range because they're all just more natural human hair. Looking colors because it is human hair, so the color that this one comes in is called a two four six and it comes in about eight colors total from a dark brunette to a lighter blonde. So I'm reading off their website now, just to make sure I don't miss any details, as I'm telling you details about this wig, but the way they describe it online is a long face, framing style with textured layers in soft body. I feel like a Pantene ad, but for wigs, so obviously it is 100 % remy human hair. It is lace front, it is monofilament top. So if you guys are new to wigs monofilament caps, basically just give you a very natural-looking scalp and allows you to change the part whoever you want, whereas machine tied, wig caps, you can't really change the part as easily or as naturally, and it also doesn't look As natural, whereas monofilament looks like your own scalp on top so here's the inside of the cap, it is monofilament, like I said, on top, which is very comfortable on your head. It'S got this like breathable netting on the back adjustable straps as always, and here's the lace front. It goes about that far back, which I guess is about. Like 2 inches, I would say with a little bit hanging off that you can trim yourself that I haven't trimmed yet just because it's honestly not very noticeable, even if you don't trim it, but I probably will trim it after recording this video. I just wanted to show you guys how it looks when you actually get it so now my first impressions of this wig. First of all, I love the color. That'S not really an impression of the wig as much as it is the color, but it's a very cool color for me, because it's kind of reddish I would say, comment below if you think it's reddish, because some people, I've asked don't think so. But I kind of think it is like a strawberry blonde, radish color and the reason that's cool for me is that I've never really worn reddish wigs, I usually just wear blonde or net or just like some other color, entirely like silver, um or purple, but I've Never worn like reddish hair and I used to never think it would look very good with my skin tone, but since this is like a very subtle reddish color, I actually very much loved it a lot as far as the texture of the hair. Obviously this is like gon na be kind of obvious to you, guys that have or have had your own hair, but like it feels very soft. It feels very nice because it is human hair. Now don't get me wrong. Good quality synthetic hair fiber will feel pretty much exactly like human hair. I used to think before having this wig that it did feel exactly like human hair, but I will say that there is a very, very slight difference, but it's not a difference that you would ever be able to tell this. You were comparing them side by side like if you had a synthetic wig stand alone, and you felt that no one would feel that and be like. This is fake immediately like a good quality. Synthetic fiber will still feel and look just like human hair. The only reason I noticed the difference was because I literally went and felt them side by, and human error is definitely slightly slightly softer and nicer. It'S it's really. It really is lovely, but for those of you that don't know the biggest con of getting a human hair, wagging I would say is that the price difference is very huge. Synthetic wigs. You can get a good quality wig from anywhere from like a hundred to three hundred four hundred dollars for, like a really good quality, really nice synthetic wig, whereas a nice human hair wig, is gon na cost close to a thousand dollars like. I think this one is about nine hundred to a thousand dollars retail, but that being said, human hair is supposed to last way longer because while synthetic hair can get kind of like afraid at the ends after a while human hair doesn't do that. But, like I said, I've never experienced like the full lifespan of a human hair wig yet so I might have more to say about that after wearing this for a while to see how it ages comment below your thoughts, if you wear human hair wigs, how do They age about how long would you say that they last and like do they fry at all, like synthetic wigs, do like comment below any info? You have on that, because I would love to learn more from you guys, as well as providing whatever information I can give. So that's the other cool thing about making this video is. I get to come on here and show you this wig for those of you considering purchasing it. But then I also get to reach out to my little wig community here on YouTube and ask you guys for a tip, since it is my first human hair wig. So any tips you have to give me, I would absolutely love them if you put them in the comments below or message me on Facebook or Instagram, which I also have linked below, also feel free to comment below any other questions you have about this wig. I would be happy to answer them. I'Ll, probably make a follow-up videos about it on trying out styling it for the first time I'll probably make a video about that, and also like eventually way down. The road would probably make a video about how this wig ages, but right now, that is definitely still something I don't know much about yet, since this is for the thousandth time. I don't know how many times I've said that in this video, my first human hair wig and I loved it so much so that is all for this video. Thank you guys so much for watching again comment below any other questions. You have comment below any other videos you'd like me to make regarding, like human hair, wigs versus synthetic wigs, and thank you guys so much for watching this video love you so much, and I will see you in the next one.

G: First off, this color and length are gorgeous on you! Yes, the hair is a lovely dark strawberry blonde. As to how well the wig holds up, you will find out after the first few washes. To be honest, I find that most of the people who insist that human hair lasts longer just don't know how to restore their synthetic hair properly. I prefer synthetic because it's so convenient and affordable, and it really does last as long as human hair for me. I still love my human hair wigs though! It's always good to have that option.

emily jerris: Hairyescape has a really good video about styling human hair wigs. I have a human hair wig I wear everyday. I normally style it myself, but I take it to the salon when I am busy.

allykatt1849: Wow! Looks so real and beautiful on you! Thanks for the review!

Courtney Vargas: Looks reddish to me :) I think human hair is softer for sure and doesn't get as tangled or matted. Would love to see updates about how this wig wears over time and if the color fades!

xMelx: Yay you look great in it! With my wig I literally style it while it air drys after I wash it. Sometimes I literally just twirl the hair with my fingers, then let the curls sit there while it’s wet and when it dries it does maintain the curls.

Blondine vloggt: i got my first human hair wig a few months ago and i just think it's the best thing ever :) it's so beautiful on you!! i'm so excited for you!! also.. some advice my wig maker gave me for styling mine is not to use heat because even though it won't ruin the wig it's obviously still unhealthy even for human hair. so use curlers instead of a curling iron and let it air dry whenever possible :)

Ruth Hersh: Wow Abby! Charlotte is gorgeous on you!!!

xMelx: Oh and my wigs usually last 4 years, and that hair matches you so well, it looks like it’s your natural hair color

--: At almost $1800, that's quite a gift they gave you. It does look beautiful.

Dan C: You look beautiful! The style and color complement you! Look forward to your follow-ups! I think it would like nice with a few inches off of that back bottom layer.

Nori94: The color looks very natural on you. Super pretty!

Alayna Celine 🇺🇦: This color suits you every well with your skin undertone and the shirt you are wearing. <3

Liza Rosa: You really are so beautiful and very sweet girl I’m glad you are doing good modeling.

TIme Enough: Gorgeous Abby!!!

Amanda G.: Wow you look amazing ☺️

Kerrington Rush: Thanks for the review :) it helped me

Arthur Kurtzhall: Suggestion! Get a canvas wig block and a tripod! It will make your life so much easier! Human hair can be a bit of challenge to maintain and keep smooth!

Dawn Cadwell: Luv luv luv. Color is perfect for your skin tone. Congrats

GI2011: Abby, do you ever have any of your wigs thinned out, or are they all “out of the box” thx:)

JodisDream: sorry in advance (a full hair of head) Bet that Wig would looked freaking AMAZBOMB! lmaoooooooooo xx

miettelund84: They don't fray, but you do have to have them styled and colored like real hair (they fade in sunlight like real hair because they are real hair) or do it yourself), and you can't wash them like synthetics... they don't have memory... They really last super long though, but the first time I had my human hair styled was so weird. I was sitting in a chair, and the human hair wig was sitting next to me... It was so not what I expected, I should have brought another wig! lol.

sleepingterror: I wish you'd make a comparison video. Espcailly
