I ordered this wig off of Aliexpress and this is what I got uh, I'm just kidding like I'm a skunk vibes like know like. Why would they play me like this? So if you're seeing this video, that means that I was able to fix this. So it's it's a little bit tougher to do the things I need to do for this week, because we are in quarantine. The salons are open, but they're drawing a lot of like curbs. I can't stop looking at this they're doing a lot of like curbside. Just like bringing your orders out, I can't test what blonde I want. It'S just a mess. I did get to the beauty store and I was able to get some toner, so I'm hoping after I bleached this, I don't. I thought I had 40 cuz. I really got ta get these in order. Basically, I just want a regular root like I don't know what this is so I'm going to without touching, what's already per, what's already currently blonde, I'm going to just bring this up a bit, and just because this is a wig that I was not really trying To put this much effort into I'm, only gon na do the lace front portion things. I'Ve already noticed this is like my third brush full of hair. It sheds a lot. This is looking like this was, maybe you like processed hair already, and then they just bleached it like baby girl. So, let's talk about the things that are currently wrong with this wig now that I've had the time to assess this wig here are the main things I need done the roots. Obviously, they claim that the knots were bleached or not. The hairline needs plucked, which is normal typically, and this hair is all different, color blondes, so it needs toned. Those are the things I'm going to try to tackle tonight, so this wig is wearable and usable. If you want to see me slay this wig, please continue to watch. Let'S go ahead and get right into this, so I'm starting this off by using some t pins and I'm using my little head that I just purchased for this video and we're gon na start to separate the hair. I'M separating the front whole from the tracks and I'm just assessing the wig. I'M actually gon na put all the details down below where I got this wood from so you guys cannot purchase purchase at your own will like you. This is your own risk. Okay, so I decided originally that I was not gon na. Do the entire wig - and I was only gon na - do part of the frontal and then part at the top got my gloves on and now I'm just doing my bleach, I did two full scoops and then I'm using 30 cream developer and honestly I never. I never do like two parts for every one, and I just really I bought it because I know the consistency that I want. I'Ve been doing this enough times over the years to know what works for me and what doesn't but like you can measure that up. If you want to that's just not the life that I'm ever living, you know so here's the consistency that I have for it. I just wanted to put that on slo-mo, so y'all can see. We all want no run eNOS. So now I'm doing the roots. I was really trying to stay off of the blonde as much as I could, but then I also was just not that pressed for it, because I already knew that I was not keeping this color and I was gon na be toning, the hair beforehand. So I was just not that worried about it, but y'all decide if you'll have to do this or what needs to be done so yeah, I'm just doing these roots and I actually realized that the color was changing so much faster than I was able to move. So what ended up happening is. I was actually rinsing out by sections when I felt like it was at the color blonde that I need it to be like the lifting which disclaimer it was not long enough. I know bleaching this a total of three times guys. Three times I had to bleach this because the line was so harsh and the color that I knew I was gon na be able to do is just not gon na take so yeah. This is another time now that I've already run stood out. You can see the hair underneath that's the color. It is it's very coppery, very brass, which is why you have to tone the hair, no matter what, if you're lifting blonde you just need to be toning. We are not trying to look like as told by ginger out here y'all, so I've actually done all of the back hair and now I'm on that front hole and they really didn't try like. I really feel like they took the hair and dips it in bleach. Like what it's hot in a ponytail, I really don't understand. So I did the edges first and including the baby hair, as I did. All of that I was trying not to go all the way up to the top of the roots and just really doing leaving like about like 2 or 3 centimeters, I wouldn't say, centimeters, maybe even millimeters, it's just not all the way to the roof. Okay - and I was really working that bleach into the hair like after I put it where I wanted, to put it and a gradient up in down motion. I was then like rubbing that rubbing the bleach into the hair, so we're bleaching those nuts because they were looking crazy - and I didn't make more bleach for this, and I will show you the consistency that you want to have it so that it doesn't run through. It'S a little bit more, it's a little bit thicker than it is for when I was actually doing the hair cuz. You just don't want that to move, and then I decided to go