Hey you guys welcome back to my channel, so today's video is sponsored by hermosa hair and it came in this pink bag. So i got a wig cap, a pair of lashes and then the wig, so i'm taking the wig out of the bag, and it is this honey blonde color, as you can see, as i'm taking it out here, is the inside of the lace and then just Showing the hair so after seeing this color in person, i wasn't too sure how i would like it on me, so i did get this ginger brown color and i'm putting it in hot water. It is just hot water from the sink. I did not boil it. So yeah i just turned on the hot water faucet and let that run and like i said i added the color. So i wanted more of a brown color, but i didn't want it too dark. So i was just trying it out and when i dipped the hair in the water, it definitely looked brown. But you never really know the true color until the hair dries, because it will look darker when the hair is wet and, of course, i'm doing the watercolor method, because this is the easiest and quickest way to color hair, especially if you're only doing one color it. Just takes less time to do so. I did a side by side comparison and this wasn't exactly the color i was going for, but it is still a really pretty color and i feel like it's still within the honey family and then, of course, i am going to tint this lace. So i'm using this high beam, intense hair dye spray in the color brown and i literally just sprayed it all over the lace. So now i have the wig on my head with the lace tint and i'm just going over the hairline with this wax stick, because i am going to hot comb it of course, so i'm just going to hot comb it and push the hair back. This just helps me to see where the hairline starts, so it'll be a lot easier when i apply it on top of the glue, there won't be any hair in the way. So now that i have my lace prepped, i can go ahead and start the gluing part. So i already have my ball cap method and i'm using the bold hold lace glue to lay my wig down. So i'm only doing this one layer that you see me apply here and then i'll just use this comb to blend and spread out the product. It'S really key that you blend out this glue evenly, make sure there is no lumps or balls of glue because it will not dry all the way clear and you want this layer to dry clear because that's when you know it's time to stick your lace down It means it's tacky, so you'll see here. The glue is dried completely clear, so it's ready to lay and that's what i'm doing, laying it right on top of the glue. I know you guys can't see, but there was an outline on the lace and i used it as a guide to help me lay the wig down like where i wanted it to lay, and that was right on top of the glue. So that was really helpful. I don't know if that was intentional or not, but i definitely used it as a guide and then i'm just using this comb to press the lace down into the glue and i went ahead and cut off that lace right after i stuck it down. Sometimes i let it sit or sometimes i just go ahead and uncut that lace. So here i just went ahead and went in with the scissors. I will tie it down with an elastic band just so that it can finish drying. So i'm going back in with the wax stick and this time i'm going in on the part. So i did a side part and i'm going over that with the hot comb, and this just helps to lay the hair down flat. So you want the hair. On top to lay flat, you don't want it sticking up or looking bumpy or pointy, so the hot comb will help you to flatten out the top and, like i said, i just went ahead and i parted my middle part, not my middle, but my side part. If you watch my videos, you know i am cutting layers because i'm going to do curls, i'm not a professional, so i may not be doing it exactly right, but it does help. I see a difference when i curl my hair when i do layers. So i'm just cutting at an angle and kind of thinning out the hair, and then here you see me doing my curls, so i am using my oval wand curl, which i feel like it does the same job as a curling iron. It just doesn't have the clamp on it, so i find this easier to use, but i use it the same way, which is wrapping the hair around the barrel, and sometimes i do curls like this, where i lay the hair flat on the barrel or sometimes i Twist the hair around, and it gives me a spiral curl, so it just depends on what look i'm going for i'm going for this bouncy glam curl. Look so yeah. I just wrap it around. Hold it up there for maybe five to ten seconds, and then i let it drop now. Let it sit in my hand for maybe five seconds just so it can finish cooling off, and that is how i achieve my curls at this point. I have finished one side, i'm going to start on the other and, as you can see, the curls look so good. On the other side, i feel like the more that i curl hair, the better that i get so i'm very happy with how it's coming along. So far, if you see my mouth moving, just ignore it, i was on the phone. While i was doing my hair just multitasking but yeah like i said, i'm just going to do the same thing and i'm doing the curls away from my face. I didn't mention that, but i'm curling away from my face it just depends like i said what look i'm going for. Sometimes i will curl going towards my face, but most of the time i like to curl them away, so both sides have been curled and they look. Oh so pretty i love now. This wouldn't be a kb look without kb baby hairs. Okay, so i pull some hair out. Of course i cut them, i'm using eco styling gel to lay them like. I said, if you watch my videos, you pretty much know the routine and i'm just doing a swoop, just a normal swoop that i'll always do. I haven't really done crazy or dramatic baby hairs in a while and i kind of want to, but not for this look. I didn't see it for this. Look because i just felt like the hair was already light, so it kind of just blends in into my skin, so i feel like it would have been pointless to even do all that. So i just did the two on both sides, so i'm just going to pull out the same amount of hair and try to make it look symmetrical or close to it as much as i love baby hairs as much as i have done them. I don't feel like, i have completely mastered them, so don't worry if you haven't completely got it because i've been doing my own hair for years now and i feel like just the more practice, the better you will get, i'm definitely not at my best. I can definitely do better, so that's just a little advice for me. I always tell people practice makes perfect if you want to get good at something you have to practice and, of course, watch my videos, because you guys know i'll, be dropping gems and i'll be dropping tips or something new i'll. Be your guinea pig to try it out, but yes, you're, just going to see me continue playing with them until i get them to look the same. That'S like a really big thing for me. I want them to look the same, even though you won't really see the other side, because the side part will be going over it. But if i like push the hair back and you see the baby hairs, i want them to look the same, and this pretty much completes the look. I finger comb the curls out, just because i couldn't find my wide tooth comb. That'S why i was looking around because i was looking for it, but it does the job i wanted to fluff the curls out because, as i always mentioned, i don't really like a defined curl look. So i just like to comb them out to give me the look that i want, because it just looks. Effortless like it didn't look like i put too much work into the curls, so i absolutely love the ending look. I love the color, the hair curled beautifully and i didn't apply any product on it and the curls look amazing. So i will have everything listed down below for those who are interested hit that drop down arrow check it out.
