How To: Icy Blue Hair ❄️ | Premiumlacewig

Hey you guys welcome back to my channel, so today's hair is from premium lace, wigs and i'm going to show you guys everything that i got in the box. So i'm just taking everything out but yeah. I basically got like a little mini kit with some hair pins bobby pins, an elastic band, and i also got some hair clips if i need to clip the hair back. So i also got this little travel bag to keep all those little goodies stored inside, but yeah. That'S all that came in the box, so this is what the wig comes inside of i'll show you guys a little logo, so you can see for yourself where it came from also got a comb which will come in handy and some wig caps, and i'm super Excited about this because it is blonde hair, which means i'm doing some color and i haven't done color in a while. So i'm excited about this color because it's different and it's new and it's fun - and this is what it looks like it's a bob. I love the curls on this. It'S so pretty, and the hairline also looks really good, so i am doing the watercolor method to achieve the color that i want just because it's the easiest and it's also the quickest way to dye hair. So all i'm doing here is filling up this clear container or bucket and filling it up with hot water from the sink. If you want, you can use boiling water, but i'm just using regular hot water from the sink and letting it run. I'M not filling it up all the way. I filled it up a little under halfway. So today i'm using the kiss colors hair dye. I normally use a door, but i decided to try this and i'm using the color platinum in blue black. So first i started off with the platinum and i added more platinum than i did blue black. As you see i'm going back in with the platinum color and i'm going to mix it up. So i just started with the ends first, just to make sure that i got the color that i want and, as you can see, it already has a blue tint. So i like the color, so i went ahead and submerged the hair, the whole wig into the water. I'M not worried about the lace getting dyed, it's not going to change colors and, as you can see, the color is taken to the hair. Pretty quickly. Don'T be afraid to get in there with your hands and really just work that color in because you want to make sure all the strands are dyed. If you just put it in there and let it sit, then some of the hair like in the bottom or the middle, they won't get dyed and we want all the strands dyed. So i did like this color, but i wanted a more blue. So i added some more of the platinum and some more of the blue black. So i got the platinum because i knew i wanted a silver type of color and i also used the blue black because i wanted that blue tint as well, because i didn't want it to be like platinum gray. But i did want that blue tint. So that's why i'm using the blue black and in the end i ended up using more of the blue black than platinum, just to really get that blue that i wanted. So this literally took me five minutes, and then i let it sit for an additional five minutes. So now that i have got the color that i want, i'm using the shimmer lights, purple shampoo and it's basically for blondes and silver - is really going to help tone out the yellow and brassiness, because i really want a pale type of blue. I want an icy blue, i don't want it to be warm. I want it to be cool, so that's why i'm using the purple shampoo and i'm just going to keep rubbing it in until i get that pale blue that i want, and even if you don't use the purple shampoo use some type of shampoo to wash this Color out because we don't want it bleeding onto our clothes, so as i was doing this and continuing washing it, i could see a difference and i could see the color transforming into what i wanted. So while i am washing this hair with this purple shampoo, i do want to go over some of the details for you guys who may be wondering like what are the deets on this hair. So this texture is kinky curly and i love love, love this hair texture, like i just love it like it, just looks so good like i like the tight curl of it. It is 14 inches. Since the curls are super tight, it may look shorter, but it is 14 inches and it is also 130 density, and this hair is really full, especially when it dries is so big and it looks so natural, so it was a 613 blonde color. Of course, i dyed it to this icy blue, but, as you guys seen in the beginning, it did start off blonde. I would definitely recommend this 613 kinky curly, even in a longer length. It doesn't have to be this bob because it looks really good and once i'm done with the purple shampoo, i'm just going to rinse that out of the hair and i'm rinsing it with cool water. So i'm really happy with the end result. It came out exactly how i wanted it like, i wasn't sure at first what colors to use, but i used the right colors the right amount. It'S not too light. It'S not too dark. It'S just right and the lace did not get touched at all. It'S still. The same color that it came in this is what the hair looks like air dried. I went ahead and applied it. I just used my foundation and then i used the freeze spray to set that into place and i glued it down using lace glue and that's how i applied it because i didn't want the foundation bleeding onto the hair. So that's why i did it like that, and now i'm just going to use this curling mousse to get these curls back into formation. This curl pattern is really pretty it's like the best curl pattern i have seen in a while, and it also just looks really natural. I wasn't sure about the bob at first, but after the hair had dried some and i did a side part. I was really into it and i was really feeling it and, like i said i haven't done color in a while, so i'm really happy with how it came out and how it looks on me.