ahead and do the very back end, because I had extra bleach and I just didn't - want you to be able to see any of the color. So this is from my phone. I just wanted to show you guys how thick it is and like literally, if you shake it, it's not moving you kind of want to have it like toothpaste, y'all see that it's not moving. Look at those knots. They are looking good for the most part. Any spots that I mix, I just like: look luck so for developer, I'm using the T 15, I believe, and it's two parts, 20 volume developer and then the bottle. So I used two bottles of that and I started out the roots. First, I thought originally. I was not gon na let the toner go the entire 30 minutes, but again since I did bleach this so many times, I did tone the hair two separate times and left it on for the full 30 minutes. This is the next day I'm doing Vaseline. This is, after the three different times that I've toned the hair, and now we are starting to do the roots. I did two different color Browns. I did a warm brown for the bottom and then I did a natural brown for the root. So I'm doing this slowly, so you guys can see, I'm literally not going all the way up to the root at all. I'M doing what I what you would do, if you are you doing an ombre, and this is just a brush that I will use normally for my edges and I'm putting just a little bit on there literally hope, you're putting toothpaste on your toothbrush and I'm brushing That in there up and down diagonally and then afterwards, I'm literally working that product and with my hands so that it's gradient. So here I am again showing you guys not going all up to that roots and then working that down ways and you kind of have to eyeball like trying to make sure you're staying in the same place as you go up, so that you don't have more Than the other, but I did a nice casual gradient like you - can make that go as far or as close as you want it, but I knew that I wanted to have more in the front than I did in the back and now I'm using the dark Brown - and you can see that I did not rinse off the the lighter brown, that's there and it's turning and now I'm doing the roots and I'm blending that into the other colors. So it's really easy, but it is time-consuming guys. It took a lot of time and with this portion, it's more important that you really take your time with it because you're at the roots, although you have Vaseline on the hair, and to try to ensure that you don't get any more color on your knots. Like the dye, you have to be really careful because you need to get all of the roots because now they're this blonde, but you also don't want to get it on the knots. So you have to take your time. I'D tell you. This process itself took me about two hours, because I knew that the darkest color that the brown would get was fine for me, so it eventually just stops processing. You know - and I really just took my time with this and then I left the roots on after I was completely finished for an additional 30 minutes just to ensure that the color was all over and also do very small sections. If you feel like you did not get all of the hair and it's not saturated split the part get that in there, because it's better to be thorough and only have to do it once then to have to do it multiple times. Can you miss spots, so that is all that I did guys after that. I did trim the hair and I did a blunt cut directly across and then I did go ahead and lay my wig pluck my knots the same way that I would normally do. I do have a video on that already, so I will post that above I just did not want this video to be too long for you guys or boring. Ok guys. So here is the finished look, and I know that I I killed it. I killed it. This is look at my part like so um I did I feel like I did as much as I can in telling you guys what products I used. What I did, I'm not even about the front on y'all. This was really the most trying thing. I'Ve ever done when it comes to doing a wig. I don't I wouldn't say that, like I'm, just like a hair, I don't really be like getting super into hair like I just learned how to lay wigs and all of that. But I'm happy that I pushed through cuz, I was really was just gon na die the wig black and keep it pushin, but I'm like I literally just bought a black wig, so you know, but I'm really happy with this result. It'S like this silvery, almost grey in some spots, and that's that's exactly what I wanted and like. I know that like in the future like if I stay blonde now, I'm gon na work my way into more blonde, but I wanted to have some brown framing my face just in case like because this is really a first time a shorty has ever been blind. Like just in time for us, I don't know how to act yeah, so I wanted to at least put a little bit of makeup on I'm about to do an IG TV, video, so make sure you go ahead and follow me for that. So you got to get that Savage remix pop into this look. Okay, if you guys enjoyed this video, make sure you go ahead and give me a big thumbs up, make sure you go ahead and like comment and subscribe, did I slay? Did I kill it or what bump the bottom a little bit and kept a pushin like that cuz the ends were so straggly and yeah, as always.
